I have rented several time lately uhaul trucks. And fueled the trucks more than what picked up fuel level. At some points I fueled more than a 1/4 tank. Nonetheless Uhaul does not reimburse me any of it but would charge me if the fuel would be lower. Can you provide fuel credit?

Low tire pressure light on and brushed off by staff. Fail to understand why it always takes close to 30 minutes to check out a truck. Your reserve a truck on line is horrible. Your 800 number also takes a good 15 min to get an answer. When I compare with the Ryder experience uhaul has lots to learn

1. Used the app for mobile check in. At check in the app was down "for routine maintenance." WHY SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE FOR THE LAST SATURDAY OF A MONTH WHEN EVERYONE MOVES THEN? 2. Why have mobile check in if everyone has to go in the same line to pick up the truck? Should have entirely separate line. 3. Right rear view mirror was so loose it rotated 180 degrees when driving.

It would have been extremely helpful if there were more staff available at the counter. Also, customers with reservations should NOT have to wait in the general line. The wait for service was more than 45 minutes. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience.

Very difficult to use the app to find car. Wasted 30 min of my 4 hour block. Unclear extra requirements before getting access (would've been faster if I'd known those steps in advance). I would not use Uhaul again.

Truck was awful. Not safe to drive at all. Steering wheel was dancing so the truck on the road. Even with no load truck was making so much noise and was moving too slow. I did not have time because i already spent too mucj time trying to find the truck and waiting them to move the other truck blocking mine. Such a terrible experience

Although the service was overall good, there were a few experiences that could have made the interaction much better. 1st. On arrival at the property, we were aggressively met with individuals presenting themselves as helpers. I think this is a well Needed service for those people needing it. However, these individuals aggressiveness, even after expressing that we didn't need assistance was concerning. 2nd, your mobile app kept crashing and we were not able to take advantage of the express mobile pick up. This caused a long wait for a rep. and thus delayed our plans.

I had to go behind the building on the rocks to get the truck instead of bringing it around to the front. I was scared to hit the tree stomps or go over the cliff. The truck was having some issues, like the driver door didn't close all the way. The mirror on the passenger side is very loose and I had a hard time seeing on my right side. When I returned the truck, waiting about 45 min before I was checked out. Staff was not friendly at all.

The quality of the boxes are completely inferior to the ones sold in Rockville. I purchased medium and large boxes by the bundle and they meshed together perfectly when folding the flaps to tape them. I bought 4 Grand Wardrobes, 2 shorty wardrobes and 6 dish barrels and not one folded properly. I will never buy boxes from this location again
