The online check in is terrible. You can't start the check in until you are at the store. Then it asks you to for your drivers liscence (fine), then it asks for a 2nd id. Who brings there passport or a lease statment to pick up a u haul. This should all be saked for when you first reserve the rental.

FRANK-DARWIN HRental was easy. Vehicle was great. People working there were helpful and friendly. After trying to find a rental and having nothing but lies and hidden fees uhaul was great.

Samm HLocation was fine. Friendly and efficient staff. The truck was in horrible shape. Check engine light on. Apparently that's the case with 95% of the fleet according to the staff. "You'll be ok" I was told ... Luckily I was ... but not a good feeling to see that light on!

Stephanie DPlease keep in mind that our time is also valuable. If we rent the product at 8 AM, it should be released at 8 AM not at 8:30 and be charged extra than that. It was good service.

zegeye mReceipt says tank 1/4 full. It was 1/8th full. Counter said if I returned truck with more than what I took it with, no credits are given and another employee says exactly the opposite. It's chaos there. An employee named Sugar seems on top of it.

morgan pWhen I arrived they did not have the 5x8 cargo trailer I had reserved, but the sole employee, Raneke, provided a 5x9 open trailer with ramp that worked out even better for me. On return at 4:50 pm Sunday, the sole employee was too busy to give me a receipt then forgot to log it in. Thankfully, Raneke checked it in properly the next morning at 8 am, so I did not get overcharged. I'm going to download the app so I'll have proof of return, without having to depend on a questionable employee, and be better prepared to drop off equipment after hours. It seems also the the central computer system, besides promising me me a trailer that was unavailable, also shows damaged equipment as available, even though it had been reported. This location was also jammed with 6x12 cargo trailers that nobody wants to rent, so something is wrong at corporate HQ.

Jennifer BI had to drive back to the location 2 days after dropping off the trailer to the 2 guys working, to manually 'check-in' the trailer on my app. The location never checked it in. U-Haul called me to ask "when do you plan to return it?" I told them "2 days ago". I told the guy working that I had to drive all the way back to the uhaul location to return the trailer that I had given to him 2 days earlier, on my app. He asked me, "so if it's returned, what's your issue?"
mark eJohn installed our hitch, and cleaned out our car! He walked us through everything he did, so that we were well informed. Sugar was incredibly polite and helpful at the front desk! They both were awesome, and we'll be coming to this location again.
Kaytlin HWe needed a vehicle for transportation of camp equipment to Cle Elum and the van we got worked out great. The agent who rented the van to us was friendly and recommended the vehicle we used. Very helpful and easy to do.

STEVEN LDespite ordering a dolly with the truck ahead of time and told it was in the back of the truck upon pickup, we made the mistake of not verifying that before leaving, only to find that the dolly was in fact *not* in the back of the truck, so we had to waste mileage to go back to U-Haul to pick up the dolly. Very annoying, and more expensive than it needed to be.

orlando sThe ramp was dirty and they overcharged me for three extra miles that was not supposed to be customer service was poor. The young man that helped us was yelling and screaming, and I showed him pictures of the mileage and they still charge me the extra miles. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

ARTISE W | Online Move InHad to pay for an extra months rent even though we had moved out. Units are hard to get to. The unit rented to us was infested with bees and did not have a lock. The next month we got emails and letters of collections because their system is messed up.

Additionally, the location and lack of secured access caused me concern. The staff was awesome, as was every service I was provided! I would definitely recommend it as a location for truck rental.

arlene l | First ImpressionsOverall, expected experience for the price I paid. You get what you pay for. I visited the location a few times for my storage, and one of my employees is annoyingly incompetent. The main office was being renovated, so a bunch of customers were standing outside, and the incompetent employee walked by us a couple of times and never let us know we had to check-in at the garage, which would've saved the customers several minutes of waiting for nothing. To the employee's credit, how can you expect more out of him when his own management can't even make signs to tell customers where to go. Secondly, when I got unit 337, I saw that the vent had been ripped off with a screwdriver so that some junky could reach their hand in to grab stuff to steal and pawn for heroin. I was assured that the location's management would patch the vent up so that my storage unit would be secure. After storing my belongings at this location for almost two months, management never patched up the vent. Luckily, nothing was stolen.

I was under the impression that these units were part of a bigger building, so that was a little unsettling especially because of the crime in this area. The only other complaint I have it not being able to reach ANYONE at U-haul on the phone. Your online system works great and I'm thankful that it all worked out. But not be able to ask a person a question before hand was a little unnerving.

ABDELKRIM A | Overall ExperienceYour staff is typically amazing so you must be doing something right! However, they seem to operate with little supervision and little training and few processes. They had no idea how to handle an upset customer (me) when I came in after my unit had been broken into. They need more support there. All they did was look uncomfortable and shrug their shoulders.Whoever the woman was that proactively reached out to me and finalized my move out was especially helpful the past few times I was there. I wish I knew her name. As far as the facilities, they are are dirty and stinky and messy. I wished we had moved out sooner.
