Location was too busy. I was directed (by pointing) by a non-English-speaking employee to wait in line in the crowded office when I could have merely dropped off the trailer. It took 25 minutes to reach the head of the line to be told to go outside and leave the trailer and go.Aims C.
The location is just really difficult to turn out of. Additionally, I was unable to reach anyone at Uhaul when it was time to extend my Uhaul which was very stressful. Im so disappointment and a the same time still no have my money back, because for some reason this Uhul take from my account 2 time the amount i have to pay Uhul put in hold 760.38dollar on Tuesday June 21 and take from my account on Thursdays June 23 895.49 dollar this amount is correct but the first 760.38 still in hold for no reason and the credit department from Uhul tell me is will back to my account on Tuesday 28 or Wednesday 29, and they no tell me for what reason take the 760.38 dollar in hold when they already get the 895.49dollar, I do rental a truck on Friday 17 and Brind back the truck next day before 24 hours stipulate in the contract and maybe get my money back 2 week later.so that mind if you going a rent un truck from Uhul you have to lose money for almost 2 week after you pay already for the serviceDENIS M.

My experience with u-haul was not good. I ordered a month ago and nobody called me a day before and after I checked to confirm my order, I got different location 8-9 miles away and 3 hours late pick up, which would not work. Morning of the delivery I was in the call and only after that my pick up was changed to third location but same time, and did not care any more as I needed truck in the mo ring and nit afternoon. Equipment was rather rusty and clearly the truck was not well cared for. It was clean enough but smelled a bit like tobacco and it was very hard to open and close the back door due to what felt like rust. Relative to trucks I've gotten from other locations (with ez passes, back up cameras on the rear view mirror, etc) this one was disappointing. I'm sure part of it was jsut that it was older, but it appeared that something had been removed from the windshield, it was difficult to move the side mirrors, and there was no rear view mirrorEly S.

The Managet accused me of scratching the truck. He said i was gonna have to pay for the damage. So question? 1) did he consider that i had gotten U haul insurance coverage. He judged me right from the start of being guilty. He.went saying he was going yo check the camera to see if it already had the scratch. While he was gone i passed my hand over and it wiped away, it was not a scratch, had he not been biased he would have passed his hand over before judging me. This was the most brutal drive I have made in my life. Twelve hours in 90 degree heat with a non functioning air conditioner. It blew HOT air.
