The employee told me I did not have to go inside. Just drop and go. I took his word for it. 3 days later I got a phone message that I had not dropped off the trailer yet. After calling and having another employee walk the lot, the trailer was found. Not a good experience when I might have been charged for 3 days when the trailer was in the lot. I asked the first employee 3 times if I needed to go inside. He said no. Not my best experience.DANIELROBERT B.

Such friendly and helpful staff when we picked up the truck and when we picked up the auto transport. The day we picked up the auto transport, the guy found a problem and switched out the equipment for us. He then helped us make sure the car was safely loaded onto the transport before leaving. Communicate effectively. Not allow one way rentals on equipment that's not available on your website. I reserved a one way van on the 8th to be picked on the 14th. I was informed the evening of the 13th Van's are not one way rentals. At that point I was screwed. Then arrived at the Pick up location the next morning to be informed that was the wrong location. I received an email on the 14th at 6:38pm stating the Pick Up location has changed that was after I turning the rental at the drop off location.
