Roger FThe person at the desk said "the system is down" several times and had no idea on how to process my reservation. Uhaul needs an alternative method and/or training for employees on what to do in these situations.
CAROL SPersonnel were polite and helpful. Truck was easy to find. The drivers door had a hard time closing, but otherwise everything worked as needed. It would be nice to know the mpg on the trucks so I don't have to guess on how much gas to fill before returning it.

JamesJay HOnly comment is that the location is a little understaffed. One person has to do it all. I was in and out relatively quickly but had there been multiple customers, it would have taken some time. The two employees I encountered today, 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, were very efficient and friendly.

LAUREN JGianni Gibbs was awesome. Set me with a Storage Unit and Truck. He's helped me a few times and does an awesome and consistent job. Everything was clean. The dude that checked the truck reminded me to top the gas off was a money saver.

KRAIG HI recently rented a trucked, and my estimate rent amount for 20 miles was 43$. When I returned it, I only used 16 miles. So, according to that my cost should be lower than 43; instead I was chagered more around 49$. Which is unacceptable and wrong with me. I am very disappointed due to excessive charges. And won't recommend it to anyone. To be student its very hard to bear extra charges for the thing which you didn't did. Hope so you understand.

Paul JIt was very hard to return the equipment because there were so many other trucks and trailers in the return line that it went into the entrance to the uhaul store, making it hard to turn into the lot.
Hayley EI was disappointed in the check-in service. We were handed the key and told to go to the back of the lot and the truck would be in the 2nd row. I was expecting it AT LEAST to be brought up.

Marcia RApp sucks. its very frustrating to use as the "home" button does not take you home the "location" tab is useless because it tries to make you navigate in the app instead of using the phones built in navigation, the check in check out has wayyy to many redundant and seemingly repetitive steps. overall, very annoying to rent using the app.

IGNATIUS MAfter returning the rental truck, 20 mins later I received a call from the store, at the time I didn't realize that's who was calling me. I then realized that I didn't have my wallet and I knew I left it in the truck. I called the store and talked to the GM Gill, I explained the situation, and that someone from that store had just called me, I assumed they found my wallet. He said there were no notes about it, then put me on hold for about 5-8 minutes, he said he was going to check and ask other employees. Only to come back and tell me they found nothing. By that time I had driven back to the store and the truck I had used had been moved. So I retracted my steps went everywhere I went prior to dropping off the truck. All the while knowing it was in the truck. At such time I called back and didn't get the store I got customer service. The girl that tried to contact the store, hung up on me. I called back again and got someone else, and informed them of everything that happened and told them that if I didn't get my wallet back, I would involve the police, and contact a lawyer. She put me on hold and tried 4 times to get ahold of anyone at the store and contacting GM Gill on his personal phone, and got no one. At which time I told her if she did get ahold of them they one hour and I would be there and if they didn't give me my wallet the cops were getting called. So an hour and a half went by, and I showed up at the store, Gill was helping another customer, saw me and amazingly had my wallet. But prior to that they didn't find it anywhere??? Not only that. They had my email, my cell number and had my wife's cell number, and not a single person could let me know they had found it. Let alone apologize for any inconvenience? And I do realize I was belligerent on the phone, but Gil talked over me, clearly didn't check like he told me he was, and then acted like it was all good when I showed up. He's lucky I didn't whip his ass right there in the store. So no one thought to let me know they found it? Like were you calling my bluff about calling the cops? I'm still looking into and considering a lawsuit, I had to cancel all my cards and could get any cash or purchase anything and still can't as I'm still waiting for new cards. So yeah worst experience ever and I've used that store before and will never again. And I'll do whatever I can to stop anyone else. I'd love for Gill to lose his job as he's the worst manager I've ever interacted with and I'd really would appreciate the 147.93 back as it's cost way more than that. But I'll get it one way or the other, guess it depends how you choose I go about getting it.

Managed his employees very well with respect and clear boundaries (while training new employees) He stayed busy and fulfilled duties to completion while being overly occupied. The facility was the best and drive-in storage was absolutely the best for loading and unloading. My mother in law passed away and we needed a place to store things from her apartment and they helped make a tough time a little easier. It makes it so much easier to move when you can park in the garage, roll a cart up to your car, and then move everything with little to no lifting. The rates are affordable and the access to trucks and other options to move from storage is a bonus.

He must be good at training people, too, because a worker, Skylar, gave me good information when I was looking at the grounds. They acted like I was bothering them while asking for help and at one point even ripped my phone out of my hands to see the app screen. Then upon moving out, I had lost my key and didn't know what the options were. The guy LITERALLY laughed at me on the phone and told me to get a locksmith in an extremely condescending tone. I didn't know! I had never rented a space before. While there and needing some help, no one was to be found. One employee was having a domestic dispute with a girl in the parking lot loudly with cussing and everything. I was happy with the security and cleanliness of the building though
