Great overall performance by the staff, equipment and storage. Friendly, informative staff. Truck was in good condition with the exception of windshield wipers which broke during my move. I paid for repairs and was promptly refunded upon return of the vehicle. I hired labor to assist in loading and unloading through UHaul and both crews were outstanding. I had reservations for a truck and trailer. The truck was not at location to be picked up after I drove five hours to pick it up. I had to drive an additional 45 minutes to pick up a truck and 45 minutes back to get the trailer. The first trailers lights did not work so my reservation had to swapped to a second trailer.

In my most recent order originally i ordered a 15' U-Haul with a dolly , this facility failed to inform me that they did not have dolly's at that specific location on 7th street which was a major inconvenience for me since I was moving that day and was extremely pressed for time I and my colleague had to make other arrangements at the last minute. Little things like this should have been mentioned when modifying my scheduled date on Thursday and not at the last minute such things could prevent major inconveniences for customers (if the company cares) and negative feedback surveys in my opinion. But then again it's always about the buck .

Rental location was changed to this location by U-Haul but no one called us to notify us. We showed up to pick up the truck and were then informed we had to go to a different place to get the truck. When we got there, the lady was hanging out in her car and not the office. On return, they couldn't get the truck checked back in due to some problem with their system. The U-Haul experience is like a clown show except it isn't fun or funny.

The lady that checked me out was super sweet and helpful. She was very friendly and kind and the service was super quick. I can't remember her name, but she deserves to be recognized by her boss for her kindness and helpfulness.

I believe I should receive a refund for the very poor customer service I received. Swearing multiple times dirty truck, no one was there at 9 am and had to wait for 20 mins for someone to show up and when they did they didn't speak a word to us. Said we went over our miles when that wasn't true and did get gas which we took a picture of. The lady was very aggressive and rude. At one point she was cursing so loud that my boyfriend who was on a work call had to step outside. I have never experienced such disgusting and revolting behavior from someone in customer service in my life.

I rented a unit at one location close to home and when we got there we're told they don't have a truck for me. I would have to drive across town and get a truck at a different location. This added cost to my rental adding more miles. Uhaul should have brought that truck to the location where I rented .

I received a call once day before pickup that I will need to drive 40 miles north to pick up a 15' truck. I was shocked. Luckily, I called the morning of pickup and they said that they had one available. I went thru 24 hours of uncertainty and stress.

This is the worse staff anyone could ever have to deal with after renting it learning it leaked I was informed that they all leaked and told that it would not be fixed for 4 more yrs I would not advise anyone to rent from them and if some one could get me in touch with the CEO of uhaul i would appreciate it very cause noone has not bbeen able to even get me intouch with a manager these ppl have a bad habit of lockibg me out even when the rent is paid more then once it happens more then twice try bout 3 timees not counting all the threats the remarks and rudeness to me what beats it all when tring to move out they would come out when someome would come to help me and tell my business to erver rone around me till i couldnt even get any one to come help me

Staff was very helpful at the end. My items were damaged due to water somehow getting into the unit. It was never fixed although it was reported 2 years ago, so I just had to move out. The staff was very helpful during move out. Everyone was very kind.

Storage was great. The truck I rented from the place was not. The contract with the rental was not clear. The paper contract I received said one thing and the text I got said another. Waiting for a call back to the dispute I made even tho I've spoke with several people.

It would be nice if the facility opened at 7 a.m., and the program to check in to get my keys early for the truck was not working. Then when they opened we went to the boxes I was supposed to get my keys from and there were no keys in the box.

There is no actual security gate limiting property access. The initial unit we were offered (and declined) was actually frightening...dark, did not seem each space was secure as someone could climb over the dividing walls. The outdoor access unit had a bit of a moisture problem, but we worked around it. There was nothing damaged when we cleared the unit, either by water or pests. Overall, we are satisfied with our experience. The people are the greatest asset.

I was told that the facility was climate control which is what I wanted but it was not. The main door was left open all day for heat and humidity to come and go. The doors to some of the units were rotting. There was no inside lighting. There was standing water outside the door of my unit. There was also no AC unit to provide climate control environment, yet I was charged for a climate control unit. I will never do business with U-Haul again. This facility was a disgrace and very poorly maintained. I removed my belongings before a month was up because of the poor state of this facility.

Well found out the Tow Folly damaged my car, Associate told me the straps were put on wrong. So ill be contacting Uhaul to discuss getting my vehicle fixed. It sounds terrible both front tires. The facility was in poor repair and look like it had flooded many times before. There were also no lights inside the storage unit itself. It was dark in there and I had to use a flashlight to load my belongings inside. The wall upper walls were covered in rotted paneling wood and the door to the unit was lopsided and hard to open and close. Out of all the units I've used over the years this was the all-time worst. It was also raining when I unloaded my belongings and it looked as if the rain water was going to enter the bottom of the building as it kept rising. Definitely a flood hazard due to poor drainage. I would have continued to shop around but was in a crunch to find a last minute place for my belongings. This is an issue that needs to be resolved by the U-Haul company itself not the employees.

The unit I rented didn't have a light and had a hole in the wall before I rented it we discuss my bill being due on the first of the month not the 28th due to me being in the military and how our pay falls. They waived the late fee once. Overall my experience was great. I still have two unit one In Kenner LA and one In CO .

The staff is not very friendly! They also do not pay attention to detail! I gave the employee a four dight pass code! She got it wrong, and every time I went there, had to deal with the alarms going off! Could not wait to get my stuff out of the storage, so I did not have to go back there!

I've drove some sorry trucks, but this 6.8mpg piece of crap has to top them all ,it rides so rough u barely can sit n the seat, I had damaged and scratched furniture,.it rode so bad it shook the padding off ! The people I dealt with r tops.

I've been with Uhaul little shy of a year . I must say the employees are phenomenal .Sadly, I had to trash all of my things due to bad mildew and mold . My unit stayed wet and infested with ants.
