Making the reservation, I indicated my total trip mileage would be over 250+ miles, the truck that I was provided had less than 1/4 tan of gas. I felt it a 1/2 a tank of gas would of been an adequate Courtesy. I will be doing this move again in the May/June timeframe and will be looking at other options.JOSEPH J.
I picked up the truck a little under half tank we took pics and returned it at half tank and got charged for gas and miles we didn't use so def would not rec this place to anyone especially a friend. We use Ryder all the time and this never happens there ever.and they say they emailed us a receipt and never did .SAMANTHA M.

Drive 2 hours out of our way to the pickup location to find that no one prepared the Ubox for us and then uHaul said they couldn't get it ready, and we couldn't wait that long. Then uHaul did nothing to compensate us for the issues and when it was delivered, we were still charged full price for delivery almost a week later.DAVID Y.

My main concern as to why I have left this property is, the issues of my account and access being granted to someone listed as an emergency contact. When I put them as the emergency contact I did not give permission for billing and access to be granted to them. They were receiving all of my info monthly and I was not receiving any corespondents. The supervisor of the location needs an attitude check. What's the point of holding a reservation online and not having the equipment available at the date and time of reservation. Being told my equipment was not available due to making the reservation online verse with the location itself was my fault. Make my reservation behind by 4 hours is unacceptable. Wouldn't be nice to hear from corporate in regards to this situation.Michael W.

I was referred over to this branch for the 20 foot box truck and they did not have the box truck I requested as a result I had to take a small 15 foot truck and was given the key and was told the truck was over in the yard where I had to find the truck there was no dollys that I requested so I then had to request a dolly that was not put in the truck. Goods arrived safely but, my antique curio was broken by the local mover. A leg was snapped off due to a careless decision on tilting it to replace a wheel which had fallen out. Rather than tilting back it was tilted sideways and placed too much on the opposite leg.Karen R.

Reserved a unit with the impression that i had 24/7 access After i signed the contract and paid my fee the employee brought me to the unit.. once he opened the unit the alarm went off and then told me that they dont have any cards. i was not given a code to use either. i was also told they were open until 8, when i showed up at 7:05 the employees watched me walk up to the door and left in their cars.SEAN A. | First Impressions
