Everything was great the only small thing I can think of is if you rent something with insurance for a day and you want to call and extend it but you'd also like to cancel the insurance for the extended day, it would be nice to be able to make adjustments from the phone and not have to come in to completely redo a new rental. Other than that everything from start to finish was excellent and expeditious.

The general manager was not rude but very close to being rude. He let me know that customers were not his most important job. He was busy at that time. He should have been less condescending. The truck I rented was not clean. It had trash scattered throughout the cab.

On my final bill, I was charged $7.00 for utility dolly I didn't have. If the utility dolly is the red hand truck, I didn't use it. However, the green plastic security thing was broken, which may make it appear I used it. It broke loose in transit. I called this to the attention of the u haul staff person when I returned the vehicle. I feel I am due $7.00 credit on my card.

This was the worst traveling experience of my life!! I cannot believe I was treated this way by uhaul!! I will NEVER recommend you all if this is how you treat your customers! I had to call roadside assistance TWICE for that truck and dolly!! On top of that! I was quoted wrong information that cause my NEW car battery to go completely DEAD!! I need compensation for the horrific experience I had!!

There have been many times when I have gone to U-haul during an emergency move and the kindness that I experienced there really made a lasting impact on me. When I picked the truck up there were 3 problems: 1. the low air in the tire light was on along with the warning 2. the engine light was on 3. the driver's side door would not shut without slamming it I called the location immediately when I got home and told him what was going on. He told me the engine light means that the truck needs an oil change. He also told me that they just put air in the tire, but I could come back for more. Since UHaul charges $1.00 per mile, I was not doing that. I knew what he told me about the engine light did not feel right. I rented the truck for 24 hours. When we stopped for gas right before we were due to drop the truck off. After getting gas the truck would not start. The problem with the truck was the alternator, and because of your incompetent employee, we were inconvenienced with a broken-down truck. We had to wait for roadside assistance. If your employee knew what he was talking about we would not have been in that position. I really do not plan to use UHaul again unless desperate. I will spread the word too.

Ussually there was only 1 person woking at a time. Prices were 20 more than advertised at the front desk. And Rent was raised often. Also units were smaller than advertised. Would not recommend for the money and lack of staff.

The trailer we rented leaked badly in multiple places. Contacted UHaul customer service. They apologized and said this location would be in touch. That was 11/25/20 and haven't heard a word. The trailer shouldn't have been offered for rental in the first place. We are disappointed as we've used UHaul numerous times over the years with good results.

More help at peak pickup times. I had to wait in line about 20 minutes. On another note, was supposed to pickup only a few miles from where I was moving, but had to drive further in the truck due to no availability. Because of this I exceeded my allowed mileage and was charged $17. I shouldn't have been charged since U-haul changed my pickup location.

I loved my stay besides the fact that I had two locks on my unit when I left in March and when I came back in August I only had one left. When I asked the cashier about it he said "well that is a first". He was practically no help at all. After minutes of questioning he eventually gave me the number for claims but that was it.

I changed to a different storage facility. What would have made a difference when I moved out was for someone to say Thank you for being a valued customer for SEVERAL years and paying on time of not in advanced. I was late once but just a day. There seemed to be no appreciation for the customers. Those things go a long way. If you are going to have an "express" line, it's a good idea to utilize it so customers wanting to pay their bill don't have to stand in line behind all the rentals. The lady that cleans the facility is a true gem! She is the sweetest person and goes out of her way to show kindness to others. She does an exceptional job!!!!!!! Can't say enough about her. She is the one that brings light to the facility.

I rented a 5x5 unit on a Sunday. The site said there was one spot left and let me reserve it. I showed up on Monday afternoon with a truckload of materials from my classroom and was given a unit. We unloaded the entire truck and went to find our the unit. When we found it, there was already a lock on it. I went back to the office and told the gentleman. He walked to the unit with me and then said he'd have to call his manager. We walked back to the office where he called his manager. Apparently, the unit had been rented and there was nothing left in the size I needed. I was told I could rent the next size unit for $20 more a month. Given the inconvenience we'd experienced I think I should have been given that unit for the price of the smaller unit. I was told that I would have to talk to the general manager, but he wasn't until the next day. We had to load everything back into the truck with nowhere to take it. This was completely unacceptable. I now have no place to store my classroom items for the summer. I tried to return the lock I was made to purchase and the gentleman didn't know how to do it. We had also tried to have a propane tank filled and the man working wasn't certified to fill it. How can you leave one employee in a store who isn't able to actually run the store?

We have had our 41ft. fifth wheel with the on the eastern blvd. with u-haul for 4 years. We and everyone else in the covered storage had a break-in. They called and took care of the repairs. That was a 1 to 1 1/2 years ago and everything was ok. There was a second break-in in a few units but the people were not notified. We had to call the owners of the motorhome next to us and they didn't know about it. We sold our RV Satuday and went into the office to let them know. We have never been late on any rent. We usually pay one year in advance. The young man that waited on us came in and out the front door twice and never said a word to us. It was not very busy when we went in so we waited our turn. When we got to the counter we told the young man there that we had sold our RV but we were going to purchase another. Knowing that the covered storage was less than half full. I asked him it he could reserve our spot ( it took us 2 years to get slag put over the mud in that space) His response was NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I would think that a company that had loyal paying customers would be a little more courteous. I could have understood if they had more RV's but this was just rude. People need to be trained in how to talk to customers. This man needs an attitude adjustment or just fired. I don't usually respond like this but I was just shocked at his response. I'm not man . I just feel sorry that this man is so miserable and he will surely cost you customers. Thank you Debby

I had the worst experience ever!! When I arrived the guy at the desk didn't even greet me as I walked up. He had his Chick-fil-A on the counter eating. And still proceeded to eat throughout my whole purchase, it was so unprofessional and just rude. Then when I asked him about any specials on the storage he asked me if I could buy him some wings and he will see if they have any specials. Super unprofessional I was so stunned. After moving that evening, I arrived to my storage unit, and to my surprise they forgot to take the lock off of our unit. So we had to find a friend to keep our furniture safe until the next day. It was such an inconvenience the whole thing. I'm just really appalled and upset!!!

Everything was fine except 2 payments made by us were lost by the employees and a lean was put on the unit. We had receipts of payment, but the checks never cleared. It was eventually cleared.
