Was Ignored upon arrival by two U-Haul employees that were having a general conversation, had to ask multiple time for check out. System charged me for gas when tank was full, employee could not figure out how to remove charges, so I ended up paying the extra charges.

First let me start off with letting you know that The first reservation I had y'all canceled on me last minute because you didn't have what I needed. That was pretty screwed up. My second reservation was at 10am a week later. I was there at 9:55. Stood inline for 57 minutes, just to sit in the parking lot for another 32 minutes to be hooked up. There were 3 people working who were busting their asses, and they had a great attitude regardless of what they were dealing with. UHaul, you don't deserve employees that you have. I really hope your giving them what they deserve because you guys can't get your crap together. Horrible situation

There was a power outage in the area and this location was very busy. Despite the setback, the employees handled the situation efficiently as possible and maintained customer service throughout the process. My only criticism is that I had made a reservation at a different location that had transferred my reservation to this particular location as the cargo van I reserved was not available; however, the cargo van was not available at this location either. Luckily, the 10' truck was available at no additional cost. If I would have incurred additional costs to ensure I had a truck in order to move, this would have been a major drawback.

The box truck and several warning lights including low tire pressure and the abs system kept going off. Was not clean and I was told I had a half tank and it was less then that. I only made a quick trip but was scared the whole time. Also looks like it was left on the roadside as a sticker remained on the drivers window.

I had a 5pm reservation. I got there at 5pm and after the attendant got "my unit" hooked up to my truck he just walked away. I did my own inspection and found that the right rear tire on the trailer had 10PIS of air in it (so it was flat). I then had to hunt for the attendant again to let him know. He then had to go inside and have them swap out "my unit". As i am backing up to my new unit he informs me that this unit has a screw in the left front tire. I have to ask him if they can change the tire out as these were the only 2 units on the property(he didn't offer). After a bit of a wait he was able to change to the tire and i was finally able to hook up to my new unit. I ended up leaving a little after 6pm. So now i am running late to what i needed the trailer for. Overall it was a stressful experience that should have been simple since i had a reservation and my unit should have been ready for me to pickup by 5pm.

If we pay for addition equipment, please make sure it is with the rental. The inside was not clean. I had to stop and clean the inside of the windshield. The staff were great. Very attentive and helpful.

Most times I rent there the windshield has amour all on it. I think a clean windshield is more important than a clean dashboard….the staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful.

I was charged an extra day for $40 and fees, I dropped off the truck the day after it was picked up. Then they wanted to charge me saying I dropped it off the day after 5he day I actually dropped it off. If I hadn't gone inside I would of had no evidence that I actually dropped the truck off. It's sketchy and if I didn't say anything, they would of charged me all those fees.

The staff has a serious attitude problem. I'm wondering, during the interview if the hiring manager asked on a scale of 1 - Ghetto, how ghetto can you be ? Everyone there had a serious attitude problem as though they are being forced to work there against their will. I would never recommend this place to anyone. When i went to purchase an item. they told me the computer was broke, next window. So i went to the next window and the lady said the same thing, and i went to the next window and the lady said the same thing. At that point i just said. I need to purchase this item and i'm not going to another window. Sadly they were within 2-3 feet of each other and within hearing distance. We also paid for them to help us hook up the trailer. The girl with extensions in her hair had an attitude because she had to help hook up the trailer to a truck. Hello.... lady its part of your job description.... if you don't like it. then quit, plenty of other jobs you can search for. I won't go to this place again.

Didn't a truck when I showed up on time. Didn't have the trailer I ordered. According to the clerk, they apparently gave the trailer away while I was standing there waiting for the truck to be ready. Also, the staff was surly and unprofessional. Rather than deal with miserable, pissed off employees, can't you just get some kiosks??

No staff available to help at 8:30 AM. I waited ten minutes inside the store to speak to someone. Two other customers waiting before me so I left. I never received the furniture moving pads for which I pre-paid, and they were definitely not in the van either. I'd like a refund for the pads. I will never return to this location either way. Furthermore, the vehicle pictures that I saw during the self-guided check-in were CLEARLY from when the vehicle was much newer. I re-took all of the photos because there was tons of minor damage to the vehicle (scuffs, dings, chipped paint) for which I do not want to be found liable. It really seems like U-Haul doesn't care about their customers or staff.

Despite 10+ vehicles for $19.95 being in the lot I was told they were all reserved. I was told the only vehicle was the largest 26' truck. Then the employee would not take my reservation for the next available on her computer and claimed I had to do it on my cell phone. While I did this the employee had no knowledge of how to help the next customer load their car to a rental tow hitch SO I PULLED UP A YOUTUBE VIDEO TO HELP THEM.. I waited around for 45 minutes then when I went outside to take pics of all the vehicles sitting idle the desk employee asked me what I was doing and claimed to now have a slightly bigger vehicle available for the same price.. Then while walking me out to the vehicle she took time out to gossip with her fellow employee for 2 minutes while I stood by waiting to go to my vehicle.. after waiting 40 minutes already... All in all a bad and time consuming experience.

once the paperwork was done i. the office, the lot guy pretended to be busy for 20 minutes. That evening, when i returned the trailer, the two people in the office just told me to park the trailer in the lot. i did, but they didn't want my paperwork. the next day, i got a call at noon, wwantinh to know when i intened to bring the trailer back. cant wait to see the bill.

Lack of staffing, one person running the desk, he did great, but there was a line of 15 people and I waited approx 40 min. Then I was overcharged for the time and gas. The tank on the truck I was given only had a 1/4 of gas and that's what I returned it with.

I was returning the truck to this location when I was approached by what appeared to be a manager or supervisor (female), which had a bad attitude. She started to tell me that she wasn't taking any more trucks and that she didn't know why I was sent to her location from there. She proceeded to start cursing about not having space for the U-Haul to park it. I told her that this is my returning location. As I started to park and took a picture of my mileage (dashboard), she aggressively started to tell me where to take the U-Haul and that she wasn't going to accept it at her location due to no space cursing (F…) and calling one her guys. She told me to get out of the U-Haul. I ask her name, I needed her name. She refused to give me her name and I ask who the guy she called to get in the truck. I told her I need to know who I was handing the keys for the return of the U-Haul. She then said I didn't have to be there and that she didn't have to talk to me about that. She told me where I needed to take the U-Haul and walk off to the other side of the building at that point. I just rode off with my other vehicle and called the 1-800 U-Haul to report the incident.

Customer service reps Adaisha, Tia & the AA maintenance man we're polite & helpful! I found it extremely distasteful that CS repa were asked to answer phone calls while customers waited in line. Also I was disappointed that the truck had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up therefore I had to travel extra miles to refuel. Where is the courtesy in that?? Overall your reps politeness made the experience better

Called to confirm reservation. Got the run around. Went to the corporate location and was told they had one car hauler which had been reserved earlier in the day. Our Res was done August4th. Was told this was first come first serve. Really! We drive 2000 miles to be told first come first serve. Got the trailer because we were 5 minutes sooner in arrived than the other reservation. UHaul made another unhappy customer. Went to hook up trailer. It has a flat. Luckily, with our car Jack and cordless ,we were able to switch tires with another trailer. The staff were grateful we had the knowledge to accomplish this task and we got to drive away with car hauler. Be ready to be a problem solver with UHaul.

When I first walked in the store I was the only customer inside. There were two female employees behind the counter. The one I walked up to was on her cell phone and I stood there for about 5 minutes before she finally looked up and acknowledged me. She then directed me to the second employee who pleasant enough. After taking all my information I was given a copy of the contract but when she went to get the truck keys they could not be found so I had to wait while she wrote up another contract for a different truck. Then I was instructed to go outside and another employee wearing a green shirt would get my equipment. I went outside and walked all over the lot, office and bays for 10 minutes and there was no one to assist me. I went back inside and told them no one was available to get my truck so the first EE I met went out and got my truck. After my job was completed and I returned the truck I was met by a different employee who checked me in. When she was finished she told me the bill was $50.00 higher than what I was initially quoted. When I asked why she said I was 45 minutes "late" returning the truck and my gas was "lower" than what I left with. I left with a 1/4 tank and returned with a 1/4 tank! As far as being "late" returning the truck, I thought when you rented a truck for the day it was for 24 hours? I gave them an estimate of 4:00 when I took the truck but who really knows with moving things and traffic exactly how long it will take. I complained about the price and the employee adjusted the total back down to almost the original price even though I returned the truck with less mileage than I originally was charged for. For all these unpleasant reasons I will NEVER do business with U-Haul again and will seek an alternate rental company for my future needs if any. Gracias.

It's was hard to find the truc that I was assigned to I couldn't find it and it's would be nice for one of the girl that was seating there doing nothing to come and try to help me. Me and the movers look for the first truck for white we couldn't find so went back inside to get a different one. It's wasn't good at all.

Tire light was on, tires pressures were all wrong either too low(29 psi) or very high(over 65 psi). Truck has a bad whining noise coming from engine. Truck has the wrong equipment number on it. Glass was filthy, annoying during the day and dangerous at sunset. Could not see anything due to glare. I'm not sure if I was given the wrong truck or if all 4 decals on the truck were wrong. Truck had damage with no stickers on the truck.

Truck was disgusting! It was filthy and smelled so bad of tobacco it made me nauseous. I feel like I smoked a half of a pack of cigarettes and need to take a shower. Not to mention the aggravation in trying to record all the damages to the truck. Your employee should be marking this down and allowing me to sign off on it.. Y'all should pay me $85 for driving that truck around and advertising for you for the day.

The process for getting the truck without going into the building was surprisingly cumbersome, but in retrospect, everything they asked me to do was reasonable. It would ave been nice to know in advance what was involved. The Tire Light was on the whole time. Fortunately, I wasn't going far.

The workers who placed the trailer on and off the car were exceptional. The staff when I returned the hitch could not find my account and expected me to wait on line for 30 minutes to get a receipt. I did not wait and left. They said their records showed a returned it but I never got a email. I would have to wait online for several customers to get a email that they likely misspelled when I rented but some how you have now for this evaluation

This place was horrible. Service was terrible we could have hooked up to any trailer and no one have known! We could not get help. When we finally got a young girl to help us, it was like we were bothering her! We stood out there for 1/2 hour looking for someone to help us find the trailer. When we found it, it was a piece of crap! We went through all of them to find a half way decent one! Then we got home and the tail light didn't work. My husband had to fix them! Someone took off the ground wire behind the light! We went to return it it late the next night and there trucks and trailers everywhere you couldn't even pull on the property… so we had to keep it until the next day. I will NEVER rent from this uhaul place again!! It was absolutely terrible!!

The tire warning light was on and the vans screen kept flashing service tire. I was told that the air pressure was fine before I left the U-Haul store, but it is very unsettling to see this warning while driving.
