Please make sure to allow enough miles to get back to the drop off location - it was very inconvenient to have to drive 2+ hours to deliver the U-Haul van back to downtown Spokane from Newport - over 40 miles EXTRA. Thank you.

When I got there the attendant treated me and the check in process was good. When we went out to get my trailer the attendant was having an issue getting the trailer out of its spot. When he finally got help he hooked the trailer up and plugged the lights in and hooked the chains up. After checking the light I asked it I was all hooked up and the attendant told me I was free to go. As I was driving home I went over a bridge on a hill and the trailer came off of my hitch and slammed into the back of my vehicle. When I got stopped and hooked the trailer back up I realized the attendant didn’t even tighten down the hitch. When I dropped it off I made them aware of it and all that was said was oops my fault. I could have freaked out on him and ripped him a new one but what good would that have done to the kid. More training or something. No offer to give me a free rental of anything from this incident.

I've rented multiple times from this Uhaul store, and have always had very good service without any problems at all. The staff are friendly and helpful. These people work hard, and do a great job. I highly recommend the Uhaul on North Division, Spokane, WA!

I was an hour late to pickup my truck, and they canceled my reservation, which caused me to lose the requested size of truck, and had to pay more. I was reserved from 11-1, and they stated there was a reservation at 1pm, which I highly doubt. I think they should have at least gave me the same price, even if I had to switch trucks, I ended up paying $10-15 more.

To make sure that all the lights around the trailer work appropriately, the trailer I rented had one light out, it wasn’t a big deal because the important lights worked correctly. I would suggest to have more hooks for straps and have the trailer completely cleaned for the next costumer. Maybe have more friendlier personal that would greet me with a smile when picking up the trailer

The attitudes of the workers left a lot to be desired. They had the drive way blocked and we were trying to return a 26 foot truck, we had to circle the block 4 times till I got out to let them know we could not get in his excuse was we have been busy. No matter how busy they should not nblock the driveway to get in

The 26 foot truck I rented was old, had a partial pack of cigarettes which someone left in the cab and handled very poorly especially on the highway. If this had been my first time dealing with U-Haul I would definitely look elsewhere the next time I needed a truck or trailer rental.

I rented a car tow hauler on 12/10/19 and returned the equipment the next morning without any extra charges. Yesterday, 12/12/19, I rented the same type car tow hauler. First, the location I was supposed to pick it up at did not have it there. The guys did not want to help me find a location that had one. They just told me to contact U-Haul. I ended up going 5 miles out of my way to get a tow hauler. Today I receive my invoice and see an After Hours Service Fee of $21.78 because I dropped it off early on my way to work. I have never received this charge for doing this. Wow!!! I will never use U-Haul again. What a racket! I will also make sure that everyone I know knows about this and I will advise them to not use U-Haul and to find someone else to rent from. Tom Young

Prices are ridiculously high for people to afford on top of all their moving costs already when they are only making minimum wage. So I think if you guys could make the prices a little bit more affordable for people that are already struggling would be awesome.

Called the initial chosen drop off location to confirm and the agent confirmed it was okay. On arrival I was told to go elsewhere. Is t exactly easy to drive a 26’ truck with car hauler around town. Overall customer service was good. For the money spent though on renting from U-Haul you would think service would be better.

Great customer service. Better signs in the parking lot saying if pulling through and going out the other side with a trailer is an option. It's kind of a small tight lot but experience was good nonetheless.

This location has the best customer service!! They did great on the phone helping me with my reservation. They called to follow up when I was running late to pick up my rental. Excellent customer service!!! I will highly recommend this location!!!

The staff at this location went above and beyond in kindness and customer service! I forgot their names but the woman working 11/9 at 4ish and the gentleman working today 11/10 at 1030ish deserve a raise! Customer service number also very helpful!

The guys at the store where doing the best they could. They needed an extra person to handle the work load I saw there today. I work in the rental industry and they were spread to thin and it was easy to see they were. I hope they get more help

Employee at pick-up was dull and unhappy, but employee at drop-off was extremely nice and enthusiastic. Nobody did a walk-through upon pick-up, which I thought was odd because how would they know what liabilities applied at drop-off? Luckily we did not have any. Prices seemed unreasonably high.

The only problem I had was this U-Haul facility reserving a u-box at another facility. They didn’t call the U-Haul to notify them so they could get one ready, but everything did work out eventually.

Staff was great. Truckstop bathroom flavored oderizers were annoying. Theres no elevator at N.Division storage. That was inconvenient. Those are my critisisms. Storage arrangement worked well.
