Parking lot was jam packed, returned a car hauler and had to wait 10 mins to be helped. Employee (younger guy) sitting in the back didn't budge till the employee at the counter told him to help out. The young man needs training in customer service. Told him for some reason abs light was on in the car I hauled and he just shrugged it off, didn't offer to make a note on it incase something was wrong somehow.

We rented a van online at the Issaquah location because we live there so we could return it easily after we were done. We got a call saying there was not a van there and we had to drive 20 miles to another location which caused our costs to go up and make a late night even later. I would like a refund.

I appreciate some strides toward self-check-in/out. It's conceivably faster and less expensive so win/win. I found the application still needing work. I did a bunch of steps before arriving but there are meaningful steps once you arrive. It was frustrating that I needed my passport (?) or verification through another person. Why couldn't I do all this validation before arriving? I had to call several contacts to find someone. The woman at the counter couldn't help me because I started the check in. After completing, I still had to wait to get the key. It ended up taking 25 minutes and more frustrating than just waiting in a long line. I'm not sure if my case with a validation step was an exception but that case should be covered more smoothly. I found checkout much better. Took a few pictures and left the car. Well done there.

While the building looked a little old, the personnel working that helped me was very professional and polite. Consider pulling van out for customers as they are packed very tightly.

The store manager, Mr. Johnson, was very helpful with my rental. He provided me with excellent customer service. I needed the truck longer than expected and he was able to extend it without any problems. I definitely recommend this place as the staff will listen to your needs.

The website allows me to upload the images of my driver's license so I don't need to do it when I pick up the truck, but I always have to do it again when I pick up the truck. Please fix this. It would save time and be less of a hassle.

The truck had the word "Fuck" spray painted on the side. There were other words that had been partially erased, so we're illegible to me, somehow this word remained clearly legible l. I was concerned this would make us a target for further vandalization, and didn't want to hold responsibility for such damage should it occur. I also felt awkward driving such a vehicle around. When I made a complaint and asked about alternatives, the manager responded forcefully - saying that this is the only option, and demanded that I give the keys back and get out. His tone was angry, and when I pressed one more time, he responded with stronger anger. He wasn't willing to work with us in anyway on this matter. Certainly he could infer our situation was one where we needed a truck, so he could presume we wouldn't want to give the keys back, otherwise we wouldn't be able to move that day. I felt confused why he used his power in this situation to get what he wanted, which seemed to be for us to leave so he could tend the busy store, instead of at least understanding why we weren't comfortable using this truck. The store was busy, and one employee had arrived late, I knew because the manager publicly announced it. Somehow his irritation of that day was easily directed at us. I thought we could at least check other stores in to see if another truck was available, or perhaps this store could have another size truck available. Or even a simple acknowledgement and apology for the situation could have sufficed if there were truly no other options. Unfortunately, our conversation couldn't go beyond a simple complaint followed by a demand to take it or leave it. I also left feeling uncertain if he would seek further retribution when we returned the truck. The employee who initially checked us in served us with kindness and grace and I appreciate her service. Rear tire was low and tire pressure indicator was constantly on. Lot personnel could not assist and add air, and by experience I recommend that this is a potentially unsafe condition. If tire overheats and fails accident is possible.

I returned the equipment after hours, and the application did not work well enough for me to indicate the fuel tank was full, so I was charged the difference. After indicating it twice to U-Haul, the charge stands. Also, while the guy was very helpful at the location, we had to wait an hour to pick up the truck because there was only one person there and a long line of customers.

This location is very understaffed. I have been here twice and both times you wait inline for awhile since there is only one guy helping everyone. Also, I used a truck for about 3 hours 3 days ago, and STILL haven't received the final receipt however I do see 2 charges on my credit card.

I returned the truck by mobile app and when I went to give the keys to someone they insisted that I had to wait for them to inspect the truck and go through the same thing I just did on the app. This forced me to wait around for them to get to me, and then do this before he would take the keys from me

You should fire all people working there. It took me 2 hours to get my vehicle after I had already checked in. The lady "le Tasha" is more incompetent than my dead dog. This is a horrible location

Hidden fees; I wish I would have been notified of the additional $22 fee for dropping off my trailer 2 hours before my time, just because they were closed at night. On the screen I authorized half of that to be charged for a 6 hour rental. If the guy would have said "hey, this time frame will cost you this much more" instead of the price I was quoted, I would have been a lot more happy.

The moving van I rented was clean, but mechanically, it was not well maintained. The vehicle pulled to the right and vibrated intensely when driving at freeway speed. Both problems negatively impacted the steering to a degree that felt quite unsafe. I even pulled over after driving one exit to double check there wasn't a flat tire. This is not the sort of problem that occurs acutely, rather it is a gradual deterioration, meaning it could have, and should have, been avoided.

THis location was very helpful. West Coast Self Storage was horrible and many of the customer service peopel I spoke to were also unhelpful. The people at this location were great. However UHaul overall is a complete disaster and charges way more than the service that is provided. As a company Uhaul is clearly horribly greedy and doesn't care about their staff or customers because locations are serverely understaffed. I won't be back.

Your 24 rental is dishonest. Unless you specify exactly 24 hours you will be charged extra if you say you'll have the rental back in 20 hours and you show up at 22 hours. This should be stated when you rent or just make it a true 24hr rental

The phone app did not work for me which was a bit frustrating. Too many layers of security and it timed out and would not reload. I then went inside to check in. The man at the desk was competent albeit brisk and not very personable. The return was easy. Tried to work through the app again with some difficulty and was helped by a friendly agent.

Good service and helpful staff. The only thing was they charge too much fuel bcz I forgot to fill up the gas tank to previous level. I drove only 24 miles and ended up paying $15 for their fuel charge. They should have charged me only $5 at most. Other than that, it was good.

The truck alignment is off, but everything else is fine. The zip-tie system on the truck is fine, but the location of it is terrible. When we move things and hit it, it almost broke. Put it elsewhere, and 2 zip ties to hold it at least.

Fix the 1-800 number reservation system so that the customer representatives know something about the locations and their hours and let them give out the phone numbers of the people in charge locally. Having to get a confirmation number from your 1-800 folks requires us to check with the folks locally (some times in person) when you need a truck and nee to be absolutely sure that the one you ordered is going to be there. Your system is designed to help the U Haul corporation and NOT the customers. Service at the Rainier Avenue, Seattle Washington was exceptional - a 10+. The 1-800 service was a -1.

Shedrick did an incredible job. He was the only person working the counter with a very, very long line of customers. He kept his attitude really professional despite the growing line and was really communicative the whole time. Even though the wait was long, he didn't get overwhelmed and treated everyone with respect and showed urgency.

very bad customer service in the localities, they change your pick-up place on many occasions, and they gave my reservation to another person with my information, nobody knew how to give me an explanation. To finish, they did not even want to receive the truck at the location where they picked it up, they wanted it to be taken to another place regardless of the costs and time of their customers. in short bad service

This time my rental I got done what i needed to do however when I arrived at 9am to unload the uhaul box i had delivered to this location for $2100 I was told my box had been scheduled for access at 9pm not 9am that day. I explained I was told it would be available at 9am and that this error was not my fault and that I guess the person who arranged it made a mistake. The clerk explained they agreed with this but just wanted to let me know. This makes no sense to me and was very unprofessional in my opinion. The staff here is overall severe and unfriendly in their demeanor towards customer - kind of like prison guards to prisoners. I was recently at a different Uhaui facility where i rented a van and a ubox and loaded it and had a fantastic experience which made the stress of moving so much more manageable. This location is just a drag.

When we went to return the uhaul to the drop off location, they said they had no space and asked us to take it to another location; no problem, good deed of the day. The next location said they had no idea we were coming, and asked us to do the same thing again, saying they don't have space and that people were vandalizing their trucks. The third location was not clear about where to go to turn things in, and while trying to get clarification the manager was quite brusque with us; though the person who actually took the truck in was kind and had great customer service. Regardless, it was unreasonable to have to go to 3 different locations to turn in the Uhaul, and it ended up doubling the cost of the Uber home from 15 to 30 dollars by the end of it. Not the experience I had hoped for and expected of this company.

They need to update their help desk. I called the location and the person on the phone told me the UBox hours were 9-8pm. I went there at 6:30. They told me the hours were 9-4. Extremely frustrating.
