I was over charged and lied too but the U-Haul on landa . A women told me after I returned the keys their would be no additional costs , she then called me back later saying I owed more money , I told her I would pay she then spoke unkind and ugly to me almost in a threatening manner . I returned to the facility to speak in person because they would not answer the phone ,it did not resolve my issue . The man you processed my app the day before when I rented the U-Haul said it was a certain amount which it would be on hold at no other cost ...that was a lie . They are not professional and are obviously not all trained properly . I do not recommend this particular location on landa in Seguin . I have never been so upset with U-Haul being a past customer a few times . I will never use U-Haul again . A big rip off .Kirsten B.

Stop the requirement to have the city listed on license to rent vans/trucks (not box trucks). U-Haul said this wasn't an issue but 2 locations told me I couldn't due to my license saying 'Cibolo' but I rented from New Braunfels.WILLIAM W.

We got there close to closing time. The service agent wanted to go home and wanted to go home. We had the wrong size tow hitch. We asked him if he could wait while we got the right one , he said no. We went and got the right size returned at 459pm. He was not happy. I bribed him with $20 and he went ahead and helped us with completing the rental. I should not have to pay your employee for doing his job. Not happy at all!!!Adan D.

Everything was great except when I got there they told me they didn't have my furniture Dolly that I paid for and reserved online. They said they don't get a lot of them. And it was first come first serve. I was there at 8:00 am. Other places I have rented from have everything you ordered in the truck already so you pay and go. I then had to go find furniture Dollies. If would have been nice to let me know they didn't have them do I could have made plans to get them ahead of time from some where else. Other than that no problems.ROBERT W.

I have rented trailers to carry cars from you twice recently. Both of the trailers were in poor shape. The tiedowns were of no value. One was completely broken the ones on the second trailer did not work well. The list of hours to get the trailer on and off the automobile was broken on the second trailer. Good experience but i was charged for fuel. Put 24 miles on the truck and put 2 gallons in before returning it. Yet I was charged $10 for 3 gallons after I dropped it off.Robert W.

2nd time in a row I've rented a uhaul here within a few months and both times they didn't have the dolly I reserved. I needed an appliance dolly with straps or I wouldn't have been able to move the items I needed to. Luckily Home Depot had one, but it cut into my reservation time to go pick it up. On the website there was mention of a guaranteed reservation or $50, but haven't been able to find out anything else about it. If you're planning on moving and need a dolly to move anything heavy, I wouldn't count on this location.ANDREW H.

I didn't realize the return time for the trailer and this location called to inquire if I was returning the trailer on time. I told the person that I could have the trailer back in two hours and was met with, we have that trailer rented and they are here to pick it up. I said I'd have the trailer back in two hours and he hung up. I called U-Haul customer service to change the return time to noon. I was told there would be no additional charges but that was a lie. I received an invoice for $20 additional charges. When I returned the trailer, the attendant said U-Haul had changed my drop off location. Then he checked and I was at the correct drop off point. Then I realized, U-Haul is using it's customers to position it's equipment. That's what happened to me in Houston.Rodney S.

Location was good but your system messed up my reservation. I had a one way reservation to Nashville from Texas and your system had me picking up and returning to the same location. Called customer service on the phone. She was horrible and no help. Had to drive back to the pickup location to get it fixed.Michael F.
