Overall my experience was good but there are a lot of issues with the staff. The manager (if it's the same one when I moved my stuff in was good but the other employees weren't as professional or seemed to care about customer service. A few weeks ago I went by there on a Sunday and the doors to the storage facility wasn't opened. I went to the office and the employee there didn't realize the doors weren't opened and said the manager hadn't come to unlock the doors. !?!? This was very inconvenient for me but that's what it is like often at this location.

Your trailer is so light and the motorcycle I needed to tow only weighed $300 pounds, I noticed after picking it up and heading home the tongue weight wouldn't have been enough to haul it so I had to ride the bike 7 hours round trip. The trailer was all over the place heading home didn't want to test it.

I rented an enclosed trailer. When I opened the door there was debris all over the floor. I had to clean it out before using. I would recommend cleaning units, making sure they are clean before renting.

My begin experience was great. I got in and out with no problem. It was the return experience that was the worst. I arrived at Uhaul at 8:30 am the store did not open until 9:00am. The attendance did not open the store until 9:20am, she was inside just would not open the door. Myself and several others customers were knocking on the door she would not answer. It was to so bad I called the police. I will never rent a truck from that location anymore🙁. She never apologized just said someone else was suppose to come in. That is totally unacceptable.

I had to re-enter all info on the app when I came to pick up (before business hours). When I came to return the truck, I parked under the canopy & it said to wait inside the truck but after several minutes, I got out to ask 2 guys standing there talking what I needed to do. One went in and finally a guy came out to check my truck back in.

I think it is ridiculous that at 7:00 am when I went to pick up my reserved trailer that the Uhaul employee had call someone (friend or family member) for them to verify me. After trying 3 contacts she finally woke up my mother to vouch for me. Never mind that y'all already had my license, credit card and vehicle tag information. I'm a 59 year old man, not some teenager. The rental was a $14.95/day utility trailer. I have never had to have another person vouch for me when renting anything including vehicles. I did not see this mentioned anywhere when I reserved the trailer online. Not sure if I will use Uhaul again after this experience.

Ms Adrian Mixon customer service is like off the charts. She has made my experience with UHaul fantastic. I am a 15 year customer with UHaul and was really contemplating ever using UHaul as my go to service company anymore, because of bad service in the last year, until I talked to Ms Andrea. She is the upmost best customer service oriented person I have ever in the past15 years using UHaul experienced . I have recommended her facility in Pear to every person in need of renting a truck or trailer for their moving needs. The location owner checked us in. She was rude and irritated that it took me a few minutes to take a picture of my license to upload. I told her I can only do one thing at a time. It's stressful taking on the responsibility of a truck and I needed to make sure we covered all the basis. As an owner she should have better customer service skills.

The store manager, Andrea Mixon, is rude, arrogant and not at all customer focused. An error was made on my invoice, which she processed, and she 1) refused to correct and 2) told me was my fault. I have had two other run-ins with her at a different location, both of which ended in 1) not being able to rent equipment from her and 2) had me travel two miles to rent the same equipment from a sister facility. I have no idea why her manager has not addressed her performance and her reputation is generally known by the other store managers. I will avoid any store I know she is operating.

We were unable to access our reserved storage unit due to a broken hasp. We were told per Andrea Mixon area manager that they did not know when the hasp could be repaired leaving us to scramble to find an available unit at another facility. This inconvenience caused a delay in our entire moving process which the staff Chynna Burk showed little concern and was overall extremely rude. We plan to share our experience on social media as we will never use UHaul again.

Understaffed. Long wait checking out. Trailer worked well without problems. When returning I Was told that that I would be charged a cleaning fee for the blankets because I did not fold them instead of kindly informing me of the policy or ask me to fold the blankets. And do you really need a folding blanket policy?

The day I reserved the unit, we were told about the moving truck/getting the month rent free. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable- provided us with information requested, showed us a sample unit, etc... We didn't have a certain timeline to move in, just needed to secure a unit, so I set the date for June 29 and we brought a few little boxes on that date. I asked about the truck again and was told it would not apply since I had already moved in... Our unit is in the very back corner. While it is one of the larger units, it has a smaller door. Lighting is poor. I wouldn't Not recommend this facility to a friend, but it wouldn't be my first choice after my experience in 6/29.

Candice was worried about were Danika and Amber were. She said they always disappear (from work). Danika was mean and so blunt. Amber was just plain ugly, and rude. She doesn't have any customer service skills. Her mask wasn't even on her face properly. She walks away from her customer when she's suppose to be showing them their unit. (Like you know were it's located already)!
