The staff was very pleasent and helpful. However, the truck oil light came on, and it got over heated, then it start shaking and rattling.

Clean cab better. Soda mess was all the over the center drink console. Cabana dash could have been cleaner. Customer service was great and the truck ran perfectly.

The ease of renting the vehicle and the staff were good. The vehicle lacked what I desired for my use. Although it was "so called clean and maintained" it had uncomfortable flaws. The a/c quit working every time I exceeded 55 mph on the Interstate ( not pleasant during a >100 degree heat index. Also, the ride was extremely rough and uncomfortable. Luckily, I was not traveling a longer distance.

I would say everything was excellent. Service was good, we got what we needed and were able to do the task at hand, and returning the vehicle was easy. The worker was very good as well as tho I though the trip would be quick, she was able to predict complications and gave us 4hours vs the 2 I thought we would only need. Excellent service

The delivery of my u-haul boxes has been changed several times. I have been given conflicting information about what time the boxes would be delivered. I have wasted two entire day waiting on boxes to be delivered. I have had to change my schedule several times to accommodate delivery of the boxes, and at this point in time they have not been delivered. I will not be using u-hall to move again.

When I picked up the truck, the truck they gave me had axle grease leaking and set me back even longer than I expected. On top of that the auto transport trailer was not ready for pick up. I had to pick it up another day.

This location and Caleb the manager were great! But we were sent to a location in Millbrook, AL first, and there was no one there and we had to call and get routed to another location. Very inconvenient! But luckily we were sent to Caleb and he got everything straightened out. But while we were on the road, on our last 30 miles, the engine light came on, Also, the call center is terrible! They could not get my order correct and I had to keep calling back to set it right after I would get a text that would be wrong. I would get a new person each time and have to explain again. Somehow no one could understand that we were driving from Montgomery, AL to Bradenton, FL. Altogether, this was not a good experience, with the exception of Caleb at the Eastern Bypass location.

This location was the closest from my destination, and should have been scheduled originally! The equipment was not safe with rear left trailer signal out and no cruse control. I pulled in and asked if able to change my drop off location, told me there maybe an extra fee. I would never recommend Uhaul for long distance moving! Curse control is a safety feature and should be standard on all vehicles! Failure of the rear left light on the trailer, wow I can't believe that Uhaul put my life in danger, would never recommend for any moving!

I received the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. Drove 30 miles and filled up with $12 back to a 1/4 tank Of gas at a station 1000 feet away from the uhaul store. Dropped it off. Was later charged a $30 fuel service fee and 2 gallons of gas at $5.75 to fill it back up to 1/4 which I had already done. Wasn't given a chance for them to check it while I was there to make sure it was good to go so I received the receipt 2 hours after I left letting me know of the up charge. Now I have to take a day off of work to go up there a siphon has out of the trucks to get my money back. Will never use the location or the company again.

Location is great, close to where we needed it and had the hours to match our schedule. The rental (26' local) was a different story. The truck was pretty beat up with numerous patches, scrapes, and dents. Worse, while I only rented for about 120 miles I barely made it back to drop of the truck as it's power steering went out and the brakes were fading fast. Either maintenance on the unit was not performed or the truck had lived such a hard life that a local run with two trips to a storage unit was too much!

I wish I could remember the member of the staff that checked me in. He was so kind and knowledgeable and just willing to help out. I think what impressed me the most, is he was helping somebody before me, and there was a bit of language barrier there with the customer, but he took such careful time to explain to that customer the rates, and dates, and times so that she understood the price and best days/times to pickup and drop off. He was so patient with her and just extremely kind and professional, it really touched me. He could have waived her off and ignored her, especially since it was busy in the store, but he really took the time to help that lady out.

Train your workers to actually read the reservations. I reserved a truck for 24/7 pickup at 8:30am and when I would click on the link to sign in, it told me I had to wait for the location to open and for the clerk to hand me the keys. I had movers waiting on me. Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be using this location again.

The employee was rude!! The reserved appliance dolly was not in the truck, I had to go back in and ask about it. He stated “we don't have any except the ones for sale” When I asked why I wasn't notified that the NEEDED equipment wasn't available he said that he doesn't know what I ordered until I get there and check in.

Notification that my requested pick-up time was changed and then that the truck was late would've been nice. The tow dolly had a light that did not work properly. I do really appreciate the rep who was leaving for helping me out. The truck arrived late and so the facility was closed by the time I made it there. Him staying over made sure that I was able to stay on time with my moving schedule.

Have a hard covered shelter for hook ups and returns. There was a freak storm the time we picked up the trailer. Your guy was ready but there was some hail and lightning so, I said we would wait. A covered area would be nice for them.

The double axel trailers shout have a foot jack on them. Once loaded there's no way to drop the trailer if needed due to unforseen issues.

your employee need to check u hauls before customers pick them up. We had a nasty u haul van and we really didn't appreciate it. We return the van just as we got it. I know your employees can do better, cause we have rented there before.

Very friendly and helpful. BUT as usual UHAUL national was the problem. Never has inventory. Broken inventory. Errors every time i made a call and then had to call again to correct. then when i finally arrive the Rep at the location had difficulties with UHAUL software giving him errors he had never seen before. Ussually there was only 1 person woking at a time. Prices were 20 more than advertised at the front desk. And Rent was raised often. Also units were smaller than advertised. Would not recommend for the money and lack of staff.

Just wish they had extra keys to the locks they sell, so wouldn't have had to get the lock cut off. I had the storage for over an year and when I got ready to move out my keys had been lost.

I really appreciated the help (1 month free) given at the time when Covid-19 hit. That led my family out a lot. You all were patient with me and helping me get exactly what I needed. I'll see you all next year hopefully on better terms. 

I loved my stay besides the fact that I had two locks on my unit when I left in March and when I came back in August I only had one left. When I asked the cashier about it he said "well that is a first". He was practically no help at all. After minutes of questioning he eventually gave me the number for claims but that was it.

The storage facility was clean, well-lit, space appropriate, secure, and accessible and the storage fee was great. I would recommend U-Hauls storage and rentals to my family, friends and anyone who maybe in need of their many services. They even provide a service that can help you with getting some to help you move your items from your home to storage and from storage to your next place. Great!

I changed to a different storage facility. What would have made a difference when I moved out was for someone to say Thank you for being a valued customer for SEVERAL years and paying on time of not in advanced. I was late once but just a day. There seemed to be no appreciation for the customers. Those things go a long way. If you are going to have an "express" line, it's a good idea to utilize it so customers wanting to pay their bill don't have to stand in line behind all the rentals. The lady that cleans the facility is a true gem! She is the sweetest person and goes out of her way to show kindness to others. She does an exceptional job!!!!!!! Can't say enough about her. She is the one that brings light to the facility.

I rented a 5x5 unit on a Sunday. The site said there was one spot left and let me reserve it. I showed up on Monday afternoon with a truckload of materials from my classroom and was given a unit. We unloaded the entire truck and went to find our the unit. When we found it, there was already a lock on it. I went back to the office and told the gentleman. He walked to the unit with me and then said he'd have to call his manager. We walked back to the office where he called his manager. Apparently, the unit had been rented and there was nothing left in the size I needed. I was told I could rent the next size unit for $20 more a month. Given the inconvenience we'd experienced I think I should have been given that unit for the price of the smaller unit. I was told that I would have to talk to the general manager, but he wasn't until the next day. We had to load everything back into the truck with nowhere to take it. This was completely unacceptable. I now have no place to store my classroom items for the summer. I tried to return the lock I was made to purchase and the gentleman didn't know how to do it. We had also tried to have a propane tank filled and the man working wasn't certified to fill it. How can you leave one employee in a store who isn't able to actually run the store?

We have had our 41ft. fifth wheel with the on the eastern blvd. with u-haul for 4 years. We and everyone else in the covered storage had a break-in. They called and took care of the repairs. That was a 1 to 1 1/2 years ago and everything was ok. There was a second break-in in a few units but the people were not notified. We had to call the owners of the motorhome next to us and they didn't know about it. We sold our RV Satuday and went into the office to let them know. We have never been late on any rent. We usually pay one year in advance. The young man that waited on us came in and out the front door twice and never said a word to us. It was not very busy when we went in so we waited our turn. When we got to the counter we told the young man there that we had sold our RV but we were going to purchase another. Knowing that the covered storage was less than half full. I asked him it he could reserve our spot ( it took us 2 years to get slag put over the mud in that space) His response was NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I would think that a company that had loyal paying customers would be a little more courteous. I could have understood if they had more RV's but this was just rude. People need to be trained in how to talk to customers. This man needs an attitude adjustment or just fired. I don't usually respond like this but I was just shocked at his response. I'm not man . I just feel sorry that this man is so miserable and he will surely cost you customers. Thank you Debby

I had the worst experience ever!! When I arrived the guy at the desk didn't even greet me as I walked up. He had his Chick-fil-A on the counter eating. And still proceeded to eat throughout my whole purchase, it was so unprofessional and just rude. Then when I asked him about any specials on the storage he asked me if I could buy him some wings and he will see if they have any specials. Super unprofessional I was so stunned. After moving that evening, I arrived to my storage unit, and to my surprise they forgot to take the lock off of our unit. So we had to find a friend to keep our furniture safe until the next day. It was such an inconvenience the whole thing. I'm just really appalled and upset!!!

U Haul Units available are too far from dock for large furniture. Uhaul needs more than one way to get to units . Staff were nice and accommodating.
