Isidro A.It took to long just to get my rental and dropping it off I saw I was charged for things I didn't even add or use like a dolly and furniture pads a total of $17and we left the gas where we got it and they charged me an additional $12 for gas they charged $29 that they shouldn't have.
Miguel G.I like and do t like the app for check in. It's a double edge sword. If I knew about it before I arrived, my experience wouod have been a bit better. However it was easy to use and a breeze to return.

Charmaine S.Total waste of time reserving online. When I got to the shop I still waited 45 min. to get the vehicle. The 'new system' can only be operated from a phone. At one time I saw 7 people all on the phone trying to finish the massive registration process to get their rental. Toward the end I was asked for the contact info of "somebody who knows you". WTF? Took several tries before my 80yo parents would answer an unknown number. Van was smaller than advertised, side doors don't fully open so you loose of foot of access. A QUEEN MATTRESS DOES NOT FIT IN A 9' VAN without riding on the wheel wells. The rubber floor may preserve the cabin bed but its hell trying to move anything in and out and there's rubber all over sides of my furniture now. I will never ever use U-HAUL again.

Robert M.The truck was making all kinds of odd noises (Motor Exhaust etc), the location was creepy, people came in talking to themselves and answering... I would consider my experience bottom of the barrel. And for what I paid I'd be a lot better off at Home Depot or Lowes and rent one of their trucks. Better service, better vehicles, and cheaper. The only reason I considered u-haul was because I needed a loading ramp or lift gate, and I was not convinced I could get that at a home improvement store.
Derek C.Returned my trailer on 6/23 which was 3 days before it needed to be back. The guy at U-Haul who unhooked my trailer said that he'd check it out. On Sunday, 6/26, I got charged $30 for “an extra day†even though I returned the trailer BEFORE I needed to.

Bernice B.After I have returned the truck. The girl, named Lenzi, overcharged me. I've realized that after receiving email. I had to come back about 10 miles on a busy afternoon. These were the extra charges: 6 gallons of gas for $48, when I had to bring the truck with 1/4 full and was exactly what I had in the tank. $30 for service charge to fill up the gas. $20 for bringing the car outside of the working hours, which is absolutely wasn't the case, since time of return was 4:30 pm and still the store was open. Once I came back the girl gave me a refund with an attitude. Anyways, the service is horrible at this location. I still checked the receipt and still I see the $20 charge that wasn't taken off. Hopefully someone will give a lesson to this location so they don't repeat this again. Thank you, Zorayr Nalbandyan'

Patricia R.When I picked up the truck, it had 1/4 tank gas. I returned it with 1/4 tank gas. I was still charged $54 for gas. I went inside and tried to get it fixed, but they want me to come back on Monday and speak to the manager. Very disappointed.

Daniel I.For one thing I felt that this location took advantage of me I returned the vehicle with the quarter tank of gas as I had received it and I was still charged a fuel fee I spoke to a representative at this location named Henry who noted this over charge and now I am waiting for a refund to my credit card which has not been done I hope someone calls me and tries to resolve this matter

SERGIO C.This location is a nightmare and the staff was not helpful - The new system of having to do everything by yourself on your phone is a NIGHTMARE!! I had rented two Vans in the previous month at a different location. They insisted that my CDL was fake when I uploaded it to the link - My reference was called and they hung up on him. I told the staff that and they insisted that I get another one. I explained what happened with them hanging up and they were like OH WELL!!! you need a new one. No one from staff went over to check the Van with me to confirm Van had no dents or check on the gas level. Upon my return I let them know Van was very low on oil. I had to ask someone to please give me a copy of my receipt. I was questioned on the gas level. I received it with 1/2 a tank and brought it back with 1/2 a tank. I told the person had someone checked it with me at the time I got the Van we would not be having this conversation. I was told OH WELL - Its the way its going to be going forward so get use to it. Honestly I don't see how you can go this route. Equipment should be checked out by staff and renter before driving off. Its like I was at The RED BOX checking out a movie. I have a very large network which include a group of 500 Tailgate people for the Rams and I have and will be sharing my experience with them. I will also be posting my negative experience on Facebook and Instagram.

Shahriar M.On line check in process at location is very counterproductive , have to go to the yard search for a specific truck number among 20 others which look identical. What happened to customer service? Biggest let down of all, once I was able to locate the truck, it was disgustingly dirty and blocked front and back.

The people at the location are super helpful but after I left and had to do things on my own on the site it was a ridiculous process. I am a long time costumer and I am not happy.. I have a feeling that a lot of people aren't happy.

Mark J.Your online pick-up system is terrible. I won't be renting from UHaul again because of it. You took something very simple, checking out using a reservation number, and made it complicated and time- consuming. Your staff is poorly trained to use it and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and made you lose a future customer.
David M.The company has made it impossible for on site staff members to rent a vehicle to a customer. The checkout process on an app is a ridiculous and deceptive business practice. You make multiple pages of links that have choices preselected and change the location of the “I don't want this stuff†option between pages. This should and will be reported to the BBB. My guess, based on my ratings and how I assume a corporate environment will react, you will blame the rating on the individual location instead of yourselves. Let me be clear, it is about you, not them.

Bader B.I was told to reserve via phone because they no longer reserve in person. The website was not operating properly and was trying to reserve for 30 minutes. Finally a staff member apologized and just reserved me in person. If you are going to force people to reserve online, make sure your software is operating properly and user friendly. I felt sorry for the manager and 2 employees. They were severely understaffed.

I had several issues that she took care of with a magnanimous caring and concern. This young lady is cares about the customer and shows it by her astute attention she gave me, all the while handling and overseeing her outstanding crew. As far as I am concerned Linzy should be training General managers on how to a store should be run. I can not say it more clearly, uhaul has an outstanding asset in this young lady. William O.I have an issue to refill the gas it says check your contract my contract said there was a 40 gallon tank when I put in 20 gallons it went from empty to 3/4 of a tank. What's the price of gas that means I put an extra $30 worth of gas in the tank because I was misinformed. Or everyone is getting scammed this sounds like a class actually suit to me.
