Perhaps hire more staff because the line was long and only one attendant at check in. The staff member with an eye injury, Caucasian male with dark hair was very helpful. When I went to evaluate the truck size I need, I was told I could only rent it for 6 hours. I called the online # and was able to rent it for 24 hours for $111.61. I was quoted one price and charged $47 more! I was given poor information as to where to find my rental truck and had to get someone from the location to help me. I was given a drop off location and then was told I had to change it because the original location didn't accept drop offs. Very poor communication all around.SUSAN C.

I was extremely upset with my experience at U-Haul. I made an online reservation for an 11a pickup for a 10' truck a week in advance. I went in store to confirm the reservation when buying boxes and was told they had received it and it was confirmed. I got to the location the day of pickup about 15 minutes prior to my reservation, had already checked in online, and was told that the truck hadn't been returned yet. I was then told that if it comes back late, the other customer would have to pay for my rental. The other customer had just made it on time before being marked late, however it was about 12 minutes past my scheduled pickup. After the truck had gone through inspection, it was nearing half an hour past my reservation. So I asked the cashier if he could extend the window by that half hour. When he went to the computer to do so, he said that my reservation had been cancelled. He didn't understand why and neither did I, so I was given no proper explanation as to the cancellation. I asked if I could do a walk-in rental instead, I was denied. He told me I could try another location and that they had an opening at 2p. Although frustrated, I complied. He sent over the new reservation and gave me the info. Later on, I go to the new location for the new reservation, and was told that they had nothing available! I wasn't offered any compensation for now TWO wasted reservations. I was already 4 hours delayed because of the unexplained cancellation and now I was getting screwed over again. The whole day was ruined. I ended up having to make multiple trips to get some boxes over, driving 30 mins. to and from 4 times. I wasted about $80 in gas that day. I still needed a truck to move big furniture so Uhaul reached out and scheduled another truck for me 3 days after my initial reservation. When that day came I was finally able to get a truck, but still had to pay out of pocket for the rental despite having my prior reservation wrongfully cancelled. The rental cost $73. In total I spent over $150 for this move that should have been completed in 1 day yet took 4! Still very disappointed and frustrated.Zena B.

The van was returned with the indecent fuel like as it was received, the they charge me for extra 33 Gallons of gas,the attendant didn't give me any paper when I pick up the Vansaid the printer not working, the A/C not working, radio not working, the Van was going left and right on the highway,I think it need some adjustments for the front end or tiers (was not very safe to drive I had to drive about 45 miles/hour for almost 200 miles,) This is not the first time they over charge me extra for gas .I was dealing with U-Haul for many years over Twenty years I had no problems, I lost trust.since I return the van was no one to receive it or confirm everything, they think they can do any extra charge for no reason.that's supposed to be reported.Gamal A.

No only because UHaul is the worst company I've ever tried to deal with. Every time I have needed to use UHaul, the process of renting is awful, the equipment is often not there or broken and resolving issues is a complete joke.Steven G.
I wanted to rent a single axle trailer, 12' long and when I got there I was given a dual axle heavy trailer. I used it and got done what I needed to but I think the employees should listen harder and rent what the customer wanted. I am still happy with this place of business.Robert C.

You need to make sure when a customer book online for a particular rental vehicle that's its available in the facility for pick up before that reservation is confirmed. What I booked online and got confirmation for, when I went to the pick up location, it was overbooked and I had to settled for something else. Luckily it could fit what I wanted it for.Juliet B.

I waited at the location for a half an hour to get my truck that I reserved. I wanted to pick up in another location, but they called me a couple of days before my appointment and told me I had to go to a location farther away. The transmission kept down shifting into lower gear when cruising. needs to be fixed. This causes the engine to idle high which wastes gas that I had to pay for. The inside windshield was filthy. Needs to be cleaned.steven K.

DO NOT GO THERE. I was wrongly charged $23 for fuel that I did not use. The fuel readings was wrong on paper before I picked up the truck and I did not notice that (5/8 in the truck vs 3/4 on paper). I drove the truck for 6 miles and brought it back in less than 2 hours and even added 1.3 gallons of gasoline before I returned it. I was surprised to see $23 charge for 4 gallons of fuels on my final receipt. I protest the charge as inaccurate (No way this truck MPG is 1.5 miles/gallon of fuel) and requested a refund. I even offered proof of the credit card transaction for the fuel that I actually added in the truck. I was scolded, ignored, then sent away by Brittni (U-Haul customer representative). I had expensive items stolen from my storage unit. At one point it was put up for auction and I never received a notice by mail or email. We had financial issues because I had heart surgery then my fiancé became very sick.
