The vehicle I got was at half a tank full. I had to buy more. The computer was running really slow when i was picking up my vehicle. And I had a 24 hour rental thay was given to me at 12:00pm and I was told that I had to have it returned at 11 the next day. That's not a full 24 hours. I will never use uhaul again.MICHELANGELO M.

The rental process needs work. Long lines, blocked in vehicles, customer parking is limited. App could be used more than just returning vehicles.. Business is obviously good but could be better if there was a more efficient system and more employees during busy times. NO complaint on any of the employees as they were outstanding.Rico R.
I could not check in using the 24/7 App. The Wifi was to bad. I ended up having to wait in line, big bummer.BART N.
The van was dirty in the back - it had a lot of dirt on the floor. It looked like someone had transported bags of soil. The process of getting the van took about 20 minutes due to bad reception on the parking lot. Even the lady who ended up helping me had bad connection and took her a while to process my order. At least the Van had a bit more gas than the truck I rented and they did note the correct gas level.TODOR G.
The truck I was given had almost empty gas tank. The documents were showing quarter tank but the needle was pointing almost at empty. Not very legit location - do not show the correct gas level. It takes for ever to pick up a truck from this location, on top of that the area is in a cell phone dead zone so online check in was also very slow. I hope I do not have to use this location ever again. I hope that the location will start showing the correct gas level on the contract, I did not want to argue because I did not have much time but in the future this kind of shady business will not fly again.Todor G.

I had my hitch installed on 7/30 little did I know, the underpanel plastic to cover the wiring was missing. So the next day, I came back to the shop and told them it was missing. The woman in front told me to come back after 1 1/2 hrs because the guy who installed the hitch to my car is busy. I told the woman to maybe try finding the panel, and she came back and was holding it. I said I'll get it but I need the guy to install it. The woman said look it up on YouTube. I was suprised she said thaylt. I can do it but it's part of the job to put it back. I don't have the tools so it's better to have them do it. To be fair, the guy was apologetic and put the panel back in, in 10 mins. The mexican woman was the one who told me about doing DIY. I don't think it is a good customer experience.Rod N.

I arrived a day or two early to my destination in California from Washington and had no further use for the truck and was having very long wait times (45 minutes or more) over the phone to see if I could return the truck early. So taking a chance and living right around the corner from the drop-off location; I drove over before the Concord, CA location closed to try and drop-off my truck. They were very accommodating to me and accepted my truck early along with any closing requirements for my reservation completion. I would highly recommend the monument blvd. location in Concord, CA again to many people.MATTHEW T.

This is a very busy location. I have rented here several times. I reserved and checked-in online and still spent an hour in line getting my rental. They also did not have some of the equipment that I reserved. I was told first come first serve by the manager. I suggested that made reserving equipment a moot point. They did make an effort to fulfill my needs. However, it is a little frustrating. Your online return software has not worked for me anytime I have used it. It hangs up on location and never progresses.Jack M.

The truck I rented was not checked beforehand (the ac/fan unit did not work at all). After the manager of the location confirmed that was the case, she said she'll switch a truck for me. She said it'll take approximately 10 minutes. My original pickup time was 4:30. I did not get the other truck until 5â€¦the wait time is too long. If the staff had done a pre-check and known that the fan unit was not working in the original truck, this entire situation could have been avoided. In the end, none of the Uhaul staff who helped apologized for the wait time and the inconvenience that was caused.CYNTHIA L.
My truck was parked behind several other trucks so I had to wait for an associate to move all of the cars out of my way. It would be nice if the cars were parked according to pickup time. Also, I ordered a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck and no one mentioned it but luckily I noticed it was missing and I was able to get a utility dolly instead.MORGAN B.

Biggest problem was getting hold of someone on the phone. We had to extend our rental and waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak to the Location, and then 40 minutes on the phone to talk to the central office when the truck had been re-scheduled at our original drop off time. They were able to work it out so we could extend the truck we had. So all was good. More phone operators would help.VALERIE A.

Did online check in and uploaded all information in advance of arriving. Arrived to find a line of more than 20 people waiting to check in. I waited in line for 45 minutes. When I arrived to the counter my furniture pads I reserved were not available. Once I got to the counter Monica was so very quick, efficient and helpful. She should be your trainer for other. She would be the reason I would want to come back to this location. Everything else was very broken.Bryan R.

They charged me a $25 cleaning fee for totally no reason, the car was cleaner than when I received it. Put extra gas in it, And I came to the same spot one day before to ask for a reservation, but they said they don't have any, I went online to their website, there were plenty available. Not enough parking, take to long to pick up a truck even if you have it on your phone. I had to go in and ask the customers who car was parked blocking the truck we had the had to wait for him to fish before we could leave.it took us an hour to get a truck another 10 minutes for someone to move there car.
