Tre the General Manager at this location is not very friendly or welcoming to be in customer service plus I was late getting started moving to my new home cause the truck I rented had a rusty lock on it and the key wouldn't work so when I went to the location to talk to Tre about it he did give me a temporary lock to use which I was grateful for but other then that no when I came to return the truck he was so unprofessional and was very short and had a serious attitude I don't know if he was tired from a long day or what when Tre was checking the truck out when I returned it from my rental I waited patiently outside there was another customer that was returning there truck as well so Tre told me I will meet you at the desk I go inside and the older gentleman who was working closing with Tre was friendly understanding professional and answered all my questions about the billing when the billing was concluded I told Tre and the gentleman to have a good night once again unprofessional and with a horrible attitude not only did Tre not acknowledge me but came behind the desk and got on his phone didn't even ask about me or if everything was ok nothing the older gentleman I forgot his name was excellent but my advice Tre obviously worked hard to become general manager but needs to keep in mind he represents a business to the public and he needs to clearly work on his professional attitude big time cause his actions last night was truly unacceptable and I will not ever go to that location again or as long as Tre is general managerHENRY LEE O.

This was not my original pickup location. I was changed to her two days before due to availability. I was promised 10% discount. I did not receive that discount. Very disappointed. Trey at Ypsilanti was the finest retail employee I've encountered in years.David L.
Needs to be better communication in store & more welcoming. Bare minimum words exchanged and numerous moments just standing there waiting for what's next with no guidance from employees. Lights on the truck were dangerously dim. I couldn't see the road at night. Drivers side door sounded like it was so loose it was about to fall off on the highway. It bounced around so much you could hardly make out what was in the mirror attached to it. Truck leaks fuel from undercarriage. There was a large puddle of fuel underneath the truck after being parked with a strong gas smell.Jacob P.

Develop kiosks for walk in rentals. Some ppl might mot be able to complete an online reservation. Offer a discount for equipment that is returned early. Or apply a discount to future reservations if equipment is returned early.AUDREY LEE J.

Upon returning the truck, got slightly confused about where to leave the key. The clerk told me one thing and the website another. In the end I ended up doing what I had in the past when using this service but overall: Amazing experience.SHauntae S.
The trailer had pieces of metal hanging in both wheel wells that could damage tires. I had to remove a wet glove from the trailer. Employees were friendly.Robert G.

Once I arrived at the uhaul location after paying. I had to go search for the uhaul among all the trucks they had lined up. Found the uhaul located in the K isle. I Drive the uhaul to the destination to pick up my things 3 minutes from the uhaul facilities. Got back into the uhaul to drive home. Key would not start the uhaul. I called the U haul store and Tra the GM sent an employee down to where we were. It took 25 minutes for someone to come to the location we were stuck at. After waiting we went back to the uhaul store. He claimed we took the wrong uhaul and the key we had was meant for another uhaul. I was told over power the ignition to start the wrong uhaul.( THAT DOESNT EVEN MAKE SENSE TO ME). When back to the store after Tra gave me the right key to take my things home. The employee that was there checking out why the uhaul was not working was really rude. I was taking to him about the problem and in his words he told me to get my shit and go home. Please understand that is the last time I will ever go to the uhaul location on washtenaw rd in Ypsilanti Michigan. Being blamed for a problem that was not my fought, having to fish out my uhaul when normally it's pulled up to the door for inspection, and then the rude comments. I really hope you all fix the problem. I'm not going to google or Yelp I just hope the owner or boss fixes the bad customer service. GraciasSEAN GARRETT B.

Although I liked the location and the truck was clean I didn't appreciate the person behind the counter bedside manners .. he was short and rude after I returned the vehicle he got upset because I brought in the keys instead of leaving them inside the vehicle and he didn't tell me anything just got up and started walking away leaving me wondering if I get a receipt or â€¦. As he is about to leave out the door I asked him if I was all set and without looking at me he just gave me a thumbs up â€¦ by the way he took pictures of my drivers license I am not sure if that is part of the process â€¦CLAUDIA H R.

The returning vehicle online was awful. It took me and my boyfriend several attempts before we could successfully return vehicle. So we ended up getting charged 2 additional hours. Also when we got to the location it was blocked at the entrance. My boyfriend's phone would not allow him to share location, even though he took off his block. My phone kept saying low memory. All in all it was a frustrating experience. This added so much extra stress to our day.Jerry P.
