Overall the equipment was in good shape; the only minor inconvenience was that the seatbelt light remained on and beeped occasionally throughout the rental period despite both seatbelts being fastened. It was difficult to change my reservation online via my mobile phone. We needed more time, but the instructions to modify the reservation were unclear and I ended up just repeatedly verifying my order # and email address with no option to actually modify. We ultimately had to call Customer Service, who were helpful in adding time.

When I went to pick up the U-haul I was told a needed an alternate contact name and number. When I reserved the rental and did the online check in there was no alternate contact required. I provided an alternate contact because I needed the uhaul. You should provide that information up front and talk to your agent about good customer service.

The person working when I picked up on Saturday April 30 around noon, was amazing. It was busy and the computer system was down and he handled everything really well. He was responsive to the customers and did a great job managing a difficult situation. I didn't get his name but wanted to let you know he is great.

I had my location changed and then when I got to the pickup location the truck they reserved for me was out of service so I had to Uber to a new location after waiting on the phone for a While for the representative and ended up spending more time and Uber money than I wanted to pick up my truck.

The truck was an excellent condition for as old as it was a hint to the guys that are detailing it don't use rubber protectant on the floor makes it very slippery although it dose looks good Would definitely rent from them again👍👍

Ace was extremely helpful when we got the uhaul as well as when we returned it. He gave us the cargo van in the most convenient spot as well, so it was very easy getting the cargo van out of the uhaul lot!

*The door licks on the van were not working. Had to lock manually. *This location had customer parking a year ago to park my car while I used the rental van. Apparently parking is not allowed or provided for daily in town use customers. Will not be able to rent from this location again when if parkign is no longer available.

I just want to say that Robert was absolutely wonderful. It was time to leave, but he remained to help me when it became apparent that the space I had reserved, 10 x 7, was too small and that 10 x 10 was needed. He spent time helping me find a bigger storage area, quickly upgraded my account, and was very involved and conscientious. I can't say enough good things about him!

The attendant would not get up behind his desk to show me where the truck was parked. The truck motor was relatively loud. It sounded like it had been used a lot and I was afraid I would get stuck on the highway if it failed. Someone at UHaul changed my pickup location at the last minute from Cambridge to Brookline and then left mutiple obnoxious messages telling me to call them rather than simply leave this information in a voice or email. When I called back I was placed on lengthy holds. Not good customer service!

Not very friendly or helpful. The guy was very rude to the woman in front of me. And acted like I was bothering him when I asked what the clearance was on the truck. Parked the large 26' facing the wrong way out of the parking lot.

The person at the desk was a complete jerk. Uninterested in even establishing eye contact, closing the rental, responding more than a monosyllable when asked a question. He didn't even bother entering my return into the system so I went back to the truck and entered the info myself on the phone. I strongly recommend forbidding employees fueron using their phones while at the desk but particularly when they have clients. Watching videos is not an excuse to not be attentive.

I had the most horrible experience with Uhaul customer service. They changed my reservation locations last minute several times, and I had a 6AM pickup with the 24/7 Truck Share option originally, and gave me a place with a 6AM reservation, only to arrive to find out they did not have that option and wouldn't let me take a van until someone came at 7AM. Why would you give me a new 6AM reservation and then not let me take the van at 6???? Horrible!

I had reset the trip odometer at the start of my rental and when I returned the van the trip odometer showed 5.0 miles. The invoice that I had received upon the completion of the trip, however, showed that I used 6.1 miles. There is a clear discrepancy between the main odometer readings and the trip odometer readings, or perhaps the records of the mileage at the time of rental and at the time of return are not quite accurate. Either way, you need to inspect your equipment or improve your process of recordkeeping.
