The pick up was a little messy as the attendant at the location did not know about U-Haul pickups, and there were lock boxes with keys. We did not know that. So we had to call the local number an the guy on the phone was very helpful and walked us through the process.Subhasish P.

Wish I could remember the gentleman's name in Upton but he was courteous and friendly. Simple and quick return of the UHaul. What made it even easier was that this drop off location was also a gas station. Great experience overall.JOE H.
Booked and picked up a 15 foot truck for my move at Upton Getty BP. Had a pleasant and wonderful experience from pick up to drop off. The guy at the front desk was courteous and explained everything well. Overall, had an excellent experience and would come back to rent from this location again.Avinash P.

The guy is an ass he is rude, uninformative, did not explain anything and we had to take his word on the charges - we not use U-haul again - very dissatisfiedKelli F.

Attendant said â€œI have nothing to do with any of that, you better call and do it onlineâ€. Was difficult to do anything on website (poor connection at location and no Wi-Fi, UHaul website had my order wrong and kept booting me to home page when I would try to change it to how my order was supposed to have been set up). After 15+ minutes waiting for phone representative, I was finally connected to a human. Oscar was very helpful in fixing website issues over the phone. Process was frustrating and I will not choose to do business with UHaul in the future based on this experience.Ian R.
