This particular location was fine, but overall, the second bad experience I've had with Uhaul's booking system. I arrived to return the van and the app simply did not work. At the point where it requests a photo of the odometer and fuel, I could take a picture, submit it to the app, and it would simply freeze for a second and reset to the previous screen. With this not working, I called customer support, sat on hold for 20 minutes and then was told the current wait was over an hour (seriously? why is that not the first thing that the automated system tells you?). I was about ready to simply take the picture for my own records and leave and call back later, but next I gave the chat a try. The chat was a little more responsive (about ten minutes) but they simply told me to do exactly that and just leave it. I know this is no one person's fault, everyone who I actually got a chance to interact with (in store and via chat) was extremely helpful, but overall, after a previous bad experience and then sitting in this van in the rain for an hour f*cking around with my phone, I'm going to go straight to Budget next time (they were the one's who bailed me out when you told me the day before a cross country move that you don't allow vans to travel cross country, which was a tad annoying since I was able to make that reservation online at least two weeks ahead (again, seriously? that's so easy to not do, why would your website even be built to allow a reservation that violates your policy, this isn't even an availability issue, I could understand that)).Samuel M.

After loading pavers into the trailer, the right tire was nearly flat and left tire was low. It took me 20min of driving around at 25mph to finally find a gas station with air. The right tire was at 15psi and left tire at 31psi. Please check tire pressures before customer picks upJason D.

I don't mind the car outside being that clean, but the inside of the windshield was awful, and had not been wiped in a year! I need to drive, so being forced to clean your car to see out impresses me less than a dirty hood! Also the gas tank indicator was incorrectly marked, so I had to get out and find a guy to explain the situation too, not my best rental experience, but not my worst either...Peter T.

I had a particularly bad experience with picking up a truck at 5:00am. I got to the location and was informed on my phone that I couldn't use my phone to pick up at that location. I would either have to wait until 9am or go to a different location. I had to be at work at 6:00am and I Ubered to the location so I had no choice but to Uber out 20 more minutes to the other location. I was out in the cold, I paid way to much money for Ubers, and I was late to work. I don't know why they didn't just tell me ahead of time that I couldn't use my phone at the first location and I would have just went to a different location to begin with. :(RUHAMA Y.

Car was dirty, damaged and it said â€žOil change requiredâ€œ. No parking there, so I had to find parking in the neighborhood with my 2 year old son and had to carry his car seat back to uhaul. Personnel was friendly. But I think after all my experiences I wouldn't rent there again. Specially parking is a pain.Can S.

Dropped the trailer off on a busy Sunday evening. We only had the trailer for 30 hours and they charged us an extra 4 days and another insurance fee. I've disputed the charge but have not heard back of a resolution! Disappointed to say the least.Richard S.
It was a Saturday morning when I was dropping off the rental truck. There was a long line. One of the U-Haul outdoor attendants who saw me pull into the lot with the truck came indoors and saw the line and saw me holding a key. "Are you dropping off?" "Yes." Inside of front windshield was FILTHY -- so dirty that when driving into the sun it was very difficult to see through it -- the sun set-up all the dirt and dust in a way that the windshield became opaque.Ronald K.

The Representative/Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me and another customer. When the other customer asked for a manager due to the mixup about his reservation, he stared yelling at him and told him that I am the manager, and I am as high as your are going to go. The only problem is the whole process from renting to getting the equipment takes too long. This is not the manager's fault, but belongs to the entire U-Haul rental process that starts on-line. U-Haul needs to develop an on-line process that is complete so that all a U-Haul rep has to do is scan a driver's license and hand over the keys!Charles S.
The truck was definitely not on full gas when we first received it. We only drove 26 miles and it took over 4 gallons in gas when I filled it up at the end. Very nickel and dime type stuff.John W.

The one staff person I saw at pickup and dropoff was helpful but seemed overworked. My main feedback is about the mobile truck pickup option. It seemed like a lot of hassle (took me 30 minutes to check-in), and I still ended up needing to interface with the lone staff member (wjo was busy with another client) to get the keys, which raises the question, why not just check-in with him? If I were to rent again, I'd probably go that route. Would have saved me and the staff member a bit of confusion and frustration.Jacob L.

When i arrived there was no one in the store to assist me so I had to wait 10 minutes. someone came from the back and helped me eventually. This person was on their phone the whole time not paying me any attention or providing great customer service. He was laughing and texting away and every once in awhile will work on completing my transaction. he didn't know the additional items i bought i had to tell him and he didn't provide me with any furniture pads but charged me for them. i returned the truck that afternoon and wanted to wait for my receipt to make sure everything was okay. the guy told me he couldn't help me because he was ten trucks behind but i am good. he kept saying i am good and have nothing to worry about. I left and the next day get the final invoice and saw that I was charged for a late drop off and furniture pads for 2 days. Apparently my truck wasn't checked in until the next day and they charged me for it even tho i turned it in early. i had to call customer service because nobody was answer the store phone and they had to put in a request to get me my refund. way too long of a process for a error on the company's fault. i shouldn't have to go behind folks because they decided they didn't want to do their job right the first time.roy B.

I would never recommend uhaul. Over the past two months I made multiple reservations for a van and the reservations were constantly changed or edited. I called uhaul spoke to three representatives over the course of two hours. While they were nice, two dropped the call the second representative said "I promise I won't hang up on you," ðŸ™„. They continued to make errors, and took no responsibility for uhaul's horrible reservation system. Again, I absolutely would not recommend them!ALEXIS Y.

Went to location and was told I had to book online, but there were many trucks sitting around. This statement also did not make sense given the displays behind the counter showing truck options and prices. I was also told they don't do after hours drop off but they had a key box outside for overnight drop off. When finally reserving online and transacting at the counter, I had to ask the representative for clarification on the amount I was being charged, which was 3x higher than expected. The entire process of dealing with U-Haul and this store was frustrating. At least it has a good inventory of trucks and my rented pickup was excellent for what I needed.PATRICKRYAN M.
