Twice I have rented your equipment and twice I have been stuck within a half hour of the nearest town with a flat tire and had to wait for hours, this last time I waited for four hours and had to buy tires myself which I still haven't been reimbursed for, that being said I'll never rent from u haul again

The equipment was beat up, but clean and functional. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service. I usually avoid this location because it has been terrible in the past, but the desk rep was friendly, competent and fast as was the individual who hooked up the trailer.

The guys behind the counter were extremely rude. Didn't even bring the truck out front for us. The truck only had half a tank of gas, which I think is completely unprofessional and absolutely fucking ridiculous.

Pickup off the trailer was hard, it was parked in a way that was near impossible to get it out of the parking spot because it was being blocked by trucks. No one offered to move the other trucks so it took us about half an hour to get out. Also checkout was hard because sure said we had to enable location but instructions did not match steps needed to do so and it doesn't let you proceed without it.

The only thing I hated was the price. I had to pay for gas and also the miles I put on the truck. So that was weird to me. Especially for in town. Otherwise awesome experience and will come back!

Requiring customers to check in via app without an option for staff checkin is fucking insane. The website doesn't even work on Google chrome, I wasn't able to upload pictures until I shared the link to a friend's phone and we opened it through the messenger app's browser. I'm also sick of the way you all charge for your trucks, it's just like a hospital. You agree to “79.80” or whatever and then when you check out at the end they're like “okay your total is $200” and then they itemize everything like you're the idiot for asking what happened. I really wish there was a different company than Uhaul to use, but the least you all could do is pretend to care about your customers, offer real customer service, and be really up front about the costs at the end.

The only down side, is when I rent from U-Hail, picking up always takes a long time. I tied to rent with the phone app but the desk said that would not work. Just wish I could pick up fast like when I rent a car from National Car Rental. Otherwise, truck was good and rental experience was also good.

When returning a long truck (i.e. 26ft) heading north on Division - it's almost impossible to turn left into U-Haul. Please invest in a driveway widening to the North. Maybe 6-10 feet. I had to ease into the center divider lane, then back the truck up almost to the concrete island, and then my left turn was still not clearing the curb entering U-Haul. Had to drive over it carefully, as traffic waited.

Everything worked great with the Auto Transport, it kept the car I was transporting so secure through the rain, then snow on our 7 hour journey, that I was able to relax a little on our otherwise stressful adventure. The rental process was so easy and quick. The explanation on how to use the equipment was very helpful as I never used this equipment before. I was able to load and unload just like a professional. The man who helped me with my trailer rental was not sufficiently trained in how to use the computer system. It took him 40 minutes to complete the rental transaction, and I already had the reservation when I walked in. He was polite, however the whole process was very frustrating. He would greatly benefit from additional training. Gracias.

A worker named Eric "accidentally" closed my account. I called on a Sunday and Monday and customer service sent an email to the Manager of this location to call me BUT that manager never did. I went to the location and a young gentleman helped me. The young man who helped me gave me one month free BUT I just paid a few days before this issue so technically I was never offered anything for the inconvenience and incompetence of that Eric guy. However, the manager still did not have the decency and respect to call me and follow up at least on the emails he received. And I know he received them because I was cc'd on those emails. Poor customer service skills and no follow through for a manager. Might as well give the title and the pay to that young gentleman who at least made an effort to resolve the situation.

Improve by firing the two men that wanted to harm me and my girlfriend.. your horrible employees that want to say aloud that they are going to physically attack me..The general manager Eric at the division store located at the y in spokane threatened to physically assault me and my girlfriend. Eric was cussing ,he literally yelled out the door to my super nice girlfriend that she was a F*$k&g idiot. I want to seek legal action against the employees that were threatening to beat up up and circled around us on uhaul property. Run on sentence. I will not ever use uhaul locations anywhere in this country due to the employees treating and sweating that they could physically assault me and scream at me cuss words!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I will not tolerate being treated to be physically assaulted ever. Its scary he has his job still. I will be following up with

We think the rental fee for the truck is silly. Charging per mile is fine, however charging a fee for the truck seems excessive. Charging for a dolly as well, again too many fees that resonates with the customer they are being nickeled and dimed. Include a dolly if the customer needs one and do not “double charge” with a rental fee (however minima). Customer satisfaction would rise and Uhaul would have more business and make more money. Everything else was good and thank you for helping us!

When waiting on customers, and a line has formed, there should not be 2 employees each working on your only 2 cash registers trying to help the one customer. Your one associate should have asked the customer to move to the next register to free his register up to help other customers. There was no sense of urgency...many of us are in a hurry or on a timeline.

Unfortunately I could only give you haul a 3-star rating with their storage facility because you weren't allowed in your storage unit whenever you wanted. it had to be opened by staff. Also we were going to move everything out at the beginning of the month only to find out we wouldn't receive a refund for the rest of the month that we did not use the unit. Once you pay on the first apparently it's final. And you can't be refunded any money.
