Tiffani CContainer arrived on time and was put right where we wanted it. Box was clean and everything arrived safely. It did arrive a couple of days late at a location that was different and further away from my home than originally specified. I called your 800 number and they said I could have it transferred to a closer location but I'd have to call the location it was delivered to. I called the location and the said I'd have to call the location I wanted it moved to. I called them and they didn't seem to have any idea how to do that and said they'd call me back but didn't. I called back two days later and they said they'd call me back but never did. So I called a second location closer to my home and they said I'd have to call the 800 number to set up the transfer. I called the 800 number and they said I'd need to call the number for U-Box. I called them and they didn't know how to do it so they opened a case of some sort. I finally just decided to pick it up at the far location on Monday the 11th. Then I had plans change and called Saturday morning the 9th to see if I could pick it up on Saturday afternoon instead. They said no, they need 24 hours notice which I never saw or heard in any of the communications or phone calls. I picked it up on Monday at the Englewood location. Roger helped me and was really nice and knowledgeable. Really great. The trailer and unloading of the box went great, so no complaints on the equipment or service at the location. Overall phone communication and knowledge of how to transfer a box from one location to another was really bad and frustrating.
Matthew ZShould clean the vans more. The van I rented was very dusty. It was a bit pricey I wouldn't rent again. The fluctuation of the mileage on the weekend is very unfair.

WILLIAM SThe guy was rude towards his female coworker and to me. He made some comment that she was his supervisor but neglected to do something. He shouldn't do that in front of a customer. The women was very nice to me and I sensed he had something against her and communication between them compromised. She was very busy and should have realized it and been more supportive.

JULIE CI did not get the furniture Dolly and it made my moving experience a lot worse . I fell multiple times trying to move the big furniture I had to move because someone didn't do there job the tank was almost on empty when I picked up truck . Other than that and dealing with a very unhappy staff on drop off . Just not a good experience

William FThe U-Haul service was above and beyond what I expected. I received email messages at every step of the process. When plans changed, the people I spoke with were all very helpful and extremely courteous and understanding. Billing was clearly explained with updates sent for each step. Container was easy to pack and blankets provided were more than adequate. Cost of the U-Haul box was half of all other estimates I received.

carolyn cWhen I arrived at the West Springfield facility, I was very frustrated because I had originally made reservations to pick up a trick at the U-Haul on Boston Road, but nobody was there. The place looked like a closed down used car lot. No U-Haul trucks to be seen. I called the main office from my cell phone while I sat in this deserted lot and was told to go to West Springfield. Well, Megan, the general manager was very professional and immediately put me at ease. She was fabulous. I would like to know what happened to my original reservation at the Boston Road site? Why was I able to make the reservation if the place was closed.

JULIE RThis is the 3rd 15ft truck I have rented over last couple months. Overall the rental experience has been good...with a few miscommunication issues between uhaul website / "corporate" and pick up locations. However, yesterday I returned the truck In the exact condition I received it. My receipt indicated I had an accident. This is totally not correct. There was absolutely no accident. When truck was returned I pointed out to the attendent the driver side mirror was loose. Whenever there was a bump on highway the mirror would move out of position.... creating significant blind spots when changing lanes on highway. It made for a very difficult 3 hr drive. I will be visiting the drop off location today and then pick up location tomorrow to determine how and why a false accident report was generated. I post this for public view because this situation is not right. I am hoping to learn this was simply a mistake.

CHRISTOPHER COnce when I pulled in they came out to help right away. They inspected the truck and asked if everything went well with the move. As I was walking back to my wife's car as she was picking me up another employee was driving a truck around and stoped to make sure I have been helped.

len aI was taken aback at how courteous and preof3ssu9n the team member's from uhaul were. From the initial phone conversation with the friendly representative over the phone, who assisted with the logistical portion of getting the uboxes delivered, to the friendly and helpful and most importantly, thoughtful delivery drivers/forklift operators, who e sure that the boxes were dropped in the appropriate locations with enough room to maneuver around them. I will definitely use this service again in the future, because of how easy it was! Thank you again for making a move a lot less stressful!
NIKITA PMore clearly mark lanes and parking locations. Lane I happened to be behind the building. Pointing over one's shoulder, "It's located back there." "There" is a big space with lots of choices.

It can be interpreted that you can donate as long as it is in good condition, including mattresses and boxsprings. An employ explained to me yesterday that they are not allowed at all. I think that the notice should say that they are not allowed at all and if left there will be the fine. I understood the sign to say that if it was not in good condition, then the fee will be charged. I only closed my storage unit because I found stable housing abider being homeless for a while. I was able to use the storage unit for what it was needed for.

Victoria m | Overall ExperienceThis facility is OUTSTANDING ACROSS THE BOARD‼️ I had this unit just days short of 4 YEARS. MUCH LONGER THAN I HAD INTENDED. I had the opportunity to interact with this staff on a monthly basis. On my move in/ out I also rented a truck and equipment. I just don't have enough positive remarks to say. The staff was CONSISTENTLY pleasant, helpful and willing/;ABLE to answer all of my questions and concerns. Jessie and Julia were particularly helpful to me during some difficult turns in the road throughout the time I had this unit. I can honestly say the West Springfield U-Haul staff raise the bar in outstanding customer service at a time when it's become a lost part of our society. IF only everywhere I went and everyone I encountered in my daily affairs were so bright, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful our world would be a better place. This facility is consistently sparkling clean as well. If I could give these folks 10 stars I would. They all deserve it. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making both of these traditional times in my life as smooth as they possibly could be. Please know you made a difference in my life if only for brief moments in time. I would not hesitate to use West Springfield U-Haul if the need arises again and I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone in need of any of the services you provide. You indeed have a great bunch of human beings working here. All my very best regards to each and everyone of you and a deep and sacred bow for the outstanding service I received here. You are dealing with people who are at transitional moments in their lives and doing it well is a gift you give to others. Never underestimate the impact you make everyday. Sincere gratitude.

One manager there said they would refund my $31.99 - this has been a year of empty promises and unanswered phone calls to the office (12/11/2022 -12/11/2023) and still no word or anything to indicate that they're doing something to help fix this. Manager's name is Owen Gagnon or Tucker Owens. If you are able to get this resolved that would bring ALL of my scores to 5 stars, my phone number is 407-556-5470. Other than that, and being unable to talk to a live human being on the phone (corporate) for this issue, I'm still satisfied with U-Haul
Pedro G | Overall ExperienceThe only reason I changed to another storage facility is because of the ceiling size and the lack of availability of larger units. I had another storage unit in Wilbraham along with this one, and unfortunately I couldn't consolidate them both into U-Haul. So I sadly, and I'm not happy about the choice, had to choose one because of the cost. Once I reduce the contents of the other place, I will be back for sure. Thank you for such great service and a wonderful place.
