When I came to get the trailer it took 45 minutes to get my trailer. Had something with the program being new. Then when I back it took forever nobody ever came out. He told me that I was parked in the spot for return. The sign had obviously been turned. I was waiting at the beginning of the arrow point. The manager of the store wanted to argue with me that it said to come this way no it didn't. I was really unhappyDORI B.

Not sure there is anything. I showed up at 11:30 for a noon pick up and they were ready for me to load my pick up truck on the trailer. I towed my truck 400 miles on rough I-40 without incident. The Cowboy fan employee's were excellent.ROBERT DOUGLAS S.

Please reference complaint number 352-7300 which was made a week ago regarding rental space 2139 which is a covered parking for RVs and boats. We have a 19 year experience with U-Haul in Lakeside which has been good. My recent experience renting a covered space was anything but good. Which was documented again through the one 800 number for U-Haul‘s complaints number 3527300. Regulations on how you have to park, We’re not given at the time of pre-paying three months. On the morning of the incident my husband was attempting to put our boat in our spot...When he was accosted by the assistant manager over the storage area. Had she simply stated that it was a regulation and she was sorry that he had not been told. He simply would have turned it around and left. However, that is not what took place he received three mini lectures regarding other clients who were parked in backwards. He was also mini lectured on the fact that he did not have some sort of clicker which was not given to us at the time that we rented ...we had a card only. Then proceeded to say how some higher up manager was coming that day and that this site was going to be written up. All of this took place while my husband was needing to get back to work he is a store manager here on the mountain. It had been snowing overnight and raining. This was an unfortunate incident that took place with an unprofessional employee. It was very shocking to both of us since we’ve had a 19 year positive experience previous to this with our storage rental number 27AB. Which is in the same lot. On the day that we moved out The GM told me that following a review of this incident the remainder of my rental fee would be refunded for the $144.95 to my card. Having spoken to the GM and the customer service department I have been assured that in the future this kind of situation will not take place with our remaining rental in Lakeside. I entered my reservation online with my pick up and drop off location. My Drop off location was changed. Not sure why. It was not explained. We had a storage location reserved at 8746 W Bell location. We went in and spoke with your people they did all the paperwork we paid for the unit unloaded the truck went to the unit there was a lock on it. Went back to the front desk and tell them we need to have the lock opened. They notified us that it was a lock from a previous customer who no longer was in contract with Uhaul but they were not allowed to cut the lock off but told me that I could go purchase a t lock cutter and remove it. I informed him that was not my responsibility. I asked if there was another unit available They did not have another unit that size with temperature control.. We had to Reload the truck go find another storage unit in a different location. This was. Horrible. The employees at the 87th and bell location seem to have no clue what that were doing. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The truck was excellent and ran great. The Staff in Pinetop would have been fine had they explained why he changed our drop off location. The bathroom in Pinetop was very clean. The bathroom at the location on 87th and bell was not. I would like to have a manager give me a callLIONEL E.

I don't like that when I make a reservation for a particular location, there is no guarantee that you'll have the equipment I want at that site. This year it worked out , but last year I had to drive from Pinetop to Springerville to pick up the trailer that I reserved. When a customer makes a reservation for a particular piece of equipment at a particular location a month in advance, you guys need to have the equipment there and not require your customer to drive 50 miles to pick it up at another site.STEPHEN M.
