I got insurance on the rental which takes care of anything. My rental had got stolen. I did a police report and handed it into them like they asked. They lost the police report. Then tried to tell me that I never gave them a police report. Good thing I took a picture of the report at there office. Now they want to charge me for the truck. What's the point of getting insurance if I'm still getting charged. Not only that my personal belongings got stolen to along with the truck. They got thier truck back but I didn't get my belongings back. How is that fair.corey B.

I was forced to put on a "muzzle" mask so I can rent a trailer. Absolutely unacceptable. 3 people in the store, plexiglass om the counter, employee wearing a mask ... and I have to be forced to cover my face! This use to be my favorite place to go spend my money. We are a community based nonprofit and pass several uhaul places to patronize this one because of Sabrina's team which isnt there. I am always calling because over charging me and poor customer. I just was charged for a 2 day rental when it was one day. I am so over this location. I was challenged by every associate I come to encounter and just dismissed me due to their lack of knowledge if whether a temporary drivers license permit was allowed and permitted and can excuse even law enforcement providing that temp permit while waiting for my physical drivers license copy to arrive from the mail. My first encounter was of October 31st the day of my moveout and got a uhaul truck reserved and driving 5 min before arrival comes with unfortunate news that my reservation was given to someone else not only that rendered me having to move out the next day and also disputed my 500 dollar deposit from my landlord and also disputed my 250 reservation from the apartment that I was gonna move to the 1st of november. M 2nd encounter I felt discriminated even heard one of them whisper that "I was possibly illegal" because I wasn't able to provide am actual drivers license even when I fully disclosed the situation and the same with my 3rd encounter at u haul north lv by Jones and rancho and had to pull some ropes to prove myself of my legitimacy and threw attitude the entire duration of my service. They cancelled my reservation 2 times but never got that 50 dollar promise of compensation. That being said owes you 100 plus all the inconevjence I've gone through during this whole process and now you guys are givinge a momentum to when I get my personal belongings despite your sides fuck up? That's not fair. Because of you guys, have got me spending over thousand dollars of hotel expense due to avoid homelessness. You have no shame on crediting my hard earned earnings and also dispose what I have left that I so hold dear that matters to me?gino M.

Made a reservation days in advance for 10am pickup, 1pm drop-off. Received a confirmation email. Arrived at the pickup location and was told they didnt have the van and told me I would have to go to another location. They updated my reservation to 10:30 and gave me the address for the new pickup location across town. It was 10:22 by this point. I was credited $50, and then moments after leaving the parking lot I received a call from the new pickup location saying I had to have the truck back by 1:30 or I would be charged $50. I get to the new location and they did not have the van, so they gave me a box truck. I could not get this truck into the parking garage and had to carry ALL my boxes a block down the street to load them into the truck. You credit me $50 only to threaten to charge me $50. I will never rent through uhaul again. My computer has worked with Penske and Budget for years and never went through this ordeal. The vast majority of your business is based off reservations and your reservation system is garbage which means your business is garbage. I reserved a truck at 2450 N Rainbow in Las Vegas for 1:00 pm. No truck was available. The clerk at the desk was, at best, a poor communicator...she suggested that I wait for a customer to return the rental. I then received a call from U-Haul advising me that a truck would be available at the S. Decatur location. Extremely inconvenient! The phone call was polite and I was offered a credit. Very inconsistent. Received a call the following day after returning the equipment the day before, same day I rented it. They're saying that I didn't return the equipment. I provided the time and the name of the person who checked me in. The woman that called me said that she'll call me back after resolving the issue.
