Make sure truck has at least 1/4 tank of gas like they asked me to leave in it, it was on fumes, then I filled it up and didn't get anything back for leaving almost 3/4 tank, because I didn't know how much the truck would use.

I had a 10:00 a.m. pickup scheduled but it still took almost 30 minutes before anyone was available to start my check out.

Could not get Q code on the sign to work, long wait on customer service line then cut off called again 30-40 wait so left keys in drop box went back next day and waited in line for a bit. If 2 women alone I'd recommend returning when they're open. Other than that ok!

His response to all my questions were “I have no idea†When I returned the truck, I politely went to his desk to check out and pay him; but this man didn't even notice me because he was on the phone talking about himself. Earlier I had asked him if he received information on my rental and he said that he didn't have a clue. At least his trainees were better helps than he was. Nobody wants to be disrespected while you're paying your money. ¡Gracias!

There were 2 employees standing around outside, when I asked if they could help they said no. Why have three employees and only 1 of them can help customers? After waiting 15 minutes and nothing happening I left and had to make a return trip an hour later. I'll go back to Penske next time.

It would be better if this location wasn't so small making it way harder on the crew. So you can't blame them

Reserved this trailer at the Rodgers Rd location in Kansas City 20 mi closer to where I was staying, picked up at Blue Ridge and had to call road side to replace a bald tire (Rodgers location could not help me). Upper management needs to have different locations willing to help out customers. There was no customer service except Vanessa with roadside.

I was supposed to pick it up in Lee's Summit on Market St. Upon arrival at the Lee's Summit location, they had no idea about my reservation and were not helpful in any way. I called 1800uhaul and was given a different location again that did not have my reserved trailer. Again I was directed to the location on Blue Ridge Blvd. I was on a tight time schedule and was not happy about having to drive to 3 different locations in 3 different cities after having placed a reservation at the first.

I took multiple shots and it would not accept. I tried various lighting and angles. I tried it with and without flash. I was able to see everything clearly in the picture yet it kept wanting me to retake it. I was there at least twenty minutes before I was able to get it to go through. I would say moving forward it might work better if it allowed me to take a picture with my camera and upload it rather than using it.

Francis K.Two workers were both stressed & unhappy and letting everyone know when opening the store at 7:00AM. There were too many customers scheduled at 7:00AM and the process is too lengthy to checkout. This caused greater tensions between customers and staff due to the wait times. What to improve? Schedule pickup times according to available staff. It makes no sense to have 8 people waiting at 7:00AM when a staff of two can only process 3 or 4 per hour. Stop having the customer do the paper work from their phone. This is ok for pre-check but it just prolongs the process when customers have to fumble through it at the counter because they're not familiar with it, or like me; I had to go get my phone from my vehicle and then fumble through the checkout process. The store employee should be able to ask a few questions, scan the ID and take payment in 5 minutes or less, then do a quick walkaround on the equipment. Staff should do as much preparations the night before to ensure customers scheduled at opening time can be processed faster. Hire a process improvement person and streamline the checkout process. This was not the fault of the employees. This is just a poor process. I was the first customer in line and it took 30 minutes to checkout and get loaded (trailer), which caused me to be rushed for meeting my check-in time. Imagine what the 8th customer in line was thinking at this time.

I was called by your store asking me to bring the truck back. The employee never verified with me anything. I was able to get a truck but was delayed in my moving experience. I tried to call but I kept getting hung up on. I used your online chat and it was a horrible experience.
