My reservation #77353570 was to pick up the vehicle at 7AM. the store staff did not show up to work until 9am. this created some significant issues to my plans for the day. the staff barely apologized for the inconvenience. the Phone numbers listed for the GM and President listed on the door, neither of these people answered their phones nor did they respond via text. pretty disappointed. their should have been some sort of discount offered.

Is full of trucks parking anywhere. No room to park.

The equipment was worn barely usable, hard to use do to ware and tair , I asked for a better tow dolly none, purchased draw bar got to destination and bolt gone, made it by the grace of God.

Staff in the store were basic and somewhat helpful. Place was not busy at all, (Thursday 2-3pm) and took awhile before i was helped. Staff on the OUTSIDE were nice and very attentive to my needs and questions.

When you say to drive to a different location to pick up a trailer, make sure the trailer is there. If the trailer is not there, have the U-Haul employee call the scheduler. Not leave the customer hanging.

Don’t rent me a truck that has 1/8th of a tank of gas. It’s super annoying to have to immediately stop and get gas. The immigrants looking for work in the parking lot swearing at us when I didn’t want to hire them was not a fun experience. My wife felt very unsafe.

Worst place I haven been, the staff they don’t even greet you, they don’t even show you which vehicle you will be taking, basically you have to find it by you own, I been renting vehicles for year in U-Haul and this place is the worst staff I haven seen. Not recommendable.

I think this will be me last U-haul rental, because not only the customer service I got was worse, I feel like they literally stole my money. When I got to return my rental, it took almost 10 minutes for my turn for checkout. When I got receipt, I saw that they charged me for 6 days instead of 5. When I realized I was told I am 30 mins late to return. It took me extra time to return because when I filled up the van the fuel Guage indicator didn't move at all, I had to drive it around to see if I filled enough fuel and then there was 10 mins of wait. I asked the customercare rep that if I am charged for an extra day, I would like to keep the van for another day. I was told that, it's not possible, if I want to keep it for another I have to pay for that. No customer service, no one even tried to make things right. We rent UHaul regularly for multiple days, both for personal as well a business use but after this kind of experience, we will be looking for alternatives. Very disappointing

The location at which I was supposed to pick up my truck was changed by U-haul to a new location 20 miles away, which caused me 2 hours of my time to travel to and from in city traffic. I arrived at the revised location when they opened at 7am, but the attendants showed up late to work at 7:30am, causing me to wait; the operation appeared to be understaffed. The rental truck was nearly new and was clean, but had a loud exhaust leak which made the truck interior loud for my 1000 mile drive. It appears that U-haul's focus is not on customer service, but corporate profit.

It would be nice if you had your U-Haul representative take the pictures of the customers drivers license and their picture, versus having the customer do the work. To me, it added more time and frustration to the check in process.

The truck I reserved for my one-way move was not available when I showed to pick it up. Instead I was offered a small trailer and dolly instead. The trailer was too small for my needs but I had no choice but to take it. I find this totally unacceptable. If the truck I needed was not available, why was I not contacted earlier so that I could have looked for a suitable alternative. And of course the dolly had a broken wheel.

The non Uhaul workers at the entry driveway make entering difficult and they stare down customers. One woman with longer nails who takes the reservations spends a lot of time on her phone during transactions, but the team outside, especially (I believe) the owner was amazing. I will return because of him.

Every time I've visited this location to rent a truck or drop off someone, whatever, the 10-12 "neighborhood union" guys hanging outside the property looking for work all start getting up and yelling at customers to hire them. I would never hire any them, I always line up my help prior to getting the rental. It's annoying, but it's Concord, and that's how the city likes it.

Hard to get in and out of the facility with all of the trucks that they have for the space. Also. It is very intimidating when you pull into the facility and there are 10 DAY WORKERS staring at you at the entrance and don’t care if they get in your way. The employees that work there were very helpful and nice but I will only rent something from there if it is the last place that has what I need and is available.

Everyone was outstanding! Communication was excellent, phone, text, email and in person. Truck was good, plenty of power, big gas tank, A/C worked. Cruise Control would have been nice. A very good experience. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a positive experience.

The ad for the trailer I rented (5x9) said under Towing Vehicle Requirements - Must have 1-7/8" or, 2" hitch ball (2,000 lbs. minimum). My truck had 1-7/8 ball - however I was told I needed 2" and was sold one for an additional $35.
