One thing to fix. My card didn't work and when I came the first time, it took 30 minutes for me to finally get bk to my storage. I tried to use the pin but that didn't work. When I came back this week, I was assured the pin would work but it didn't. I had to turn around and go bk to the office to get someone to let me in. Then I had to wait again for someone to let me out. Everything else, including the helpfulness of the staff, was excellent. But the gate was aggravating.Mark G. | Overall Experience

This location and truck were fine. The process of renting however was horrible. Booked and paid on a Monday, they dont actually try to coordinate anything til 2 days prior to move so they made my arrangements on Thursday. Didnt have a truck in the area, didn't bother trying to get a truck to the area, changed my pick up location but never contacted me to notify me of the change. The new location was an hour and 10 minutes away, so adding 2h20min round trip to my already 5.5hr drive. Customer service acted like this was no issue and the best they could do. I was not pleased. Had to spend an hour and half on the phone the evening before the move speaking to 4 different people, finally speaking to a supervisor, to get them to work with me and locate a truck closer. Supervisor was able to make it happen. Still will use different rental company next time.Gary T.

If you're coming from the other side of the road you end up waiting for 150 Amazon vans to pass before you can make a Uturn to get into the facility. That's not an exaggeration, it is an endless stream, and any time a van isn't pulling out some other car fills that single gap. It took almost 10 minutes to turn around and there's no direct left turn into the facility because of a median.David S.
In store receptionist adviced me if I brought vehicle back by an earlier than expected time, there would be a credit. False information, I spoke with her manager, even called u-haul with my experience and received a $10 voucher for the next time. Expires in 2 yes. Difficult time with online rental of equipment going from point A to B which will initially calc mileage correctly but when selecting alternative drop off location recommended by U-haul at a savings, mileage allotment drops to point A to drop off point (which in my case was in another state and closer to point A). Without the outstanding help of your Station Manager on-duty ( I believe first name Kristiana) I would have gone with another carrier. I have used U-haul for a number of trans US moves in my career but the recent equipment substitution rate is approaching Bate and switch.KURT S.

The pick up location was changed from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. After loading the truck and returning back for auto transport it was issue with the auto transport equipment. The GM wasn't concerned about the fact we were traveling out of town and thanks to Mr. Leonard who work on the issue for 40 minutes, instead of unloading the truck for another truck. NO Discount for over inconvenience. The GM was concerned about talking on the phone. Unsatisfactory.Estell G.

We have been paying for a parking spot for our camper in this facility for almost a year. Majority of the time there was never any parking spots for us. There was always trailers blocking the pathways. Once We couldn't get by it safely not back up so the camper hit the building and took the awning off costing us $2000. Management was rude and did not care. Someone also stole the battery off the camper. This past Saturday was the last straw. We tried to pull in the parking lot and there was uhaul trailers and trucks blocking the road again. Couldn't turn down one road because someone is running a garage out of their storage unit and had the road blocked. So we had to figure out how to back up without ruining our camper again. I only asked for one utility dolly and the person on site had put an additional 3 dollys in the truck. I was then charged an extra $25 for all of those dollys that I didn't ask for. I think that is sketchy business and I will not be using your service again.Ivan P.

I initially had a reservation at the 3745 E Independence Blvd location; however, between waiting and speaking to a customer representative for 36 minutes my reservation was not found in the system. Fortunately, the representative, with assistance from the scheduling department, was able to locate another available vehicle 13 miles away. Upon arrival at the new location, 9136 Wilkerson Blvd, I checked in but was unable to locate a vehicle # on the app nor on the internet. Only after calling and staying on the phone for 26 minutes with a different customer service representative was I given a vehicle number. In total for a reservation that was scheduled for 5:45 PM, I was not able to pick-up a vehicle until 7:39 PM. Although the customer service representatives were diligent and friendly in resolving my issues, the reasons mentioned above causes for an extreme dissatisfied with my experience.Charlie S.
