it would be helpful if UHAUL would have delivered the trailer to a closer location. I had to spend almost 2 hours driving to and from the location just to pick it up since it was not sent to the location I had rented it....only a suggestion.

Don't like sharing your location. Calling or texting someone to confirm I returned the truck would have been better! I had a hard time sharing my location from my phone and had to use my husbands phone and then it worked

The truck was not clean to my standards. Cup holders were filthy. With covid still going around and just in general the cup holders should have been cleaned. It was an easy clean. The passenger side mirror through vibration or bumps would move. Eventually I could see not in the immediate lane to change lanes but a lane over. VERY DANGEROUS!!!! In those trucks the mirrors are crucial. shame on U-Haul.

I rented for 4 hours fro.2 to 6...and selected self checknout. But the process until it's approved took 30 minutes.. and the app was telling me that I had to return it by 6.. I lost 30 minutes. Also it has less gas and more miles than Indicated, but it said that I have to go to the counter for that, and it would take another 30 minutes. So basically I was stolen

We used online check in/pick up and had a problem with the system requiring additional confirmation (passport, lease agreement, additional contact) with no advance notice this might be required. It made the whole thing stressful, delayed our move and was generally frustrating.

My moving schedule was really tight and I expected that, since I booked my Uhaul over a month in advance, the truck would be available at the location and time that I'd put in my reservation. It was really shocking when Uhaul called the day before and told me that I'd need to go 45 minutes away to get the truck during rush hour and that it wouldn't be available until 8 hours later than I'd booked.

There was one employee working. I stood in line for almost two hours only to be told they couldn't extend my time with the truck. I wasn't able to move everything I needed to because of this. There were some people who made it to the front of the line after waiting for two hours to find out that this was the case and it was a deal breaker for them because they needed more time. Absolutely ridiculous. The one employee they had working needs to get paid more.

U-Haul is a train wreck. The app doesn't work, and I had to wait in line for 45 minutes. They did not have the dolly even though I reserved it. They failed to notify me in advance so I had no chance to find another one. The place is always understaffed on Saturday morning when it is the busiest. I can't think of one good thing to say about it. It sucks.

More staff for processing customers. With online check-in already completed, it took 1h 15mins to pickup my vehicle. There was only 1 staff at the counter. The line was sooooooo long. I arrived on time for my 9am pickup reservation, but wasnt able to get to the counter and get my vehicle until 10:15 am!!! The single counter staff member was doing the best he could, but there needed to be at least 3 staff working the counter. Disrupted my moving plans. Not sure if i would use uhaul again given the absurd lines.

I am specially pleased with the suburb job Bill, the manager, did to assist us in store on Saturday 4/23. We didn't know that we have to reserve ahead of time. The line was quickly growing with Saturday movers and there is one employee assisting at the counter while the rest were helping others getting their vehicles and/or tools ready. It was 10:00 am in the morning and I thought it is going to take a long time to clear the lines and we may not get to finish our move today. This when I saw Bill emerging with stride through the door and up to the counter tackling two lines at the same time while responding to phone calls and informing those who are waiting in line about the need to reserve and how. I am glad that he was holding all the strings of the job and covering experienced and new customers at the same time. In the process, he was making sure that the one who was serving had his full attention while the one waiting were informed and assured that they will be served. Whether getting a customer a tool they need, meeting them outside to ensure that their order was ready, responding to other workers or a customer who needed an immediate attention, he did it professionally and with excellence , patiance, calmness, and resolve. I am glad that I wasn't able to find a vehicle in the three other locations I visited that morning so that I can see a suburb job done in action. Obviously, Bill is well respected by his clients and co-workers. When I returned the vehicle, I asked the genetleman who helped us with the return if the employee that was helping people yesterday was here because he did a super job. He said with pride, "it is Bill my manager... he is here". I thanked Bill and told him that, indeed, he is the employee of the year. Whether he will receive such a deserved honor or not, I don't know. But for me he is truly a distinguished manger and he made me experience with U-Haul one of a kind.

The whole process went very well. This is the first time we have rented a U-haul vehicle in a long time. I was happy with the vehicle and the pickup process. The one improvement might be to have more than one person on site for the return process. The one guy there was really hustling to get it all done and did very well. Will be glad to use this location again.

We tried to do mobile check but it did not work. We spoke to the rep but he was very unhelpful. He disappeared for 5 mins. Then he said it was because we were 2 miles away. We were in the parking lot. He then said we couldn't bring the truck back that evening it would have to be tomorrow morning. Now I get the bill and it had an extra $20 charge. And he is the manger. He is very nasty, unhelpful. I hope someone reads this
