I showed up before they opened. When I tried to start the pickup on the app it couldn't find my location. I restarted the app and restarted my phone and it still couldn't find my location. I had to go through the website to get it to work. I then found my truck and they gave me the wrong keys. Normally I would just dismiss this as someone had a bad day, however, the last time I rented through them they gave me the wrong keys as well. After wasting almost an hour of my time I finally just took the wrong truck and went about my day. Not very happy and I won't rent from this location again.

The manager at this location is awesome. He's super friendly and gets the job done! I've rented vehicles from him twice and he was excellent both times.

People were great, but one chain had a hook missing and the ramp was covered with snow. They fixed the chain immediately

It was supposed to be a one way rental from Maine to New Hampshire and the person that did the reservation changed it to in town. You charged me triple the amount which I’m furious about! So no I was not satisfied with my experience.

Pick up and the van itself were great. The drop off and getting a receipt were brutal. Took forever to check in and then the clerk couldn't or didn't want to explain the bill amount. Was very frustrating

I was over charged and was given an incorrect return time. The person working didn’t explain anything about the process

I wouldn't recommend this location as the Google maps took me past 2 exits and routed me back the opposite way. I was charged for extra miles. Pull up your own route at the location you are renting from rather than letting the location determine your route. A dollar a mile, and gas was returned over 3/4 of tank.

Using the app as part of the check in was a challenge as I couldn’t zoom in on the picture to see if previous damage was in the picture. Also when I tried to dispute and upload pictures the app didn’t allow me to do so. Thankfully Lee (works at the Rochester site) was able to show the damage was previously identified by showing me the markers for already identified damage.

This store made the whole process easy! At first I was Leary about reserving and booking online, but the truck was ready like they said it would be. Storage unit too, all at the same place. All booked online. I was impressed

So after I got my u haul about 2 hrs into me moving got a text message saying it had to be back at 2:15 pm or I'll get charged late fees. Called and Lee said not to worry. Dropped it off around 3-4 and their was a guy there I wanted to talk to about something and he was like ur dropping off I said yeah he was like okay have a nice day and went back to watch something on his phone. Lee was amazing the guy I dropped it off to didnt even care

Received truck with 5/8 tank of fuel, that is not reasonable to expect a customer to know the tank size and estimate how much fuel to replace in order to return with the same amount of fuel.

On question two the answer is yes but the ratchets that hold the tire straps in place on the car trailer that I rented need to be lubricated soon because they are beginning to rusted very very badly

During office hours, no one comes out to check the return of the vehicle. The renter must use the U-Haul app or go to the office to complete the return.

Rented a cargo trailer. It rode well behind my vehicle. One of the reasons I rented a cargo trailer vs an open trailer is so my things would not get wet if it rained, but we did hit rain and some of my things got wet and ruined.

Making me answer all questions isn't really in good spirit. I choose to not answer question number 6. I am neutral even though I am being forced to answer it. Staff at this facility weren't always friendly. They didn't approve of me using their bathroom even though I was sometimes driving an hour to get to my belongings in my storage.

You can have a clean well lit facility and still have a bad staff! I was with you for about three years and two years ago I was yelled at because I was in a car accident and lost my pass key and ask for another one. Your staff in one word, sucks! Never in my life have endured such poor customer service.

The back the truck into the storage area and you can’t get into your storage unit in the evening that’s my only complaint so when we get things in and out of there we have to walk all the way around all the trucks to get into our unit

Chris was awesome. Always helpful and friendly. Clean facility. Parking for customers is not convenient. Customer entrance could be improved as there is a lot of “clutter” near and around the door. Overall satisfied with my experience. Move out effective 4/10 left me with an accurate balance of $0.00.
