No problem with the location where I finally returned the truck. But the system needs fixing as the 800 number sent me to a location where they didnt accept returns. Then from there they gave me a list of places but told me to go to the main which was the largest and the best. When I get there they tell me they cannot accept the truck. I had to call the 800 number again and finally they got it all straight and this location accepted the truck, charging me an extra $3.12 for mileage after I had put $50.00 over in fuel. I have always used uhaul with no problems but I call this trip a disaster as far as pickup and return.

The customer service while picking up my trailer and returning it was below par. When returning my trailer I was treated as I was an inconvenience. Staff was more focused on socializing with what appeared to be non paying customers.

I had a wonderful experience. From speaking with Erika at the 800 phone number. My pickup here was flawless. I wish I had gotten the agents name she was wonderful dealing with my frazzled self. Calm, professional, and smiling. Also a special shout out to Mr. Roy Riddell (I hope I spelled that correctly) , as I was checking in he was dealing with an upset customer (from her side of the story, rightfully so). He listened, responded professionally and was trying to help. I mentioned that I was returning my truck early and he phoned inside to help get this customer a truck. Mr Riddell is a consummate professional and I expect he will go far. Kudos to him and to U-Haul for hiring such wonderful customer oriented staff, something often lacking in retail today.

One employee was unable to handle the simple process of working in the retail market. She told me no men were on site for another 2 hours so she couldn't remove the 6x12 trailer for me. Another women argued with her and decided to help me. Drama for no reason.

I checked out for a tow dolly. They had three but none worked. They gave me a larger trailer which was good but then charged me insurance I didn't task for. I said it was okay but they would remove the insurance and never did. Also no reply from the store yet.

The problem was not with either of these personnel. The problem was we had contracted to deliver the trailer to a location and when we arrived the person refused to accept the trailer while stating he had no place to put it and insisted we drive the trailer miles out of our way to another location. Fortunately the people there accepted it even though they were never contacted about it.

The General Manager, (Woman) is a badass! She ran the entire store inside & out all on her own. Multiple customers, ran all 3 counters simultaniously, while communicating via walkie talky to the yard. She is great! Never lost her patience, never lost her professionalism, shes the reason we will use only this location.

I was told when i open the unit almost a year ago it was stay the same rate. It went from $90 to $120. For no reason 6 months after it went up. Email public storage about it and never got a response back.

I wouldn't recommend you haul. This was the worst rental I have ever experienced in many many years. You guys sent me to the wrong location called me last minute, and then your scheduling department completely messed up on the return I was supposed to be returning to Lake worth and they returned it to Lantana. Which caused more mileage I put more gas in the truck and because of everything that I went through just picking up the truck the fact that you guys are trying to charge me more is ludicrous

My truck had a missing window knob, cracked dash, gas cap alert was on even though the gas cap was closed, doors were slammed too many times over the years so it doesn't know that the door is closed, so I had to slam it. That's normal wear and tear for a rental truck from ill use of customers. I'm not sure if the trucks get cosmetic repair... The team were super helpful. We got assistance promptly when the lock code didn't work. The cashier utilized another register to get the flow of the growing line moving. She didn't skip any necessary steps or wording necessary to ring up the gentleman ahead of me. I will definitely come here for my next rental truck the next time I do an in-town or one-way move. Even if another U-Haul is closer. Thanks!

This was the worse experience i ever had it took a long time to get the truck the person was by herself doing everything and jumping from costumer to other then when i returned the truck the person ifnored me and when sit somewhere but xyneiah help me out , also i feel like i was over charged i only drove 60 miles and got charge for 71 i need a refound !!

The pick up in Jacksonville was a breeze and lady there was very nice.....but the drop off was terrible. Service lady didn't want to check me out when I was doing an early drop and kept being insistent that I do it on my phone since it was getting close to 5:00 pm and she was ready to go but still had a line to take care of and it wasn't 5:00 yet!!!

The truck was smelling cigarettes and as a non smoker it was terrible. Guess need to do better.... and please let your staff know to greet customer when they walk into the store. No one greeted me and took me 35 minutes for some one to attend to me.

Need to fill gas tanks before giving it to customer. Everything went well but for the large 26 foot trucks I want to get used to it before I try and get it in the gas station.

The check in and check out process did not work for contactless help. During check out the young lady stopped helping me and moved on to other customers. Then told me she doesn't do return vehicles when she does. Very unprofessional and non considerate of my time. The needs to be a QR code that can be scanned for customers who are checking in/out. Plus the signs were misleading. The person checking you in shouldn't be the person pulling vehicles. The system was backwards. During high volume there should be more staffing to help guest.

An express line or priority for people who already waited in line, sent outside then sent back inside!! Should not have to wait in line twice. Very busy location. There is always a long waiting line! That does not reflect on the people behind the counter because they are excellent at what they do!!

My original rental was from the site in Loxahatchee Groves. They did NOT have my unit and I had to call UHaul to resolve. UHaul moved my rental to the location on Okeechobee. I lost 2 hours of my moving day, which caused me to MISS an appointment at my destination. The modified rental failed to apply the VIP waiver. I now have to follow-up with UHaul on the non-availability of the unit in Loxahatchee Groves.

I informed the return agent. This trailer has at least one bad tire. It shook unacceptably badly from 53-63 mph. I was forced to stay either above or below that speed range for the whole trip.

You switched my initial location to,Due to your initial drop off location being unable to receive any more equipment, the nearest location able to accept your U-Haul equipment will be: Name:THE PROFESSIONAL MOBILE DETAILING & AUTO RESTOREAddress:3951 HAVERHILL RD WEST PALM BEACH, FL, 33417 call Scheduling at (561) 638-9428 . This man is a Thug with no respect, I went to the location and could not find it, so i called him. He got angry, told me he is not dealing with me just leave the truck with the key in it and he hung up on me. The location does not exist because he has a mobile car detailing. I called UHAUl, the first person I spoke to told me she will send me a video how to auto check in after i told her about my experience. I asked to be transferred and the gentle man sent me to this location where everthing was amaizing, she was empathetic and took care of me. My drop off time which should have been under an hour took ove 3 hours having to deal with the unprofessionalism and hostility of the person who owns the Mibile detailing company. How did UHAUL get linked up with him? I payed UHAUL over $1300 to move from Va to West Palm got no discounts and to be treated poorly. I moved here for a job and others i know will be relocating as well, Do I reccommend them based on my experience? You decide, i do expect a followup phone call.

The girl who brought truck out, just let me in and walked away, I'd be giving u 1 star if it wasn't for one of their other employees who went out of his way to help me with initial setup taking pictures of damage. The gas gauge wasn't close to paperwork. The woman who dropped off literally walked away after pulling truck up, I had to flag someone down. I was never explained contract timeline. I would promote the dude and give the girl in this case more training.
