1) Moved my items without my authorization. After hurricane sally, 2020, I had to inspect my belongs in my unit as requested per uHaul. I had to dry out the unit and the floor due to flooding from the damaged roof caused by the hurricane. Took pictures of items and put everything back into my assigned unit. Went back about a week later to store some items, found out MY lock was cut, my stuff moved to a different unit without my approval and my items were touched and gone through by complete strangers. I received no courtesy call or email about this move. They also replaced MY master lock with one of their own less expensive locks and didn't reimburse me for my lock they cut off. 2) this facility does not open on time per it's posted hours on the front door. I'm a firsthand witness, check your security footage; 3/15/2021 and 3/27/2021. 7am open time. 3) this location made an unauthorized charge to my bank account. I discussed with an employee (Matt) on 3/14/2021 about upgrading my storage unit. Employee stated they don't pro rate so I told him I'll be back at the end of the month to upgrade (I want my bills due at the end of the month). I was alerted later that late night from my bank and an email from uHaul stating they charged my account and assigned me to an upgraded unit. My bank account was charged without my signature or approval. Undisputed, I have all documents pertaining to this unauthorized transaction. It took ten business days for my refund. TEN days to give me back my money that was stolen from me! I didn't authorized or approve the transaction, so that classifies the charge to my account as steeling my money. 4) They have zero customer service. I closed my account and moved out of my unit on 3/28/2021. I forgot my antique iron bed rails from the 1800's propped up in the front corner of the unit. Them knowing I just moved out, they didn't call me or try any means of contacting me about the items I forgot. They took the bed rails and immediately put them in the front area for anyone to take. Luckily I remembered them a few hours later, went back and was able to retrieve my property before someone else took them.Kenneth R. | Overall Experience

The service was quick and easy. However, I did not feel comfortable with the sales associate handling store business on her personal phone. The internet service for U-Haul was working very slowly. It was a very rough move it got bad when we loaded and went to facility to unload and found out the lock hadn’t been removed off our locker and no one was there to assist contacted customer service and ask for help where they weren’t to much help at first finally transferred me to a manager on duty and she reached out to general manager Justin and he walked me through to getting a different unit actually right next to my unit so I didn’t have to miss another day at work so I highly recommend this facility they will and do go above and beyond to help there customers and make sure they help any way possibleJOSHUA M. | First Impressions

U-Haul location was great. Employees very professional, and helpful. I couldn't believe the size of their truck and trailer inventory. I needed a trailer for the afternoon, and I realized I won't be purchasing a trailer after all. This was too easy, reserved on-line, quick process when I arrived, and very affordable (only 15.00 for 24 hours) what a deal !ALAN B.

I reserved a truck to pick up before they opened. The keys were not in the box. We had to wait to until they opened to get the keys which was an inconvenience. If i wanted to wait until opening i would have done so in the beginning. I use uhaul a lot and love doing so but not if this is going to happen.PAMELA J.

EXCELLENT service!!! As always, thanks for looking out for me! Had an option to give me an older truck w/a full tank of gas, or a newer one on empty w/ an AWESOME credit! They actually did me a favor because I only had to fill up the one time for my trip and I dropped it off at the ending location right at a quarter tank. Saved me time and additional stops on my trip. Couldn't have been a better experience. The truck did have a loose and canted steering wheel, but no further issues.Brandon C.

The trailer I rented had a tire with a bad stem and the other three tires had 30 PSI instead of 65psi. Everyone at this U-haul location was friendly but the trailers need a little attention. I had to waste three hours waiting to get the stem on the trailer fixed.Thomas N.

The UHaul app was useless. I ended up having to go into the store to check in and get the keys to the truck. The truck's cab was sandy/dusty and reeked of cigarette smoke, of which I'm allergic to. There was a booger smeared on the HVAC panel controls. I was on a time crunch, so I thought I would just roll down the windows. Well, it was cold outside, so I turned the heater on. BAD IDEA. The smoke had infiltrated the entire HVAC, and me turning on the heater made the pungent odor about 10x worse. So, there I went shivering down the road since I had to roll the windows down to breath and couldn't turn on the heater. The store location had it's system crash and when I returned the truck, I couldn't even get a receipt. The service reps couldn't even do a simple paper receipt. I left not having anything to prove I returned the truck on time. I made a video before I left to prove the condition of the truck just in case. Overall, this was THE WORST experience I've ever had with UHaul.STEVEN B.

On two occasions on the phone I was promised a certain truck at a certain time then upon arrival or upon receiving my email confirmation the information did not match what I was promised over the phone. On both occasions I was promised a 10 ft truck and end up having to drive a huge 26 ft in which I'm very uncomfortable with. Only good thing is that I still received the truck at 10 ft price.robyn L.

Overall, the Storage was fair, they had broken glass littered around the outdoor storage buildings for many days without clean-up. I thought that the Moving portion had many hidden fees that weren't explained/listed in the billing. It seems that at $40 per day advertisement is False, as it cost way more than that. Also, when I returned the vehicle, the salesman did not give me any receipt. I think that is Dishonest. I was told my One-Way move was determined by a Flat-Rate, so I would not be getting an itemized bill. Also, there is a $1.60 toll that I believe U-Haul should cover considering the amount of excess that I paid for the trip, over and above the advertised price.
