We scheduled our U-Haul 2 weeks in advance with pick up to be in our town. We were contacted 3 days prior to pick up stating we would have to pick up our truck in a neighboring town 20 mins away. It was inconvenient, but doable. The MORNING of pick up I received an email stating we would have to pick up our truck over an hour away from our moving town. We were VERY DISAPPOINTED but had no other choice but to do it because it was too late to change plans. We will most likely not be using U-Haul again

The dolly and moving blankets placed in the truck block loading and take up space. I was charged for rental on these items after returning my truck because the full load dislodged them. I requested the manager call me and he did not. I was also charged a cleaning fee I feel was unwarranted. Ill be using another company next time.

I would reccomend always having 2 people in the store. When we came back to drop it off, there were more clients than one person could handle in a timely manner. 1 guy said he's never using y'all again because he keep getting rescheduled and then still had to wait.

State it more clearly that even after a customer has already forked out a bunch of money, that when they bring the vehicle back they will have to pay even more than the original amount paid to begin with.

I kept my belongings in storage for almost 3 years. I just wish you didn't raise the rent on me.

This was a busy weekend for U-Haul. My suggestion to the company is on those busy weekend if someone does not need nor want the two days of rental, offer a discount for early turn in. so that more people can repurchase them for use. It would lead to happier loyal customers.

I called after I got to the place I loaded cause the truck wouldn’t start. I was on hold for 40 min only to be transferred to another department that did not answer the phone. Transferred back to main store and was on hold again! NOT impressed!

I rented the trailer to pick up a new mower that was 64” wide. Trailer was fine but I did not think about the opening not being wide enough until I got to the dealer. We had to remove the mower deck to get it loaded. Lesson learned

The only problem I had during my rental was finding out the young lady that rented me the trailer didn’t reserve it for two days. I had to pay for a extra day. And when I called to explain what happen no one would help me out

I originally reserved a truck online and then was called about an hour before I was supposed to pick up the truck to tell me the only thing they had was a van. When I got there the African American attendant was very unprofessional. He just kept complaining about how tired he was and how read he was to get off work. After he finally got me my rental he didn't even show me where it was. He said "the number is on the key its out there somewhere" and he ran off. I had to get someone else to move the another van because the one I rented was blocked off. I will be finding somewhere else to rent from from now on.

Had an auto transport assigned to our contract but was not available when we went to pick it up (given to someone else). Had to travel to another location to pick one up causing an inconvenience in our schedule but to the dealerships credit, they did all possible to rectify the situation.

I got my storage on Nov.4 2018 I paid all my dues and received a letter November 28 2018 saying I owed 200 dollars in late fees when I had only got the storage 2 weeks prior. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!

The storage room had holes from previous clients damage that were not fixed. Had to ask the salesperson numerous times to help me with the check out procedure and a copy where I was paid in full.

IT RAINED IN MY STORAGE AND I WAS POORLY COMPENSATED. My clothes was wet and smelled, my mattress was wet and mildewed, my table is destroyed and important papers was destroyed, the insurance is a lie

I had an appointment to pick up my u-box. I was told it would be on a trailer. Was there 90 minutes trying to get it. Most of the delay was due to computer problems but it was a frustrating experience

An employee of UHAUL took a heavy dresser from my storage locker and would not return or pay for it. This was the fourth locker I had rented. I was moving to a new locker because of leaking roof.
