I had to go to the office to get the dolly and utility dolly and they dod not have the furniture dolly. The trucks are parked on the other side of the lot so I had to walk. Guy seemed like he really didn’t care.

First of all when I make a reservation for something I expect whatever I reserve to be there when I need it. It took me two days to get my stuff moved because they gave a truck I reserved to others.

We notified the attendant that the gas at pick up was at 1/4 of a tank despite it being reported 1/2 tank. We disputed the charge and were still charged for the extra gas. I will rent from Penske from now on.

I just as supposed to have a free first month of storage and was charged $82.90 at selection of my storage unit. I made my reservation online and have the proof but that didn’t matter.

When I got my truck it was supposed to be on 1/4 if a tank but only had a 1/8 of a tank and I was told if I brought it back with 1/4 tank then i would receive a $20 and some change credit but i did not receive that credit on my final bill

My initial reservation in early June was not honored and I was not made aware of this until 1 day prior to my scheduled one-way flight to Mississippi. This cost me $200 in rescheduling fees from the flight company. After scheduling a new reservation through Uhaul, my pickup location was confirmed for Jackson, Mississippi. When I showed up to the location I was informed the truck had been moved without any notice to Hattiesburg, which is 90 minutes away and in the opposite direction of my destination. Pickup was scheduled for the following day. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will no longer be utilizing Uhaul’s services.

Jonathan went above and beyond to find us a truck to use when we showed up and it turned out our reservation was at a different location 45 minutes away. We were not informed of that the night before when I spoke to Randy on the phone to confirm our reservation. We had also reserved a 10 foot truck online and when Randy called he said it was for a 20 footer. We were able to accept a 20 foot truck at the 10 foot price and Jonathan was also able to accommodate us with the same pricing. Overall a good experience, thanks to Jonathan on 7th street in Hattiesburg.

Inspections on vehicles before giving it to the customer, I had to hold the rubber weatherstripping the entire time as I drove.

Only as a last resort, if the other two locations doesn't have what you need. The check engine light came on as soon as I pulled off. But it wasn't on when I was checking over the truck.

The location was not well kept up. I had called to set a storage the day before returning the truck and when we arrived the store was under staffed. The unit that was suppose to be reserved was found to have a lock that didn't belong to the store so we couldn't access it. If it weren't for the exceptional employee than we wouldn't have receive adequate storage. The unit we did receive was dirty. Since it took so long to find the unit I was charged over 50$ for holding the truck too long (which I plan on arguing first thing Monday 06/03). Over all this was VERY disappointing and added to an already stressful move.

I had the best customer service. Mr. Jason Walley went above and beyond. He had the best attitude and informed me of everything I needed to know about the storage units and Uhauls.

Due to a glitch in the system, I thought I had lost all of my belongings. The staff at uhaul took care of it with no problem! Thank you, customer service representative and the staff at the facility!

The truck was not parked with the other rental trucks. I walked around the facility looking for it. I found it parked forward facing a fence. When I opened the door the inside was dirty, their was a sign on the seat and a white rag sitting on top of it. The ABS light kept going on and off. The AC didn't work and it was almost 90 outside. I paid 39.95 plus 14 for insurance, .99 a mile and gas on top of that, guess I expected more from Uhaul.

Nothing wrong with the location or people, but also nothing they did to go out of their way or better the pickup experience. Just charged the card, told me the truck was outside.

Had to walk a bit of a distance to get truck and had to search for it among several trucks then drive it back to the office to pick up appliance dolly. Arthritis make this unpleasant.

Everything was perfect. They had the trailer I needed. I showed up 15 minutes before they closed without a reservation. They didn’t seem inconvenienced at all and had me on my way in no time. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The guy here was very very helpful and respectful!! Knew his job and worked very quickly but also had everything together!!! He listen to what I had to say about the pick up location and was more then willing to help me do anything and everything I need to have someone look into the place!! The guy I spoke to need a pay raise!! And Recognition for his hard work!!!!!!!!

Guy was very rude. The grounds were completely nasty. If we hadn't booked online, we would have driven off. Then they didn't bother checking the truck in until afternoon when it was a night drop.

Make sure the workers are stating how the money is held on your account because I had three bills to bounce due to that money being on hold on my checking account and I have yet to receive my return check fees back.

Truck doors need lubrication bad. Also the ratchets on car dolly need lubrication. Tail light on dolly falls off.

Staff was helpful and friendly but it needs regular cleaning of spiderwebs, dust and dead bugs. Had I not been pressed for time I would have gone elsewhere. I would recommend with caution.
