Your check out process after hours returning a truck …is questionable. We did not receive any email stating our return until this rate review!! Where we rented before was nothing like this!!

I understand many places are facing staffing issues. I waited over 30 minutes to pick up a truck that I had already done the online check in prior. There were 6 other customers also waiting between inside and out. I was also told I only had 30 miles when I picked up in Rochester yet when I booked earlier I was told I would have unlimited miles. I feel it is poor customer service to tell me one thing then change it and put me in a position where I really don't have a choice as I needed to move that day. That is why I booked with your service, I was given a price with the unlimited miles then it was changed on the day of pick up.

Wipers were shot. Only steaks when it rained. Many strange jerks and noises from engine and tranny. Ran really rough. No power even when not under load. This truck needs serious maintenance or retirement.

Sorry, just think it's poorly staffed or managed every single time I'm forced to use Rochester N.H. location instead of either outlets in Dover. Even the trucks are older and less 'reliable feeling'.Too bad bcuz it's a lot closer to me than Dover but invariably seem to get routed there by your Centralized order request phone number.

Help the customers. Store was busy, trailor lights had issue. Issue was not really looked into. Had to ask for someone to check my hitch connector. Had to ask for someone on what might be wrong. Fuse issue? Trailor attached? Dude went inside to help others waiting instead of advising what the problem could have been. Looked up issue on phone, Fuse issue it says, had to go to auto zone to get fuses but guess what? Yrailor was still hitched to car without lights. Had to manually unhitch trailor without guidance, dude didn't come back after 15 min outside waiting. Left got Fuse and put back in. Attached trailor by myself. Lights still don't work. Moved to second trailor next to it. All lights work. It isn't like I'll get my Fuse money back. I wasted a good hour at u haul because someone left me when helping me. I'll do my business in dover mocking forward. Dover at least helps the customer, and tries to fix issues, it seems.

I think everything went great, the check in process went well and was very fast, less then 5 minutes total at the counter. The truck probably had the highest mileage of any truck i rented before but really ran well and much better then most trucks . When I returned it Heather was a pleasure in taking care of it :) Thanks!

And was diaaapointed in being able to cancel the charge for tow dolly BC I didn't need it after rental. And the fact that I got charged $20 ex tra when I returned it on time

Not make them drive 40 minutes to pick up their vehicle when they reserved it on Exeter. Nothing against the Rochester folks, it was your central scheduling. When I asked if they were going to honor my original pick up location by moving a vehicle to Exeter, the wan who called me actually laughed at me - not cool.

If they are moving out of state, be clearer about drop off centers. The drop off center I was given was incorrect, there are only 2 equipment drop off/rental centers near me, but 6 U-Haul STORAGE only facilities in this area... I spent over an hour calling every uhaul location in my area. Other than that, was a good experience.

The truck that I reserved was not there as the previous renter extended. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful figuring out an alternative. I had a reservation for a 20' truck in Alfred, ME the day before that was cancelled by your company. The representative from the Alfred store was incredibly rude on the phone when he informed me of the cancellation. He also offered no help finding an alternative and raised good voice to me before slamming the phone down.

In total I had a 40 minute wait for the trailer. He kept bypassing me and serving customers who were renting more expensive rental. Because I was renting just a trailer he put me on the back burner. I wish I could say I would never use haul again but that would be a lie. Great company with every great company your bound to have a bad egg

Your website needs updating, trying to navigate our order was like a puzzle with missing pieces. We were on hold for almost two hours and no one ever picked up, better customer service is needed to ensure phone calls are answered. I would get rid of Moving Helpers because they didn't help us and caused more problems and aggravations we didn't need. We had to rent a truck and trailer because the movers never showed up or answered our phone calls. It was an awful disruption in the whole moving process.

24/7 Truck Share was quite pleasant! Very fast and easy process to get the truck picked up and on the road. I was surprised to find out however that the woman I spoke to in order to schedule the reservation (not out of this office, but the Manchester office) did not include the extra mileage she said she would nor helped me apply the System Member Discount because of the vast amounts of family members I have that work for this company. I'm not unhappy, quite the opposite, just would be nice for a little follow-through.

This location always does a great job. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and has a good eye for the weather. Can't say the same for your app. What a struggle to make a reservation, it wouldn't let me make a reservation for the location I wanted, presumably because there were locations closer to my “current “ location. Then it asks for duplicate information, it doesn't show correct model information for my vehicle , I can go on and on…it needs work.

So I originally went to the Dover location and set up a rental for Sunday around 1-2pm pick up time. When I arrived the rental was cancelled because the associate I spoke with put in for a 9:30am pickup time. I was very clear that I would not be able to pick up till 1-2pm. So after grabbing 4 friends who graciously donated there Sunday to helping me move I showed up to be told I didn't have a truck. I was beyond agitated and then was told I had to go to Rochester to get the truck. For the inconvenience I was discounted $14. Honestly just a terrible experience and I felt like they just didn't care that I had 4 other humans waiting. I felt embarrassed that this happened and would never in a million years think of using the Dover location again. And will be sure to make others aware of the poor service.

All of these Smartphone and email requirements to rent and return vehicles and equipment can be a little confusing to those of us who are a little bit older and didn't grow up in an on line universe. This used to be done on a more personal level. I feel that dealing customers in a more traditional manner should be an option for those who want this.

The back the truck into the storage area and you can’t get into your storage unit in the evening that’s my only complaint so when we get things in and out of there we have to walk all the way around all the trucks to get into our unit

Chris was awesome. Always helpful and friendly. Clean facility. Parking for customers is not convenient. Customer entrance could be improved as there is a lot of "clutter" near and around the door. Overall satisfied with my experience. Move out effective 4/10 left me with an accurate balance of $0.00.
