The reservation got screwed up. I reserved it for three days but they had it down as one. Consequently I received a text. But it worked out. Found out that the gas gauge on truck wasn't working. I added $40 worth of gas ( I o my put on 19 miles) to realize the gas gauge didn't move. Lastly, the guy came back and said I left the box dirty. That was the way I got it. I stored two living room couches and two wrought iron coffee tables and six wood dining room chairs. Nothing that would create dirt. I told worker and he did wai e fee.

The location was fine, however they didn’t have the equipment I purchased online so I had to drive to another location to pick it up. I was told I wouldn’t be charged for mileage. This drive to the other location took me out of my way putting additional mileage onto my bill which I was charged additional mileage and gas for.

Charged me $1,500.00 for using the truck for 3 days and driving around 150 miles. Said that they would look into it and get back to me. After a week I called and no one answered. So I called corporate and they said they couldn't do anything. I had to take it up with the location. So I called the location again no answer. I had corporate call the location for me, no answer. Finally I someone called me back and helped me. They reversed the transaction and charged me a different amount. But that amount was incorrect too. This one was off my less, but it was still incorrect. Extremely unprofessional. I have no idea what happened to U-Haul. They used to be a good company.

Had a problem with the truck and staff didn’t believe me . The back door wasn’t opening all the way and I had to move all the stuff inside of the van from the smaller side door in the poring rain. Came back to the uhaul store soaked. Got charged an extra day by their mistake and the guy did not want to believe that I had trouble with the car and belittled me on the phone and didn’t give me any credit for this huge inconvenience. Very upsetting! Bad experience ! Non existent customer service !

It was a little below 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up, so I ended up spending a minor amount more on gas. It isn't a huge deal, but it is a few dollars.

Have the mileage and gas gauge accurate before offering it up to next client. I wasted time having to go back and get another van. Also waited in lobby for sometime with no attendant. After I left someone came out and called me back. Frustrating. Van was new & clean the second time around. 300 miles not counted for on first van as well as gas gage off. If I didn’t check, I’d be paying. Sloppy paperwork....

This was a very nice experience very friendly employee at the desk the right equipment newer equipment which is always nice to work with I wish you would have a enclosed trailer that you can put a refrigerator in basically 8 feet tall so a 6 x 12 x 8’ tall that would be great and it would be wonderful if you had trucks that have a liftgate I could use those all the time thank you

Intermittent problem with starting the vehicle. I would turn the key and the lights on the dash would come on, but the starter would not turn. I jiggled the transmission gear selector and it seemed to help. This happened 7 or 8 times during the period of the rental. I reported this when I returned the vehicle..

I called the office stating that I would be a few hours late due to traffic so I dropped off the car transport trailer unloaded at myself and I was charged an additional day which I don't think is fair

I received a truck that I was afraid was going to break down. I tried to call the office 5 mins before closing and noone was there . I came back anyway and of course noone was there. I had no choice but to take the truck. I asked for the owner to give me a call and have not received one

The person who I interacted with initially when I picked up the rental truck indicated that they would be at the location until 7 pm. When I returned at 6:15 pm, no one was to be found and the door was locked. I was able to check out online since I had no issues but if I needed to have something resolved, I would have left feeling somewhat dissatisfied and misled.

A young Hispanic guy knew nothing about his job. I helped him how to get a receipt and paperwork. Very inexperienced. Unprofessional way to handle it. He worked on Sunday. Perhaps a temp job ? I won't go that place again.

I am not one to complain, however this experience is worth complaining about. We arrived at the location in Westlake and the truck was there, however the appliance dolly that was reserved was not there. The man that greeted us simply said that someone else took it. The truck was dirty and the cabin of the truck was disgusting. Due to not having the appliance dolly (we were moving a fridge) my husband put out his back and we will contact the main office. If you really want a good Uhaul service spend the extra money for miles and rent in Agoura Hills. No problems there and friendly service as well.

Location was not prepared both days we went. On Saturday no trucks, dollies or blankets were available even though we reserved in advance. On Sunday they were late and forgot keys so we had to stand around waiting for the security guard to open. No dollies or blankets were abailable Sunday either.
