Difficult location to get in and out of. Store operator was very knowledgeable and helpful.

— Did not get told towing option was set on truck. Used lots of extra gas. — Did not get told I would be charged *2 days* for 9 hours. I estimated returning the truck at 5:30. Was not told I'd be charged for another day if I brought it back later. Brought it back at 6:30 and was charged 2 days. Very annoyed. Would not recommend.

This will be the last time I rent from this location. I had a great relationship with prior manager. This experience was hands down my worst experience in my years of renting from here. The new walk around policy is extremely bogus. Previously walk around would be conducted by staff, so there was some consistency. Now it's up top me to check with a magnifying glass.

My comments are based on our experience overall, unfortunately this location will suffer the poor rating when they did a decent job. We had a reservation for a 5 x 8 trailer, pickup in West Springfield. That site didn't bother to look at reservations, and rented out our reserved trailer. We then spent the next 3 hours going to Riverdale rd, who didn't have a trailer, and sent us back to Union St. That individual at union st located a proper size trailer in northhampton. An hour out of our way in each direction. Very poor process. Why reserve a trailer or truck if the idiots at the counter ignore reservations.

First we got double booked and didn’t find out until they called us while we were 5 minutes down the road to pick it up. Which was infuriating for me and my job. The, trucks transmission was slipping so we almost got into an accident so fixing your trucks would probably be a good start. And then when I said I had questions and concerns about my bill. Your employee just found the card on file and charged it. Hasn’t even called. It was all around an awful experience.

Terrible onsite parking for customers (as in almost zero), and when I parked where I had to, I got yelled at by one of the employees on my way into the store. Also: I am still waiting to hear back from a Uhaul representative as to why I was overcharged. Worst experience with Uhaul to date, a terrible one, and I've been using your services for decades. May have to switch.

Not enough staff coverage on the weekend. Service was fast and efficient. The staff helped me look in the rental for lost keys. I did find them but they staff were most helpful. Thank you

After hours truck return is ridiculous annoying and unnecessary not everybody has a cell phone and actually I know people who can’t use them due to health issues and to be charged $20 because of health issues is appalling and unfair I’ve been using uhaul for over 30 years and probably won’t come back because of the issues I had returning the truck after hours so maybe you might want to think of a more inclusive way for after hours truck return I’ve never had to deal with such a annoying situation returning a rental and I’m over 50

1) There is no parking at the site; I was tersely told, "This is a rental agency, not a parking lot. Park across the street at Walmart if you are leaving your car here." That is across a major highway (50MPH) w/ no crosswalks or traffic lights and nearly 1km away. This is intolerable and an accident waiting to happen. 2) Your online web reservation is nearly deceitful in the way that it "defaults" to addons, from packing cartons to "extra workers" to unneeded insurance. Even after declining them all, in the final "express" check in process an $11 added insurance charge was *again* added in as a default and needed to be manually refunded. Totally underhanded.
