The staff members are always in a great mode. They're very helpful and deal with a lot of angry people and still take the next client with a smile on their face. This is the only Location I always use no matter how far I have to drive.India M.

When I arrived a dark skin woman wearing a U Haul shirt started yelling at me that I should move the truck!!I politely asked her where to park she just yelled leave it over there!!And to leave the keys inside.Not a friendly and safe environment.I'm not easily intimidated due to being a retired police officer.But I shudder to think how the average customer would react to that treatment.Also I wanted to ask a question before I brought the truck back .I was on hold for 15 minutes the same amount of time I took to drive there.The place seems to be in chaios !!!ANTHONIE P.

This was a counter reservation. I asked the cashier what is the closing time at this location. She replied 8pm; however, the pickup truck needs to be return by 7pm. The cashier without my knowledge nor consent enter my return for 3pm. She never stated this to me nor did she ask me my return time. When I gave the gentleman the key for the pickup truck, he completed my online checkout with my phone with my permission because I did not know. When I returned the pickup truck at 6:50 pm,I was charged an extra day $39.95 for a rental that is $19.95 and $10 for insurance for a entire day. When I inquired, the cashier literally laughed and said I guess you will be calling the corporate office. My reply was that I would dispute it with my credit card. She replied that I would not be allowed to rent ever again. I think it is simply fraud. She said I should have read the paperwork. My reply was you are required to ask me for my return time instead you made up your own.KEYSHA P.

I chose this location as I had used it once before for a long move and everyone was nice and professional. The staff here are very unprofessional and all I saw was a lot of playing going on. No customer service skills whatsoever. I ordered a dozen moving blankets and never received them but was charged for them. If I managed this store I would clean house and get some people in there that can provide good customer service. This place pretty much looks like the halls of a high school with a bunch of juveniles joking and playing around with each other. I don't care what people do when you have no customers but when you have people there please be professional and friendly towards them and let the play time with your coworkers wait until they are gone. The check in process is always a hassle. Twice in the past that I've rented from this place and as soon as I get my truck the mileage did not match the documents and the fuel gauge does not match eitherBasem A.
The office clerks and equipment were excellent. However, upon returning the equipment, the gentleman who received the tow dolly in the yard was not helpful, unprofessional. He did not want to remove the chain of the tow dolly that was hooked to my vehicle. He said "This is not my problem, you have to deal with it" and he walked away. I am a long time customer as you can verify it in my rental records but this gentleman is not customer friendly nor deserves to work at that place.NICOLAS S.
When I picked up the trailer, there were numerous employees walking around the lot but not one of them was helping the line of customers waiting to pick up. Eventually one of them started helping the waiting customers. When I returned the trailer they made an error and I was charged over $400 more than I should have been. The girl helping me couldn't fix it and she told me the manager would have to do it. She went to find him and returned, telling me he was busy and he would fix it and call me later that day. The customer service when I first got there was good. Had help hooking up the trailer. But when I had to return the trailer it took a good 10 minutes before I found anyone around. I sat outside in the truck as instructed by the signs. I sat there for about 15-20 minutes. I figured because it was raining heavily no one was willing to help me. Finally it quit raining and I saw a man in a u haul shirt. I asked him what the "story" was? He said oh just leave the keys in the truck and you can go. The agents were all very friendly and helpful but they were more interested in discussing their own personal dramas and life stories with each other than staying focused and getting the customer helped in a fast manner. I also did not appreciate that one of the agents had a customer on speaker phone while handling his personal business for everyone in the store to hear. I also did not appreciate the guy outside who clean's the trucks asking me for a tip and when I told him I didnt have cash he said â€œbut you have a cash appâ€. It was very unprofessional.AIYANA S.

Not only did U-Haul change the truck I had reserved a month earlier and confirmed several times before pickup, it was not there and was given a much smaller truck. Also, two days before pickup U Haul changed the pickup location (which prevents jumping to another company much closer) to several miles further away. That means more mileage and more trips for us to move our house, which means more mileage again. This is unacceptable and I was warned by several people not to rent from you all due to this same "bait and switch routine" that has become common place for you as shucksters. Get professional....I don't blame the kids working there who did a very good job getting the wrath of several customers for the same thing. 561-603-0750Joseph H.
