Can't think of anything at this time. Counter Service Personnel made the check out and check in process nice and painless :-)
Earnest RExperience was great
David JU-Haul customer service was terrible. I had to contact cs 3 times at the time of pickup. First was the site wouldn’t allow me to sign in, then twice trying to get the truck assigned to me. I reserved the truck several days ahead of time yet it still wasn’t assigned. Contacted cs to extend the truck and was told it wasn’t available yet i could go online and reserve the same truck at the same location to be picked up right away.
Marcia PI reserved a truck online a few days before the needed pick up day and that truck was never returned and they only have 1 truck available. It was the 26 foot and much bigger than I needed. So that was aggravating.
