The dashboard of the truck was pretty dusty when I climbed into it; the windshield was smattered with leftover bug remains and wasn't clean (I grew up in upstate NY so I was fine with this, but it was pretty gross); some trash was left in the bed from the previous renter (I'm assuming). A message on the console display stated that the vehicle was overdue for an oil change. That being said, the truck drove like a dream and was perfect for what I needed it for. The folks working inside the store were wonderful; very kind and patient with every customer! Of course, I would def rent from this location again!Cheryl H.

The front desk man, "Bill(?)", was slow and rude. Granted, he was overwhelmed, but he was such an unpleasant character that i will look around for another uhaul location to give my business to. He was acting out, yelling, and being demeaning to customers. I stood in line for over 30 mins to check out an ONLINE reservation. It took 45 minutes of waiting just to return it!JAMEY TODD W.

They sorely need more employees. When I was checking out there was only one poor employee there checking everyone out and sending out all the vehicles and trailers. He was running around doing the best he could but it was craziness on a holiday weekend. I have only rented trailers from this location and they always do a good job, but have always needed more people working.Jeffrey M.

Only issue I had was the transmission seemed out of whack. Not sure if it is normal for a truck of that size to do it but it did not seem right from the noise it made and from the stalling of switching gears. Other than that, great experience and I am so happy to have had the Uhaul.Mickey R.

It was horrible the store was out of stock of queen sized mattress bags but I had already ordered one 6 days prior. Then I had to be refunded which took so long. Even though I did mobile delivery and the process should have been quick it took me over 30 minutes to go through the check in process and get my keys. Which made me late for my truck reservation. Then I had no idea where to go or how to get the truck. The parking lot was horribly shaped. I was extremely disappointed with Uhaul. Only positive side was the truck was easy to turn in.SETH L.

If a customer purchases supplies in advance, make sure to have those supplies in stock at the time of truck pickup. It is a problem when the customer needs to drive around to find an alternate solution to the lack of supplies- reducing the time the rental is available for moving and adding to the $1 per mile cost of the rental. The floor of the van was wet, so we had to find something to cover the floor to avoid our items getting wet. Also provide a place for customers to park their personal car if they are doing a quick rental that will be returned to the same place. How can a customer drive two vehicles at the same time? Providing a solution other than "park somewhere else... I don't know where... but not across the street or you could be towed" would be helpful.Amy S.

When I got to the store to pick up the van, no one was in the store and we had to wait for 5 or 10 mins before finding an employee at all. Then, after getting the Uhual van, the bed was covered in a very slippery brown greasy substance. Thought it was just wet with water when we picked it up bc it was raining but the next day the floor was still soaked. We had to scrub the entire bed of the van to be able to load our furniture in. When we went to drop the van off, the key fob wouldn't fit in the afterhours key drop box. So we had to wait on the phone with customer service for 20 mins or so to figure out what to do with it.Megan R.

The manager on duty was exceptional. He was multi-tasking because there weren't enough staff but he was calm, and in control and very courteous to all customers. Uhaul is very lucky to have someone like him. I wish I had written down his name.Laura H.

Regarding my comment on the equipment - the trailer functioned fine - its just old and really cannot be maintained like new....I would definitely rent it again - if that makes sense... This location is more efficient than other U Haul locations I have used. The Yard Master (what we in the military call the person in charge of marshaling the vehicles) - was great...thanksMark B.

The man who received the truck when I returned it was helpful and polite. The woman working inside the store was somewhat surly and defensive in her tone, but gave me the information I needed. I would use this location again because it's so close to my home. As someone who works in customer service myself I'd remind your inside staff to keep a smile in her voice please!Alison M.

I waked into u-haul and inquired about a 1-day rental and was told there were none available without a reservation. I went out to my car and and made a reservation using my phone. Then walked back inside, within 5 mins, and picked up my rental. Why couldn't the person at the counter rent me a vehicle without all that hassle. Another person walked in behind me and asked about a 1-day rental and had the same experience. I told them to do the same thing I did. Seems like a most unfriendly customer policy.Lorraine O.

Truck driver door needs repair. It does not close properly but needs to be slammed. The first stop I locked the door, it did not close properly, then I couldn't unlock it. The ignition switch is broken. It does not turn properly but does after multiple attempts by moving the key about. This is not a pleasant experience to believe you are locked out of the rental while you are on the road. Then get the door open and the vehicle does not start. I let the attendant know about these issues on return and he said that he knew about the issues. This vehicle needs repair before sending other out in it! I was charged a $25 fee for leaving some dirt in the back of the vehicle. It was not overwhelming, clean up time about 2 minutes. I did not have a broom with me at delivery. The gentleman who hooked up the trailer (He spoke English with a strong African accent) was not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful but was the epitome of customer service. He trouble shot the electrical (UHAUL installed) trailer connection and made necessary repairs on the spot. Outstanding service! GraciasTED H.
