From the moment I set the reservation, UHaul was great. Professional,courteous, helpful. And communicative. The only slightly negative part, I was given the date my box would arrive at my destination and i scheduled moving help for the next day. The box actually arrived almost a week early. That’s great! They sent an email notification saying I would be called. No one called because it was so early. Once I called them we changed my delivery date to the following day and it all went smoothly. Even the little hiccup was handled easily. Suggestion: if the box arrives sooner, call the customer. They may be there and anxiously awaiting the box arrival.

The truck stink like rotten/spoil meat, the truck kept beeping while driving and the passenger side mirror will not adjust so that the driver view is not impair.

Better communication skills Customer service skills need to be addressed Younger representative was overwhelmed at the time of drop off. Wait time and return took a total of 30 minutes. Rep. ask me to go and take photo of mileage or I would have to wait ( rudely). Customer's (3) who had been there for sometime (looked frustrated) went back and forth with rep. due to some problem. Rep. kept asking them "who's number is this?#(more than 4x's). When my transaction was finally complete, I found that I still had the truck keys. Went back into the facility and asked rep. " Would you like the keys to the truck?". He was surprised/embarrassed - customer's whom were still there,laughed. They nust have been there going on an hour. NOT THE BEST SERVICE

I'm think for those like myself that needed a pick-up for a home depot run $75 is a tad much, perhaps something like 50 for $50 you get the pick-up and fifty miles for $50.00 any miles afterward could be like ninety eighty cents. I even asked some friends what they thought and most agreed it sounded fair. (the lady's really likes it) plus it might bring a whole new group of renters

1. The computer system was not working well (or the CSR was trained well to use it) when I came for pickup. I was at the counter for nearly 30 minutes and we had to go through the transaction no less than five times before the computer system would accept my payment. Each time the CSR had to start over for some reason. But the CSR was very nice and apologetic. The problem was that he was by himself and by the time we were done a line of frustrated customers had formed. 2. The fuel in the truck was 1/4 tank less than what the contract said on in. I should have run inside to inform the CSR, but I had already been there way too long. I could not afford the time to wait in that long line of frustrated customers while the CSR struggled with the computer. So I left, thinking it will cost me less to put a few extra gallons in this thing than waiting here for another hour. 3. THIS IS MY MAIN COMPLAINT AND WHY I WILL NOT BE GIVING UHAUL MY BUSINESS ANY MORE: We rented a 26 ft truck...were given the 20ft. No biggie until we ran into some snags packing. It took us a two hours longer than I expected to pack the truck. Thus I returned it two hours later than my EXPECTED return time. I was charged for another full day for being two hours late. The CSR explained that he had that truck reserved for pick up at the time I was supposed to return. For lack of a better word, this is a stupid practice and I say that from my own experience working in the car rental industry. Things come up, people are late. I am sure I am not the only customer to underestimate packing a moving truck (how often do most customers do this...once every 5-10 years???). I cannot believe that you book the same truck to go out at the time it is supposed to come in. We would never do that in car rentals as things come up and people are often a bit late returning. But we would NEVER hit them for another day if they were only a couple hours later than their expected time. 4. The CSR also charged me for gas. Suprise suprise. The CSRs must be trained on nickle and diming customers rather than on customer service. I explained that the truck went out with less gas than he (yest the same CSR) indicated on the tag. And that I was returning it with MORE gas than it came with. Still I was hit for the gas in addition to the full day late charge. We accomplished about half of our move of a 2600 square foot house yesterday. We have two more moving days scheduled. I will consider using Uhaul for these if I am contacted to make this right. If they are in an area that uses a third party for delivery and pick up PLEASE COMMUNICATE that! It was very confusing for me when I needed my boxes picked up.

Seems unreasonable for a location to be staffed with only one person... Both times - during pick up and delivery, that is all that was there. They were working, just seems to be a not business friendly decision.

I needed to change the drop off location. Danny the “drop off manager” was not helpful on the phone. When I asked him to check tome sure it was the correct Wilson Way Stockton site he told me I’d need to Google the location to make sure it was the right one. I said I needed the one I’d used multiple times before, a company site, and he said “they’re all the same” which thy are not. You’d think your employee would know that and be able to help me instead of making me pull that up.

Not happy about the money was first told it would be around 200 dollars then it turned into 400 plus turned trailer in one day early but no money back probably never again

My original location was Sacramento. I had to drive to Stockton to pick up my vehicle. Utterly ridiculous!

Service was great just had a bad experience with the equipment too small

The gas was completely empty upon pick up and I almost ran out of gas due to the closest station being 1.4miles away. The truck was one of the dirtiest vehicles I have had from U-Haul and it looked like barf was on the headliner. I ended up returning it with more gas than I got it

I was charged for an extra day even though I returned the truck early. The location is in the middle of nowhere so my app wouldn’t work on my phone.

I have had a great experience everytime I have rented a van from this location. Customer service is always courteous and quick. I rent vans from this location approximately once or twice a month. They are organized and very clean. The customer is a priority with all the employees. I let anyone know about this location that ask's me where to rent a UHaul vehicle from. Thank you to all the employees for a wonderful experience.
