The staff at the rental office was extremely helpful. Everything super clean.

Sophie E.The initial trailer I ordered was a 6x12 cargo trailer with a ramp. It was not big enough because the website failed to indicate that the gat width was less than 5'-0. Would recommend explaining this in the trailer description on the website.

Hector S.After-hours drop-off procedure was not explained, and this led to overbilling. Once the office staff understood the problem, they were accommodating, but this required an extra trip to the store and a lot of arguing, which wasn't fun for anyone.

kathy J.counter person who assisted me was quite rude, was eating his pizza at the checking counter as a 81 year old I not up on high tech checking process , he went ahead and charge the full rental of day to credit card without knowing the actural mileage used
JOHN R.Stop/quit ripping people off. Sometimes people don't understand how to use your links or don't want to be bothered in typing answers about their contracts.. I HAVE GOTTEN OVERCHARGED FOR GASOLINE.. I have pictures of the mileage Odometer and gasoline gauge.. ..But your employee is telling me I didn't put it in the return E-Contract.. almost calling me a liar. I picked up truck from Poughkeepsie, went to Kingston 55-60 miles round trip, and you pulled out of my account almost $140. Dollars. Give and take.. and now I'm on the phone with your Poughkeepsie office for an hour. The guy that works there put me on hold.. I'm still on hold.. I will call the BBB, the Dutchess county district attorney, and the local news to report you. I need this resolved.. Such a shame for a loyal customer. You can look me up. Richard stayed in contact with me to make sure my Ubox was sent on time and arrived on time. They all worked even though their families were also trying to recover from Hurrican Ian. Their dedication to the job and company should NOT go un-noticed. THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME!
