Bad return process. I turned in my Ubox. Saw the uhaul person scan in my paperwork said I was good to go. I then received a call from uhaul saying my account was open and that it was not closed. Uhaul could have charged me if the local uhaul did not call me. You need to improve that process or better train equipment return personal.

The truck I rented was said to have a half thank but it was under a half. I was in a hurry so I did not get a chance to look it over with the rep that was checking me in, and he did not offer either. It was a really bouncy ride. The truck was damaged and the drive was not smooth. There were many trucks available on the lot I feel as if they gave me the worst maintained truck. I spent over 200$ for the rental and was not pleased. I did return the truck on a half tank because I signed the documents. It was not a good experience. I usually rent from uhaul but never had an experience like this. Would not recommend.Chansey W.

Personally I thought maybe there was something wrong with the truck that I had and it should probably be looked at mechanically just to be safe I felt like it didn't want to shift at the right times and I did forget to tell my daughter who returned the truck for me because the truck beat me to hell I can barely move my neck and my shoulders and arms hurt so bad LOL thank you I've rented from you several times and I've always had great service.Vicky C.

There were three employees that were an absolute delight to work with. They seem to have fun and enjoy their jobs and are very polite and respectful. However there was one employee there who is super rude on the phone, rude in person, and I likely will never go back because of her. She hates her job and shouldn't be working for uhaul or any role in customer service. I had to literally argue with her to get a receipt because she kept saying it would be emailed to me. My printer is in storage for a month, just print the receipt without attitude, arguing, or being a jerk.Bryce J.

The connection for lights was bent and was not staying in place. The person who helped us knew about it and said it was fine. It fell out on the way to where we went to load up. We went and purchased electrical tape to hold in place and called and spoke to someone who put a note on our orderDiane S.

What a day! Got almost 8 inches of snow overnight and when we went to get the truck all the numbers for the trucks were covered in snow. Please change the truck number to the license plate number to identify the truck easier. I had to open every door to each truck to find which one would start with the key. This location had several trucks in the size i rented so it took 15 /20 mins to find my truck. But it was well worth it. Very nice truck and no issues. Worth every penny spent!Brent S.

Two car dolly's available to rent. One had small emergency chains that would not fit on a truck hitch. The other had an issue with one light that was not working due to a broken wire. Tire straps on both were overly worn. Equipment needs some maintenance. Staff was helpful.CHRIS E.

I saved close to $500 by renting a uhaul 10' truck and having a couple friends help me move rather than using a moving company. The process to reserve a truck ahead of time was simple and I would recommend to anyone willing to sacrifice convenience for cost savings. Thank you uhaul!Michael P.

Not at any fault of this place either, my drop off location changed and they never called. So instead of me going right down the street by my house, I had to drive 15 minutes away, to be told they didn't have the room and I should have been called so then i ended up having to take it to the place right by my house anyways. The online check in process was very confusing and told me 2 different locations to find my key, and the staff at my location was not helpful at all. I also returned my truck 15 minutes before close and no one came to the equipment return to help me so I had to check it in myself, and when I walked past the door to go to my car I could see the employees sitting on their phones in their coats ready to clock out even though it was still business hours. We rushed to return it early specifically so we would not have to check it in ourselves.CATELYN C.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! When we contracted the storage unit we had no idea how long we would need it as the items in storage was our 94 yr old mother's things. She had been admitted to the hospital and we knew she could no longer live where she had been. Unfortunately, our mother passed away 3 weeks later so our need of the storage unit was no longer needed as we now knew we had to get rid of her furnishings. The staff was always helpful and we liked the setup and the storage unit as well. Reserved unit was locked on arrival and not available. Manager was need to call locksmith to remove lock for use, told it would be 2 days before it would be available. Manager was not on site and not able to reached by staff in timely manner to assist. Got a refund for the unit. Happy with the staff member that tried to resolve the issue and understand it was not on him, but as a whole it was bad experience.
