Don't use online check in. I had so many problems with it that I had to go inside the location for assistance. And on a Saturday morning, you couldn't get anybody on the phone. And I saw nobody else using online check-in.Lisa W.

Need to work on customer service. First our pickup was at 7am and there was only one person there, we didn't even get our truck until 7:40. Was very rude and when we had an issue and called they told us that they wouldn't help us. We had an emergency and needed to return to our same location as pickup and they told us to "piss off' and to stop calling because they couldn't do anything for us. Would NEVER come here again they are very unprofessional and need to work on their people skills.JACOB G.

Almost every time I have gone into this location for a rental there has been NO ONE at the desk or even in the building. I've had to go outside to the maintenance building or the parking lot to try to search out someone. These times there have been other people waiting also. This last time I even tried calling the cell number on John Rivera's business card, however, there was not answer. IMO this location needs additional help.Monarcha M.

Wen I delivered the trialer i received my receipt from john. I flew home back to Indiana on Oct. 2,That Tuesday or Wednesday 5th or 6th i received a call from Uhaul the guy ask me if i was steve morris. i said yes. he was very rude asking where is my trailer. i told him in the parking lot and hng up. i thought it was a prank. they lost the trailer and i called the 1-800 U-Haul number, and they told me the trailer had not been returned. after multiple calls i finally got in contact with john. he told me when i dropped it off he would sign it in and take care of it. when i finally contacted him he said he would take care of it AGAIN. if they did their job right we would of not had this situation. i thought i was going to have to fly back down there for nothing. i do not have the extra money to fly back especially when your employee does not do his job. Would he have to pay for my ticket because he did not do his job right, aa no i do not think so. i am not going to use your company until you make it right Sincerely, Steve MorrisSTEVEN M.
For a one day use I had to pay for 2 days. That should have been explained when I made the reservation. Paying over 300 for less than 12 hours of use. I will never rent from UHaul again.Seth M.

I decided to try the "skip the line and use online" well the attendant clearly thought that meant have you wait until the end of the line for your key, despite the online prompt stating to "cut the line" and head straight for the side of the register to pick up your key, not only did this set me back to 5:10 before getting my uhaul which I was supposed to have at 4:30 but the truck that was given to me had damage to the outside of the vehicle, some of the lights on the interior were broken, fluid was leaking from the truck and it had troubles changing gears, over all thank god I only had to do about 10 miles round trip because I don't know if the truck would have made it much further. The U-Haul location to my apartment is walking distance, I'm talking two blocks away, so the issues with the truck in gear changing weren't realized until after the truck was loaded and headed to the new destination, if in fact I would have had to drive the truck further to the initial destination I would have certainly exchanged the truck immediately. Rude/poor service and damaged truck make this experience terrible.Lillian P.

I had to sweep the truck which was dirty. John was my sales guy which was great. My driver side mirror was loose so a bit hazardous driving because I had to keep adjusting it. All else was goodDEANNA S.
The rental auto was dirty, also I rented a dolly and when I make the reservation the girl (July) told me the rent was $7.00 now I see my bill and I been charged $10.00 also when I returned the auto I returned with more gasoline. I rented for less than 2 hours. I am just a little dissapointed for that. Thank you for asking and I have to tell to improve y someone said one price and they charge me for more .umm not good.Biance C.

One of the attendants that checked us in was absolutely amazing. I have a broken ankle, and had been up hours and traveling 8 hours. I was in extreme pain, and he took the keys, looked at my son and told him to take me home to bed. It was so sweet I didn't want it to go without being posted somewhere. He was a retired vet older African American. I can't remember his name. But his whole mood really made our day. 20 out of 10. Oh..and they were slammed busy!!!! Handling a ton! Short staffed! Highly recommend!Meagan N.

The store is decent and the truck was clean. However, there was an occasional squeaking noise when accelerating. The biggest issue was the wire connector on the car hauler was damaged and was just taped back up which caused a fuse to go out and my trailer's running lights stopped working. I needed roadside assistance which took hours to get a reply.Bryon M.

Understaffed led to extremely long wait. NONE of staff knew exclusions on contents insurance. In fact, they were wrong on what they said was covered!! I had to get my transaction reversed to remove the cost of insurance because ALL of my trailer contents were excluded. Then, 2 of the 3 12' trailers were unusable even though they tried to rent it out to me! I had to show how the fender was digging into the tire on 2 of the 3. The only trailer left was obviously very old & the door would not go down all the way without great effort. Then the guy sprayed so much solvent on the track inside, the trailer reeked of it. FINALLY, the hitch was upside down & the trailer rode too low. I told the guy this-John-but he said it was good. NO! The empty trailer wouldn't even get up my driveway. It hit the sidewalk & got stuck. I called UHaul 436 in Winter Park & August immediately identified the problem w the hitch & said the ball needed to be flipped. So we had to drive across town to get the trailer properly installed. It was a HORRIBLE experience at 17-92!!!!ALFRED E.

You can have your customer service to get it together! I ordered my hitch and paid for it to be expedited but was NOT! I even asked for a manager, was told they would call me but NEVER happened. Had a bad experience but the location that put the hitch on was great.Pam C.

The inside of the windshield was very dirty. Please clean that film off the inside of the glass so that I can see outside better. The drivers door was very difficult to latch. It takes a hard pull (or push) to get the door to latch all the way. The windshield wipers were hard and need to be replaced. The suspension is rock hard. Are you sure the shocks don't need to be replaced?MICHAEL H.
Your 24/7 check-in system has some kinks that need to be worked out. Once the key to the vehicle is dropped off in the drop box (prematurely) the check-in process is over whether you're done or not. I dropped the key too early and could not finish. I expected some kind of message from u-haul indicating success or failure and received nothing and it's been over 24 hours. Only a request to fill out this survey.Gregg L.

I had to fill the air in the tires up, one tire was down to 20 lb.MATTHEW P.
I would recommend having the items ready and available for the customer when they arrive at the appointed time. They didn't have the dollies I needed and had reserved. My truck was dirty and smelled musky. The tire pressure on my tires was low causing the truck to float around the highway. And my steering wheel was off by about 30 degrees. Unacceptable for 4 grand!JACEN G.

Ensure that gas gauge is accurate on vehicles. I was charged for gas refill even AFTER I had just put 5 gallons in the vehicle. After my gas addition, the gauge DID NOT budge. My lesson learned is to take a photo of the gas gauge before and after leaving and returning to the site, and providing a receipt of gas purchased. Kind of a scam on U-Haul's part.Robert S.
