I would say just better communication from your front to the back of the house. When I went to go pick up my trailer the guy was very frustrated and yelling that they picked a trailer that was all the way in the back instead of asking him which was available and easily accessible.JASON S.

The 9' van had many issues including several external dents that needed to be logged by me in the system before leaving. Most importantly though one of the rear doors didn't work properly - it swung right open and the latch dislodged so that the door could not be opened again. I had to call roadside assistance and wait at the store where I was. Luckily the technician fixed the issue quickly once he arrived but I still lost a lot of time for the work I had planned with the van.Torsten D.

Everyone was very nice, but the person hooking up my truck was new and did not correctly use the ratchet straps on the AT. He strapped them wrong and one was completely off by the time I got home.Matthew T.

They forgot to put the key in box for after hours pick up. I had to call and stay on the line for more than an hour. After all ,some one walked out and I tried to explain for him I had to head the road as soon as I can but instead of he apologizes for delay he had bad Attitude .That was so shame!!mamdi K.

The 26' truck we reserved for moving was supposedly not available at the time of pick-up (even though I confirmed the day before). This is a huge deal because we were moving that day and had hired help for loading and unloading. Thankfully this location allowed us to take the equipment as long as it was returned by a certain time. It worked out and the Uhaul rep helped us out by providing the equipment and giving us a discount. However, if equipment is confirmed to be available for pickup, it should be available without issue.David L.

Staffer who opened...arrived at work, came out, came up to me - not at my request. Was just trying to do self-serve...said as much. Just on that: she got mad, stormed off, called me a jerk...came back out and started slamming stuff as she 'opened'. Didn't even ask for help, but got the unresolved trauma friction. My fault?: being late for my reservation, so she would even be around to act out. So unnecessary...will try a calmer alt location in futureThomas S.
The owner is working the counter and that sets the tone for the whole group of workers!!! Waited in line to get a pull behind trailer and witnessed a few people ahead of me, reserving trucks. Staff members came in while both registered were used to check people in. Staff was pulling units out and getting ready for renters. VERY efficient staff!Troy T.

Customer service at this location is indifferent. I was charged $20 late fee even though I returned on time (it was refunded after I called to complain). The visor fell off. The knob for the window lever fell off. The truck got the job done but the overall experience was MEH.David G.
