Staff was very nice and helpful both when picking up and dropping off, made for a lot less stressful move. truck had definitely seen some heavy use but was clean. if I could I would give 5 stars for staff and 3 stars for the condition of the truck.ERIC B.

Lady there was fantastic! Extremely helpful. Had us on our way very quickly in spite of a blown fuse. She showed us where to find it and fixed it. Amazing staff. Cannot praise her enough! JimJAMES G.
I only have one complaint. We swept out the truck and were charged a $10 cleaning fee. When we picked up the truck the roll out ramp was covered in dry mud. We swept it off the best we could when we returned it. Other then that it was a great experience.Jeff P.

Somehow let customers know that you don't accept cash only credit cards. Corporate told me this morning that many of the locations have to update corporate of their changes. To date mist of new stores are out of date.MICHAEL B.

Truck smelled like trash and I asked for a dolly that I did not receive and was charged for 2 of them even after asking the worker to remove them since I didn't even get any! Then sat on hold for 34 minutes to get my money back but the customer service guy who refunded me was great!MELISSA R.
I was quoted 89 cents a mile but charge 1.09 a mileSTUART O.
The trailer left turn signal intermittently did not work. There had initially been a problem with my truck wiring which was fixed prior to leaving with the trailer. However, when I returned to pick up the trailer, the turn signal was still an issue. The young guy working there went to test my vehicle wiring again and, with very unsteady hands, crossed connections and blew the fuse on my trailer running lights circuit. They had no fuses on hand, so I had to go buy some. No compensation was even offered.BARRY E.

Rented a 5x8 trailer and it had a bad wheel barring. The tire almost fell off on the highway. I was 175 miles from home and was stuck. After 2.5 to 3 hours of waiting on hold and working with roadside assistance, I got another trailer to continue my trip. It could have been worse, but it was not the way I wanted to start my trip out with.TOBEY H.

Your check out process after hours returning a truck â€¦is questionable. We did not receive any email stating our return until this rate review!! Where we rented before was nothing like this!!DEBRA A.
I understand many places are facing staffing issues. I waited over 30 minutes to pick up a truck that I had already done the online check in prior. There were 6 other customers also waiting between inside and out. I was also told I only had 30 miles when I picked up in Rochester yet when I booked earlier I was told I would have unlimited miles. I feel it is poor customer service to tell me one thing then change it and put me in a position where I really don't have a choice as I needed to move that day. That is why I booked with your service, I was given a price with the unlimited miles then it was changed on the day of pick up.Sarah C.

Wipers were shot. Only steaks when it rained. Many strange jerks and noises from engine and tranny. Ran really rough. No power even when not under load. This truck needs serious maintenance or retirement.ROBERT B.

Sorry, just think it's poorly staffed or managed every single time I'm forced to use Rochester N.H. location instead of either outlets in Dover. Even the trucks are older and less 'reliable feeling'.Too bad bcuz it's a lot closer to me than Dover but invariably seem to get routed there by your Centralized order request phone number.GORDON L.

Help the customers. Store was busy, trailor lights had issue. Issue was not really looked into. Had to ask for someone to check my hitch connector. Had to ask for someone on what might be wrong. Fuse issue? Trailor attached? Dude went inside to help others waiting instead of advising what the problem could have been. Looked up issue on phone, Fuse issue it says, had to go to auto zone to get fuses but guess what? Yrailor was still hitched to car without lights. Had to manually unhitch trailor without guidance, dude didn't come back after 15 min outside waiting. Left got Fuse and put back in. Attached trailor by myself. Lights still don't work. Moved to second trailor next to it. All lights work. It isn't like I'll get my Fuse money back. I wasted a good hour at u haul because someone left me when helping me. I'll do my business in dover mocking forward. Dover at least helps the customer, and tries to fix issues, it seems.JOSEPH M.
