Deb RichmondIt wasn’t the location that was the problem. The app wasn’t working. The online person couldn’t help us. I spent 45 minutes of my rental period trying to get the app to work so we could get the truck. I had a good signal so that wasn’t my issue. There was also another person there having the same problems. The check in and check out times are too inconvenient with all the steps. I’d rather rent and deal with a real person than the mobile experience. I also believe I should be refunded for the period I didn’t have the truck. That would be fair.

Kanchana JayasekaraThe location doesnot have a lockbox to pick the key but have the facility to book over app. Makes no sense. When we arrive at the location the app says I have to meet the store keeper in person to get the vehicle the next day. But, my reservation was CANCELLED without any information to me. But you have my cad on file. Why would you do it? I lost money by getting the movers ready since the truck pick up was confirmed. The store keeper expects me to know these rules of U Haul. Donot expect customers to know your process. This is a very horrible experience. Never again to this center.

Mazhar ShahzadWe were finished with the truck around 8:00 pm and returned it to the location. We tried using the Uhaul app and it would not open on 2 different phones. I received a text from Uhaul that Uhaul could verify the equipment the next day for a $20.00 convenience fee. I don't understand when the Uhaul app does not work how Uhaul could charge a $20.00 convenience fee. We parked the truck at the location that night and had to drive back to the location the next morning to check out. The location and service at the location is great but Uhaul needs to work on the Uhaul app.
David AyersI have rented two trailers recently. One was a round trip with the trailer and the second and most recent was a one way trip with a car carrier. In both cases the gentleman at the Alpharetta location was extremely helpful and went out of his way to insure things were safe and clean. He even helped me on the return of the one way rental of the car carrier when the location of the drop off of the rental was a bit of a nightmare. Without his help I’m not sure I would be responding to this.

David DiBoyanI would HIGHLY recommend this U-Haul location. The manager could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Simple, easy and efficient all the way around. They didn't have the size I initially wanted. As it turned out, getting a slightly bigger truck was to my advantage in ease of loading and overall space to accommodate the sheer volume of stuff my offspring needed me to move :) I handled the entire apartment in one load vs. multiple. Will definitely use again.
