First time I went to that location the internet for uhaul was down so I had to return the next day because I could not reserve or rent a vehicle. When I came the next day they had some lady who you can tell needs more training on renting vehichles to people she was super slow constantly calling someone on the phone for advice constantly. i waited like 45 minutes in line to get my vehicle. The girl who checked me in was lazy I tried to add my nephew as a driver just put the contract in his name. The guy who check me in was rude. I realized a week later something was left in the truck as I was sick and I've left TWO messages and today is 4-19 and I've been on hold for over 45 minutes for close to an hour first with reservation now customer service to make a complaint as the location I dealt with Still hasn't returned my calls!!! The only person that was sweet was the little girl( young lady who helped me when she gave me a copy of my receipt and helped me get a broken mirror that had broken. A long mirror. She kindly put it in my trunk as I use a walker!!! I was so impressed!!! She was a cashier!!! I didn't get her name and I wish I would have!!! She was AWESOME!!! The guy who checked me in was a total checked me in was a TOTAL A@@HOLE!!!! NOT willing to help at all laughing at me!!! I'm disabled!!! Really??? And now I can't get a response from this location!!! I first rented when moving from Mexico. It was in June it might of been the 4th or the 6th back in 2017. Then at the end of Dec I told my daughter to rent a Uhaul as I was in the hospital and needed to move my things and now on April 3, I just wanted to add my nephew my nephew as a driver but the girl just put the contract under his name. I just spent an hour and a half on the phone and got NOTHING resolved!!! I guess while you're getting the money you guys are semi treating your customers good but other wise treat them like crap and don't get back to them???? Screw their needs right!!! Kelly did an excellent job given the circumstances. Our One Way reserved trailer was not available as promised by UHaul. Overall we were deeply disappointed and our moving was a disaster. She helped when the first person helping us simply left and took lunch without telling us. Poorly run and managed but Kelly went out of her way to try to salvage this ugly experience. The windshield could've been a little cleaner and the lock supplied for the cargo area would not stay clasped closed. It was easily opened with a slight pull. I notified the checkout personnel of the lock failure.TERRENCE B.

It would be helpful to have more staff on board first thing in the morning at 7:00 am and then at night at 7;00 pm when dropping off. There were quite a lot of people in line and only 1 customer service agent initially. When being helped though the agents were knowledgeable and friendly and did a good job. Just might be helpful to have more on board during those surge hours.RONALD N.

The 5 times that I have been there , it is fully packed with customers and only one person at the register and one lazy "Tech Guy" sweeping the floor knowing the other guy needs help and apparently can not help since he is a "Tech Guy". I am normally not one to complain, but when it takes 1 &1/2 hours to rent a trailer, that it unacceptable, there needs to be some training for your staff. At first I paid for the rental of a hitch and was told to go out back and get the trailer, however there wasn't anyone back where I was told to go, so I went all over looking for someone to help hook up my trailer. Then after more than a half hour I found someone to get my trailer hooked up. Now I was told to go back in to complete the paperwork. The line was now longer than before and I was told to get back in line just to complete the paperwork. REALY that makes no sense. Let me complete my rental and be gone. I finally get the same person who helped me earlier, but she could remember which client I was so she completed someone else paperwork and charged me for a Truck rental. Which I had no Idea until she told me to keep track of my miles. I then said I'm renting a trailer and she had to void all that and start over. Staff seemed to be over worked and not enough to handle the load, plus if she had simply printed a copy the first time, she would be able to look and not need to go off memory. I could go on but I still get angry just thinking about this entire experience. I won't be back to that location EVER! And I think I can go to Penske next time. Not kidding 1&1/2 HOURS TO GET A TRAILER.randy H.

Rented a truck returned it on time. Guy check vehicle says that a kept a dolly that was never in the truck when rented. Waiting for contact from manager Jose. I WILL NOT PAY FOR A DOLLY THAT WASNT THERE! May want to check the person contract that rented it before me. Worst service I've ever had! It was very easy to reserve the truck I wanted the 26'. When I arrived to pick it up it was very easy the clerk was very helpful and efficient. The truck was clean and ready to go. The truck was easy to drive. The truck had no problems going over the tehachapi mountain pass.Linda K.

I paid $156 deposit for a rental truck, was told I had only given $100 for deposit the next day. That cashier who had â€œownerâ€ written on her name tag basically stole the $56 I had given her. Stop stealing people's money!!! DONT RECOMMEND. Never going there again.CONSUELO M.

Pick up was not an issue it was the drop off I had issues with. All I rented was an appliance dolly and it took me over 45 min to return it there was only 1 girl at the counter and 3 people In front of me. A guy came in and out but would only check out propane customers and not help the rest of us. By the time I got to where there was only 1 person ahead of me she asked if I was returning and she said she would process it. I asked for a receipt and she said one would be emailed to me... fast forward to a week later I get a phone call that I â€œstill had a dolly outâ€ I explained to the lady it was returned and when she said she would take care of it. I finally got my receipt that the dolly has been returned over a week later. I'm still waiting on my refund for my deposit.AMANDA P.
