We rent the car trailer and when we turn it the guy said we damaged, and show my the picture of tire marks. I'm assuming someone before me did that and he tried to blame it in me because I didn't purchase insurance.

Deb R.It wasn't the location that was the problem. The app wasn't working. The online person couldn't help us. I spent 45 minutes of my rental period trying to get the app to work so we could get the truck. I had a good signal so that wasn't my issue. There was also another person there having the same problems. The check in and check out times are too inconvenient with all the steps. I'd rather rent and deal with a real person than the mobile experience. I also believe I should be refunded for the period I didn't have the truck. That would be fair.
