It would be helpful if customers were notified at the time of the call transfer. I would still recommend this location.

PABLO M.We have used this location twice in the past and found it to be a smooth operation. This time we were disappointed. We tried online checkin, but were unable to find our truck. So we went inside to ask where it was parked. The person behind the counter offered to do an inperson check-in so we did (no idea what difference it makes). The person helping my husband barely took his eyes off his phone during the process. We were then handed the keys (so I don't know how we could have completed the online checkin since the keys weren't in the truck) My husband was told the truck was in the front line of trucks in the back lot. He eventually found in blocked in by other trucks. The man checking in used trucks offered to move it for him and we were finally on our way.
Todd M.This u-haul location has dated equipment. Customer service was poor. I got an old van with a busted petrol cap and a suspension that I rented it for 3.5 hours and ended up paying $150. Did myself a favor and returned the van to U-haul. Then I went to home Depot and rented another truck for half the price, newer van with the same amount of time on the same day This is not the first time I had a bad experience with U-haul. Definitely the last time.

alexis L.I will never utilize your location of service again. I was charged an assessment fee of something. I took the picture of the odometer but once I tried to upload the information upload wasn't allowed. I went back to the store the manager wasn't in I showed two employees my picture and was told that the charges would be removed well it wasn't. About a year ago I utilized services at the Belleville location and no such fee was assessed. This is a form of red lining individuals due to color, economic status and just down right wrong,
LOLETHA MARIA L.I was originally supposed to pay $67 for a $29 truck when it was time to drop off the truck I was charged $150 and which I said through the mobile app that I didnt agree with the price. I put $7 of gas in the truck and was still charged $30 of gas when the gas was given to me on a quarter till empty, mileage was off by .4, I still didn't complain because I was trying to hurry up and move and the money was already taken out so I didnt want to wait and waste time I scheduled the uhaul for 4 hours. And brought it back 3 mins late because I had trouble checking in. There is no way I was supposed to pay $150 I had no damages I out gas in, you guys still charged me a $30 gas fee as if it was $30 worth of gas when it was given to me, when it wasnt even close. It had no other information of where the other $50 came from. I reported on the mobile drop in everything that happened and no one has reached out to me since. Instead you guys charged me $150 when my original price cane to $67.

BYRON LEON R.I had a truck reserved from Penske that I reserved a week prior. I had taken the time off from work to move. When I arrived to pick up the truck they didn't have one. I called uhaul and picked up the truck I needed. Uhaul saved the day!!! Thank You Uhaul!

ALEXANDER GAGE N.Expedite equipment check-out and returns by increasing available staff and prioritizing these activities. My equipment return took all of 5 seconds for me to hand the van key to a staff member, yet I waited first in line under the equipment return tent for 20 minutes.

The tow dolley was not in working order due to that I was not able to use it. The ratchetts were in bad condition and would not engage properly and the straps were frayed at the end and very difficult to use.
