Sent me out of my way because where I orginally booked my truck was unavailable. Cleark mumbled his instructions from 10 feet away since there were boxes stopping me from getting to the counter, fine, SPEAK UP! Also I had to deflate a tire because your illegally freyed straps on the tow dolly was too short! He tells me he placed the order weeks ago but you never sent him new ones, sure thing. Than charged me 25 dollars to clean, what some dirt on the floor? I filled it up and swept it out i can not help if i have to drive it to your location and have nothing to sweep it out with, again! 25$ is outrageous since the floor was not in tip top shape when i got it. I cant count how many times ive used uhaul in the past and never have had such a ridiculous charge, I CAN count how many times I will use uhaul in the future.... 0

Employees were not attentive to the customer and after I recieved the vehicle it was prestine. But after returning the truck I stood in the store wondering how there wasn't anyone to return the truck to. And had to find the employees, find them! So overall all experience not good at this location

The truck’s sun visors were broken so they kept falling down it was a real pain.

The trailer had a tire blow out. When the state police stopped I was told that the tires would not be considered legal. I was stuck on the Mass Pike for over two hours

Wheel alignment on the truck was way off, mirrors didnt stay in place over a day of travel with several stops. Pickup location was fine, no problems

Upon arrival there were three people behind the counter one of which who was handling a customer via phone. The other two didnt even acknowledge i was there. Very unprofessional. When i returned my same equipment myslf and another gentleman were waiting for someone to help us, while two people were outside smoking. The young lady who helped us was awesome however your staff need to be anlittle more customer friendly and acknowledge when people are there.

I had to wait almost an hour for my turn in line to return the truck. The line did NOT MOVE at all (I was #5 in line). During that time I tried to check out online, but couldn't because it said I had something wrong with processing my card. I think it was the slow cell reception because I even called the bank to check. Finally another employee came and asked if anyone was returning a truck. Two of us were. Then I got to hand over the keys and walk out. Meanwhile I saw several people walk in, I told them how long the wait had already been and they left. One said they would find another location. I do not understand not having another employee on site who can help in a pinch or spending almost an hour with one person!

I may never use U-Haul again, simply because the return process was so demanding and downright frustrating. I’ve rented trucks from U-Haul dozens of times over the course of my life, and I’ve never had to do anything besides return the truck in the same condition I got it and drop the keys in the drop slot. And then I was going to be charged for a 2 day rental And two days’ worth of furniture pads and dollies, even though I only actually had the truck for about 8 hours. The whole thing was ridiculous, and luckily someone read my comments from the return process and corrected that. I have to finish my move in a few days, and I’m absolutely going to look at other truck companies after this experience.

Insiide of windshield was filthy. There were styrofoam cups and eating utensils found while looking for passenger seatbelts. Passenger seatbelts were stuffed under the seat.

Girl at the counter was stuffing her face while talking to me didn’t even explain anything... simply which size I’d like & for the payment! All while eating/having food in mouth! Not to mention failed to mention at the time of return they’d be closed and what to do to still make the return

There was several times my card wouldn't work to let me in or out. The staff was ok not overly friendly nor overly helpful. They do seem to b under staffed always a long line. Would I recommend this

I rented almost 3 different size trailers in the last 2 months, and every time I have different experience. I am a person that believe on second and third chance, and I never in my life write a review until today. The workers have to be aware that customers can be one day themselves. In brief, My last experience with this location was that I was asked to pay $60 for a 5x9 open trailer where the price in $37 including $8 insurance. Without any explanation that $60 only if I want to pay in Cash and $37 with credit card. Where I surprisingly asked why the price is so high? With no apology I was told that is cash price. Well do not the customer deserve to choose and be told different ways of pay means different price!!!?? Most of the time I return the equipment after hours and I was never told that I will be charged $20 if the stuff does the return during open hours and if I did it myself I will not be charged. How difficult to tell the customer you can choose to spend couple minutes on site to return the equipment and check out or choose to let us Handle it “U haul stuff to do it and there a charge fee of $20. And there is more stories that I had with them and I really do not understand why!!. Simply I always say: to anyone who have a job! If you are not happy change your job simply because I believe when you do not like your job, your performance will be affected as well. Little be about me, I live near this location for 20 years and even thought I moved couple time out of town I was still using this location every time I need a rental. I have 10 years of customers experience and not only that I am a Chemical Engineer and I hate when people abuse the freedom given to them at the job. Please take this note very seriously. I am sorry for this long note, but I am not happy at all.

The vehicle i rented was dirty, the brakes are pretty bad (please change the breaks on this vehicle, it is a safety issue.) and to top it off i received the vehicle with no gas it was on empty. they tried to have me fill it up to a quarter when returning and i was suppose to get a $6 dollar credit. I refused the offer because it takes much more money to get this vehicle to a quarter fill. I have used this location several times before and never had this unpleasant rental before.

The trailer I rented was beat up. It still worked well for what I needed it to. But it had many nuances broken pieces and things that were rigged to work. But we’re not proper.

Horrible experience with this location always has issues. Employees are not exactly the sharpest tool in the drawer. The staff is exactly a reflection of the type of area it sits in. Manager is worthless. Can’t get her to come out of her office to handle customer issues. Have always tried to avoid this location. Will start using other company’s.

People were great at this location. They got me in and out in timely manner. The vehicle was fairly clean, it is a truck for moving things so no problem there. the truck though did have some issue with the transmission in low gear. The truck was shaking pretty bad when at a low speed.
