The trailer fell off my hitch going up a hill on a narrow 2 lane road ! Scared me to death! I was alone so I had to lift the trailer and put on hitchwith traffic whizzing by .The place where I picked it up had not tightened the connection . I drove slowly to the next U-Haul place I could find and they secured trailer to hitch but it did pull my trailer hitch out a bit! When it fell off I thought I was going to run into oncoming traffic or tip over. Thankfully it did not happen. Bad experience

Donald HI rented 12 moving blankets and they were not there. They said they called me, but I have no record of call and no voicemail left that they were out of blankets! Not good when you are transporting 3 rooms of antiques! They took off the charge, but I didn’t find out until I picked the truck up. Very disappointing!!! I recommend calling the day before to be sure all your rented supplies will be included!
